Cijeloga ljeta s obale stižu dojave o bespravnoj gradnji na pomorskom dobru i izvan građevinskih područja - jedna od njih je i kamp investitora Zorana Pripuza na otoku Murteru. Nakon nekoliko inspekcijskih nadzora investitor je dobio kaznene prijave i novčane kazne, a provjerava se i zakonitost rješenja za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga u kampu, javlja Regionalni dnevnik HRT-a.
Sve što je uporno gradio mjesecima, trebalo bi biti srušeno. Takvo je rješenje građevinske inspekcije.
- Tko nema dozvole, treba rušiti - amen! Da se drže zakona svi, onda nema problema, ali samo treba intervenirati odmah, poručuju građani
No u ovom slučaju investitor je ignorirao državu i zabranu građenja. I zato zaradio 15 tisuća eura kazne. Ali to nije sve.
- Isto tako podnesene su kaznene prijave radi počinjenja kaznenog djela građenja izvan građevinskog područja, u zaštićenom obalnom pojasu te unutar obuhvata zaštićene ekološke mreže Nature 2000, kao i radi počinjenja kaznenog djela skidanje i povreda službenog pečata i znaka, priopćili su iz Državnog inspektorata.
Koliko god to čudno bilo, investitor Zoran Pripuz dobio je rješenje za sporni kamp na području gdje se graditi ne može. Kako? Izdao ga je županijski odjel. Utvrđuju se sada sve činjenice zakonitosti rješenja.
- Ovisno o ishodima toga svega, a naznake su da je bilo očitih neusklađenosti rješenja sa stvarnim stanjem, onda će se postupiti sukladno zakonu i donijeti rješenje o ukidanju ili poništenju navedenog rješenja, rekao je šibensko-kninski župan Marko Jelić.
A spornim rješenjem propisano je mnogo toga. No turistička inspekcija utvrđuje - ništa od propisanog u prostoru ne postoji:
- S obzirom da prilikom inspekcijskog nadzora nije zatečen ni sanitarni čvor ni oprema koja inače služi za kampiranje te nisu uočene kamp-parcele, prvostupanjskom je tijelu naloženo da utvrdi ispunjava li predmetni objekt sve propisane minimalne uvjete, odgovorili su iz Ministarstva turizma o provedenom upravnom nadzoru nad zakonitošću rješenja.
Prvostupanjsko tijelo je županijski Odsjek za obrtništvo i turizam, čija je bivša djelatnica prije nepunih godinu dana izdala sporno rješenje. Pozabavit će se sada taj Odsjek svim okolnostima izdavanja rješenja, a prema priopćenju Državnog inspektorata, i inspekcija još ima posla, zaključuje HRT.

Cijeloga ljeta s obale stižu dojave o bespravnoj gradnji na pomorskom dobru i izvan građevinskih područja - jedna od njih je i kamp investitora Zorana Pripuza na otoku Murteru. Nakon nekoliko inspekcijskih nadzora investitor je dobio kaznene prijave i novčane kazne, a provjerava se i zakonitost rješenja za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga u kampu, javlja Regionalni dnevnik HRT-a.
Sve što je uporno gradio mjesecima, trebalo bi biti srušeno. Takvo je rješenje građevinske inspekcije.
- Tko nema dozvole, treba rušiti - amen! Da se drže zakona svi, onda nema problema, ali samo treba intervenirati odmah, poručuju građani
No u ovom slučaju investitor je ignorirao državu i zabranu građenja. I zato zaradio 15 tisuća eura kazne. Ali to nije sve.
- Isto tako podnesene su kaznene prijave radi počinjenja kaznenog djela građenja izvan građevinskog područja, u zaštićenom obalnom pojasu te unutar obuhvata zaštićene ekološke mreže Nature 2000, kao i radi počinjenja kaznenog djela skidanje i povreda službenog pečata i znaka, priopćili su iz Državnog inspektorata.
Koliko god to čudno bilo, investitor Zoran Pripuz dobio je rješenje za sporni kamp na području gdje se graditi ne može. Kako? Izdao ga je županijski odjel. Utvrđuju se sada sve činjenice zakonitosti rješenja.
- Ovisno o ishodima toga svega, a naznake su da je bilo očitih neusklađenosti rješenja sa stvarnim stanjem, onda će se postupiti sukladno zakonu i donijeti rješenje o ukidanju ili poništenju navedenog rješenja, rekao je šibensko-kninski župan Marko Jelić.
A spornim rješenjem propisano je mnogo toga. No turistička inspekcija utvrđuje - ništa od propisanog u prostoru ne postoji:
- S obzirom da prilikom inspekcijskog nadzora nije zatečen ni sanitarni čvor ni oprema koja inače služi za kampiranje te nisu uočene kamp-parcele, prvostupanjskom je tijelu naloženo da utvrdi ispunjava li predmetni objekt sve propisane minimalne uvjete, odgovorili su iz Ministarstva turizma o provedenom upravnom nadzoru nad zakonitošću rješenja.
Prvostupanjsko tijelo je županijski Odsjek za obrtništvo i turizam, čija je bivša djelatnica prije nepunih godinu dana izdala sporno rješenje. Pozabavit će se sada taj Odsjek svim okolnostima izdavanja rješenja, a prema priopćenju Državnog inspektorata, i inspekcija još ima posla, zaključuje HRT.
