Građevinska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata obavila je novi inspekcijski nadzor u uvali Vučigrada na Murteru u kojoj gradi Zoran Pripuz. Pripuz je, piše Index, na otkupljenim parcelama, gradio unatoč ranijim zabranama.

Nakon što je kamenim zidovima opasao čitav rt, pa i skoro 3000 kvadrata izvan građevinskog područja, Inspektorat je 20. lipnja zatvorio gradilište i zabranio pristup i daljnje radove. Planirana je, navodno i izgradnja nekretnine, za što investitor zakonsko uporište nalazi u stanje čestice na rtu prije 1968. godine. 

No, unatoč odluci inspekcije, radovi su nastavljeni i na zapečaćeno gradilište dovučene su i dvije mobilne kućice. Inače, Pripuzu je Šibensko-kninska županija odobrila pružanje smještaja za kamp od 10 mobilnih kućica, no nakon zabrane radova rješenje je stavljeno van snage i najavljena je revizija. 

Prije nekoliko dana ponovno je reagirala i inspekcija jer su radovi nastavljeni i nakon zabrane, a uklonjen je i pečat kojim su inspektori zapečatili gradilište.

"Inspekcijskim nadzorom utvrđena je povreda zakonskih propisa iz nadležnosti građevinske inspekcije slijedom čega je doneseno rješenje o uklanjanju bespravno izgrađenih građevina. Kontrolom izvršenja rješenja utvrđeno je kako investitor nije u propisanom roku postupio po Rješenju", kažu iz Državnog inspektorata u odgovoru za Index.

Inspekcija je izdala novčanu kaznu  od 6636,14 eura, kojom se investitora prisiljava na obustavu građenja, te još jednu, također od 6636,14 eura, kojom se investitora prisiljava na izvršenje rješenja o uklanjanju.

Izdan je i prekršajni nalog investitoru u iznosu od 1655,00 eura jer nije uklonio predmetne građevine.

"Isto tako, podnesene su kaznene prijave radi kaznenih djela iz članka 212. i članka 317. Kaznenog zakona, tj. radi počinjenja kaznenog djela građenja izvan građevinskog područja, u zaštićenom području - zaštićeni obalni pojas (ZOP), te unutar obuhvata zaštićene ekološke mreže - Nature 2000, HR2001050 Murter (POVS), kao i radi počinjenja kaznenog djela ‘Skidanje i povreda službenog pečata i znaka‘, opisano i kažnjivo po članku 317. Kaznenog zakona", poručuju iz Državnog inspektorata i dodaju kako je inspekcijski postupak u tijeku.

Građevinska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata obavila je novi inspekcijski nadzor u uvali Vučigrada na Murteru u kojoj gradi Zoran Pripuz. Pripuz je, piše Index, na otkupljenim parcelama, gradio unatoč ranijim zabranama.

Nakon što je kamenim zidovima opasao čitav rt, pa i skoro 3000 kvadrata izvan građevinskog područja, Inspektorat je 20. lipnja zatvorio gradilište i zabranio pristup i daljnje radove. Planirana je, navodno i izgradnja nekretnine, za što investitor zakonsko uporište nalazi u stanje čestice na rtu prije 1968. godine. 

No, unatoč odluci inspekcije, radovi su nastavljeni i na zapečaćeno gradilište dovučene su i dvije mobilne kućice. Inače, Pripuzu je Šibensko-kninska županija odobrila pružanje smještaja za kamp od 10 mobilnih kućica, no nakon zabrane radova rješenje je stavljeno van snage i najavljena je revizija. 

Prije nekoliko dana ponovno je reagirala i inspekcija jer su radovi nastavljeni i nakon zabrane, a uklonjen je i pečat kojim su inspektori zapečatili gradilište.

"Inspekcijskim nadzorom utvrđena je povreda zakonskih propisa iz nadležnosti građevinske inspekcije slijedom čega je doneseno rješenje o uklanjanju bespravno izgrađenih građevina. Kontrolom izvršenja rješenja utvrđeno je kako investitor nije u propisanom roku postupio po Rješenju", kažu iz Državnog inspektorata u odgovoru za Index.

Inspekcija je izdala novčanu kaznu  od 6636,14 eura, kojom se investitora prisiljava na obustavu građenja, te još jednu, također od 6636,14 eura, kojom se investitora prisiljava na izvršenje rješenja o uklanjanju.

Izdan je i prekršajni nalog investitoru u iznosu od 1655,00 eura jer nije uklonio predmetne građevine.

"Isto tako, podnesene su kaznene prijave radi kaznenih djela iz članka 212. i članka 317. Kaznenog zakona, tj. radi počinjenja kaznenog djela građenja izvan građevinskog područja, u zaštićenom području - zaštićeni obalni pojas (ZOP), te unutar obuhvata zaštićene ekološke mreže - Nature 2000, HR2001050 Murter (POVS), kao i radi počinjenja kaznenog djela ‘Skidanje i povreda službenog pečata i znaka‘, opisano i kažnjivo po članku 317. Kaznenog zakona", poručuju iz Državnog inspektorata i dodaju kako je inspekcijski postupak u tijeku.

Građevinska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata obavila je novi inspekcijski nadzor u uvali Vučigrada na Murteru u kojoj gradi Zoran Pripuz. Pripuz je, piše Index, na otkupljenim parcelama, gradio unatoč ranijim zabranama.

Nakon što je kamenim zidovima opasao čitav rt, pa i skoro 3000 kvadrata izvan građevinskog područja, Inspektorat je 20. lipnja zatvorio gradilište i zabranio pristup i daljnje radove. Planirana je, navodno i izgradnja nekretnine, za što investitor zakonsko uporište nalazi u stanje čestice na rtu prije 1968. godine. 

No, unatoč odluci inspekcije, radovi su nastavljeni i na zapečaćeno gradilište dovučene su i dvije mobilne kućice. Inače, Pripuzu je Šibensko-kninska županija odobrila pružanje smještaja za kamp od 10 mobilnih kućica, no nakon zabrane radova rješenje je stavljeno van snage i najavljena je revizija. 

Prije nekoliko dana ponovno je reagirala i inspekcija jer su radovi nastavljeni i nakon zabrane, a uklonjen je i pečat kojim su inspektori zapečatili gradilište.

"Inspekcijskim nadzorom utvrđena je povreda zakonskih propisa iz nadležnosti građevinske inspekcije slijedom čega je doneseno rješenje o uklanjanju bespravno izgrađenih građevina. Kontrolom izvršenja rješenja utvrđeno je kako investitor nije u propisanom roku postupio po Rješenju", kažu iz Državnog inspektorata u odgovoru za Index.

Inspekcija je izdala novčanu kaznu  od 6636,14 eura, kojom se investitora prisiljava na obustavu građenja, te još jednu, također od 6636,14 eura, kojom se investitora prisiljava na izvršenje rješenja o uklanjanju.

Izdan je i prekršajni nalog investitoru u iznosu od 1655,00 eura jer nije uklonio predmetne građevine.

"Isto tako, podnesene su kaznene prijave radi kaznenih djela iz članka 212. i članka 317. Kaznenog zakona, tj. radi počinjenja kaznenog djela građenja izvan građevinskog područja, u zaštićenom području - zaštićeni obalni pojas (ZOP), te unutar obuhvata zaštićene ekološke mreže - Nature 2000, HR2001050 Murter (POVS), kao i radi počinjenja kaznenog djela ‘Skidanje i povreda službenog pečata i znaka‘, opisano i kažnjivo po članku 317. Kaznenog zakona", poručuju iz Državnog inspektorata i dodaju kako je inspekcijski postupak u tijeku.
