Cijene privatnog smještaja u Hrvatskoj padaju. Nakon što je jedan dio iznajmljivača na obali upao u srpanjsku rupu, cijene su se u kolovozu počele snižavati od 50 do čak 60 posto, kako apartmani i kuće ne bi ostali prazni, navodi N1.

Par iz Brazila last minute smještaj u kolovozu koštao je 150 eura za noć.

"Puno nam je to, tečaj je jako visok", rekla nam je Diana iz Brazila.

Vlasnik sobe u centru grada Splita morao je, kaže nam, rušiti početnu cijenu od 150 eura za noć jer turista nema kao prijašnje dvije godine.

- Morale su se korigirati cijene, pogotovo sad jer turista nema toliko. Nešto za što smo mislili da može proći pod 150 eura, stavili smo pod cijenu od 120", rekaoje Šime Pletković, privatni iznajmljivač iz Splita.

Ana iz Dugopolja ovom je sezonom iznimno zadovoljna, a cijene u srpnju i kolovozu nije trebala korigirati.

Pletković navodi kako će u postezoni cijene biti nekih 30 do 40 posto niže nego u srcu sezone.

- Za sada nismo snižavali cijene jer su rezervacije za rujan krenule dosta rano, nije bilo potrebe. Rezervacije za listopad obično krenu početkom rujna, do tad ćemo držati stanje mirovanja.

Nakon toga, ako vidimo da ne ide, skinut ćemo cijene još možda 10-20 posto. No, cijene su u rangu lanjskih tako da mislim da neće biti potrebe dirati ih - kazao je za N1.

Ana iz Dugopolja ovom je sezonom iznimno zadovoljna, a cijene u srpnju i kolovozu nije trebala korigirati.

Pletković navodi kako će u postezoni cijene biti nekih 30 do 40 posto niže nego u srcu sezone.

- Za sada nismo snižavali cijene jer su rezervacije za rujan krenule dosta rano, nije bilo potrebe. Rezervacije za listopad obično krenu početkom rujna, do tad ćemo držati stanje mirovanja.

Nakon toga, ako vidimo da ne ide, skinut ćemo cijene još možda 10-20 posto. No, cijene su u rangu lanjskih tako da mislim da neće biti potrebe dirati ih - kazao je za N1.

Cijene privatnog smještaja u Hrvatskoj padaju. Nakon što je jedan dio iznajmljivača na obali upao u srpanjsku rupu, cijene su se u kolovozu počele snižavati od 50 do čak 60 posto, kako apartmani i kuće ne bi ostali prazni, navodi N1.
