Kninska tvrđava uskoro će biti obasjana novom rasvjetom. Naime, grad Knin je raspisao natječaj za izvođača radova koji bi trebao postaviti nova, funkcionalna i dekorativna svijetla na tvrđavi. Također, u planu je i izgradnja niskonaponske mreže za potrebe novih objekata koji će u skoro vrijeme biti postavljeni.

Inače, radi se o natječaju koji je ponavljan čak četiri puta. Gdje je zapelo i tko koči projekt na najvećoj fortifikacijskoj utvrdi u Dalmaciji, razjasnila nam je Zdenka Gugo, voditeljica projektnog tima.

- Riječ je o poprilično specifičnoj nabavi. Broj tvrtki koji mogu kvalitetno odraditi ovaj posao nije velik i zato je među tim tvrtkama, izražen, nazovimo tako, natjecateljski duh – naglasila je Gugo.

Istaknula je Gugo da su ponuditelji na prijašnjim raspisanim natječajima koristili zakonske mogućnosti i ulagali pritužbe na neke aspekte javne nabave, od natječajne dokumentacije do pritužbi na odluke o poništenju postupaka. Sve navedeno dovelo je do toga da se javna nabava ponavlja nekoliko puta.

- Sada smo doradili određene tehničke specifikacije. Smanjili smo zahtjeve jer je evidentno da sa sadašnjim rastom cijena apsolutno svega, ne možemo očekivati da ćemo dobiti ono što smo planirali dobiti prije nekih godinu dana. Malo smo pojednostavili cijeli taj koncept, u nadi da ćemo ovaj put dobiti valjanu ponudu i završiti postupak nabave – kazala je Gugo.

Spomenimo i to da je nova rasvjeta na kninskoj tvrđavi dio Intervencijskog plana grada Knina. 85 posto projekta čija je vrijednost nešto više od 13 milijuna kuna s uključenim PDV-om financirat će se iz europske blagajne.

- Najveći iznos se odnosi na rasvjetu i niskonaponsku mrežu, manji dio na opremanje tvrđave sustavom tehničke zaštite, odnosno postavljanje video nadzora. Tu je postupak nabave proveden, ugovoren i trebalo bi se s radovima krenuti ovih dana – rekla je Gugo.

Prema riječima voditeljice projektnog tima sve bi trebalo biti gotovo kroz šest mjeseci.

- Riječ je o projektu koji nije vremenski zahtjevan i vjerujem da će sve biti dovršeno u planiranom roku. Ono što će, možda biti zahtjevno, je postavljanje rasvjetnih tijela na brdu na kojem se nalazi tvrđava. Određeni dijelovi su poprilično nepristupačni, ali sigurna sam da će se i taj dio kvalitetno odraditi – zaključila je Gugo.

Kninska tvrđava uskoro će biti obasjana novom rasvjetom. Naime, grad Knin je raspisao natječaj za izvođača radova koji bi trebao postaviti nova, funkcionalna i dekorativna svijetla na tvrđavi. Također, u planu je i izgradnja niskonaponske mreže za potrebe novih objekata koji će u skoro vrijeme biti postavljeni.

Inače, radi se o natječaju koji je ponavljan čak četiri puta. Gdje je zapelo i tko koči projekt na najvećoj fortifikacijskoj utvrdi u Dalmaciji, razjasnila nam je Zdenka Gugo, voditeljica projektnog tima.

- Riječ je o poprilično specifičnoj nabavi. Broj tvrtki koji mogu kvalitetno odraditi ovaj posao nije velik i zato je među tim tvrtkama, izražen, nazovimo tako, natjecateljski duh – naglasila je Gugo.

Istaknula je Gugo da su ponuditelji na prijašnjim raspisanim natječajima koristili zakonske mogućnosti i ulagali pritužbe na neke aspekte javne nabave, od natječajne dokumentacije do pritužbi na odluke o poništenju postupaka. Sve navedeno dovelo je do toga da se javna nabava ponavlja nekoliko puta.

- Sada smo doradili određene tehničke specifikacije. Smanjili smo zahtjeve jer je evidentno da sa sadašnjim rastom cijena apsolutno svega, ne možemo očekivati da ćemo dobiti ono što smo planirali dobiti prije nekih godinu dana. Spomenimo i to da je nova rasvjeta na kninskoj tvrđavi dio Intervencijskog plana grada Knina. 85 posto projekta čija je vrijednost nešto više od 13 milijuna kuna s uključenim PDV-om financirat će se iz europske blagajne.

- Najveći iznos se odnosi na rasvjetu i niskonaponsku mrežu, manji dio na opremanje tvrđave sustavom tehničke zaštite, odnosno postavljanje video nadzora. Tu je postupak nabave proveden, ugovoren i trebalo bi se s radovima krenuti ovih dana – rekla je Gugo.

Prema riječima voditeljice projektnog tima sve bi trebalo biti gotovo kroz šest mjeseci.

- Riječ je o projektu koji nije vremenski zahtjevan i vjerujem da će sve biti dovršeno u planiranom roku. Ono što će, možda biti zahtjevno, je postavljanje rasvjetnih tijela na brdu na kojem se nalazi tvrđava. Određeni dijelovi su poprilično nepristupačni, ali sigurna sam da će se i taj dio kvalitetno odraditi – zaključila je Gugo.

Kninska tvrđava uskoro će biti obasjana novom rasvjetom. Naime, grad Knin je raspisao natječaj za izvođača radova koji bi trebao postaviti nova, funkcionalna i dekorativna svijetla na tvrđavi. Također, u planu je i izgradnja niskonaponske mreže za potrebe novih objekata koji će u skoro vrijeme biti postavljeni.

Inače, radi se o natječaju koji je ponavljan čak četiri puta. Gdje je zapelo i tko koči projekt na najvećoj fortifikacijskoj utvrdi u Dalmaciji, razjasnila nam je Zdenka Gugo, voditeljica projektnog tima.

- Riječ je o poprilično specifičnoj nabavi. Broj tvrtki koji mogu kvalitetno odraditi ovaj posao nije velik i zato je među tim tvrtkama, izražen, nazovimo tako, natjecateljski duh – naglasila je Gugo.

Istaknula je Gugo da su ponuditelji na prijašnjim raspisanim natječajima koristili zakonske mogućnosti i ulagali pritužbe na neke aspekte javne nabave, od natječajne dokumentacije do pritužbi na odluke o poništenju postupaka. Sve navedeno dovelo je do toga da se javna nabava ponavlja nekoliko puta.

- Sada smo doradili određene tehničke specifikacije. Smanjili smo zahtjeve jer je evidentno da sa sadašnjim rastom cijena apsolutno svega, ne možemo očekivati da ćemo dobiti ono što smo planirali dobiti prije nekih godinu dana.
