Za kupnju 62.963 dionica, odnosno 52,00029 % temeljnog kapitala HNK Cibalia š.d.d. u vlasništvu Grada Vinkovaca, sukladno ponovljenom Javnom pozivu Grada Vinkovaca kao većinskog vlasnika nekadašnjeg hrvatskog prvoligaša koji se danas natječe u Drugoj hrvatskoj nogometnoj ligi, pristigla je ponuda vinkovačke tvrtke GEM d.o.o. koja se bavi hotelskim poslovanjem.

Po riječima predsjednika Povjerenstva i zamjenika vinkovačkog gradonačelnika Gabrijela Šokičića, GEM d.o.o.ponudio je 101.000,00 kn za kupnju 62.963 dionica Cibalije u vlasništvu Grada Vinkovaca.

"Prihvatljivost i kvalitetu jedine pristigle ponude analizirat će Povjerenstvo za iznalaženje strateškog partnera u HNK Cibalia Vinkovci š.d.d. koje će zatim predložiti Gradskom vijeću daljnje postupanje u svezi iste", izvijestili su iz Grada Vinkovaca.

Tvrtka GEM d.o.o. lokalna je kompanija koja posluje od 1989. godine, a većinski vlasnik je Ivan Cvitković. Osnovna djelatnost tvrtke je hotelsko poslovanje kojim se bavi u hotelima Gem i Slavonija u Vinkovcima.

Iz te tvrtke su potvrdili kako će do donošenja Odluke Gradskog vijeća Grada Vinkovaca napraviti dubinsku analizu stanja u HNK Cibalia te donijeti konačnu odluku o kupovini kluba.

"Predao sam ponudu sa željom da pomognem našem stoljetnom klubu, želim da naša djeca i unuci i dalje imaju priliku trenirati i biti dio jedne pozitivne priče oko naše Cibalije. Znam koliko ovaj klub znači građanima i svima nama koji živimo u gradu na Bosutu. Kao investitor moram sada dubinski skenirati sve i sa stručnim timom još jednom proći sve detalje", poručio je većinski vlasnik GEM. d.o.o. Ivan Cvitković.

Na prvotni Javni poziv za javno prikupljanje ponuda za kupnju dionica Hrvatskog nogometnog kluba Cibalia š.d.d. u vlasništvu Grada Vinkovaca, koji je bio raspisan u studenome prošle godine, nije stigla niti jedna prijava.

Za kupnju 62.963 dionica, odnosno 52,00029 % temeljnog kapitala HNK Cibalia š.d.d. u vlasništvu Grada Vinkovaca, sukladno ponovljenom Javnom pozivu Grada Vinkovaca kao većinskog vlasnika nekadašnjeg hrvatskog prvoligaša koji se danas natječe u Drugoj hrvatskoj nogometnoj ligi, pristigla je ponuda vinkovačke tvrtke GEM d.o.o. koja se bavi hotelskim poslovanjem.

Po riječima predsjednika Povjerenstva i zamjenika vinkovačkog gradonačelnika Gabrijela Šokičića, GEM d.o.o.ponudio je 101.000,00 kn za kupnju 62.963 dionica Cibalije u vlasništvu Grada Vinkovaca.

"Prihvatljivost i kvalitetu jedine pristigle ponude analizirat će Povjerenstvo za iznalaženje strateškog partnera u HNK Cibalia Vinkovci š.d.d. koje će zatim predložiti Gradskom vijeću daljnje postupanje u svezi iste", izvijestili su iz Grada Vinkovaca.

Tvrtka GEM d.o.o. lokalna je kompanija koja posluje od 1989. godine, a većinski vlasnik je Ivan Cvitković. Osnovna djelatnost tvrtke je hotelsko poslovanje kojim se bavi u hotelima Gem i Slavonija u Vinkovcima.

Iz te tvrtke su potvrdili kako će do donošenja Odluke Gradskog vijeća Grada Vinkovaca napraviti dubinsku analizu stanja u HNK Cibalia te donijeti konačnu odluku o kupovini kluba.

"Predao sam ponudu sa željom da pomognem našem stoljetnom klubu, želim da naša djeca i unuci i dalje imaju priliku trenirati i biti dio jedne pozitivne priče oko naše Cibalije. Znam koliko ovaj klub znači građanima i svima nama koji živimo u gradu na Bosutu. Kao investitor moram sada dubinski skenirati sve i sa stručnim timom još jednom proći sve detalje", poručio je većinski vlasnik GEM. d.o.o. Ivan Cvitković.

Na prvotni Javni poziv za javno prikupljanje ponuda za kupnju dionica Hrvatskog nogometnog kluba Cibalia š.d.d. u vlasništvu Grada Vinkovaca, koji je bio raspisan u studenome prošle godine, nije stigla niti jedna prijava.
