Kako je izvijestila Zagrebačka burza, u Šibeniku je potpisan kupoprodajni ugovor za stan vrijedan više od pola milijuna eura!

Kako stoji u njihovom izviješću, riječ je o stanju položenom na prvoj etaži južnog objekta stambeno poslovne zgrade u ulici Obala Palih Omladinaca 5b u Šibeniku na prostoru "bivše Peškarije“.

Ukupna površina prodanog stana stana iznosi nešto manje od 89 metara četvornih, a prodan je na koncu za točno 569 tisuća eura. Drugim riječima, cijena kvadrata stana na ovoj atraktivnoj šibenskoj lokaciji iznosila je vrtoglavih 6400 eura.

Kome je vrijedna nekretnina prodana, nije poznato, no kupac je očito dobio jedan od najskupljih stanova u Hrvatskoj.

Naime, prema dostupnim podacima, još uvijek su najvrijedniji kvadrati na dubrovačkom Stradunu gdje se cijene penju i do 10.000 eura za metar stambenog prostora, na splitskoj Rivi one dosežu i do 6000 eura, dok se u centru Zagreba cijene kreću 3000 i 5000 eura.

Podsjetimo, investitor na lokaciji nekadašnje šibenske peškarije je splitska tvrtka "Stanovi Jadran" koja je realizaciju projekta započela 2017. godine.

Kako je izvijestila Zagrebačka burza, u Šibeniku je potpisan kupoprodajni ugovor za stan vrijedan više od pola milijuna eura!

Kako stoji u njihovom izviješću, riječ je o stanju položenom na prvoj etaži južnog objekta stambeno poslovne zgrade u ulici Obala Palih Omladinaca 5b u Šibeniku na prostoru "bivše Peškarije“.

Ukupna površina prodanog stana stana iznosi nešto manje od 89 metara četvornih, a prodan je na koncu za točno 569 tisuća eura. Drugim riječima, cijena kvadrata stana na ovoj atraktivnoj šibenskoj lokaciji iznosila je vrtoglavih 6400 eura.

Kome je vrijedna nekretnina prodana, nije poznato, no kupac je očito dobio jedan od najskupljih stanova u Hrvatskoj.

Naime, prema dostupnim podacima, još uvijek su najvrijedniji kvadrati na dubrovačkom Stradunu gdje se cijene penju i do 10.000 eura za metar stambenog prostora, na splitskoj Rivi one dosežu i do 6000 eura, dok se u centru Zagreba cijene kreću 3000 i 5000 eura.

Podsjetimo, investitor na lokaciji nekadašnje šibenske peškarije je splitska tvrtka "Stanovi Jadran" koja je realizaciju projekta započela 2017. godine.

Šibenikka‘ u monte carlu

U Šibeniku prodan jedan od najskupljih stanova u Hrvatskoj! Cijena kvadrata na atraktivnoj lokaciji dosegla vrtoglavih 6400 eura

Kako je izvijestila Zagrebačka burza, u Šibeniku je potpisan kupoprodajni ugovor za stan vrijedan više od pola milijuna eura!

Kako stoji u njihovom izviješću, riječ je o stanju položenom na prvoj etaži južnog objekta stambeno poslovne zgrade u ulici Obala Palih Omladinaca 5b u Šibeniku na prostoru "bivše Peškarije“.

Ukupna površina prodanog stana stana iznosi nešto manje od 89 metara četvornih, a prodan je na koncu za točno 569 tisuća eura. Drugim riječima, cijena kvadrata stana na ovoj atraktivnoj šibenskoj lokaciji iznosila je vrtoglavih 6400 eura.

Kome je vrijedna nekretnina prodana, nije poznato, no kupac je očito dobio jedan od najskupljih stanova u Hrvatskoj.

Naime, prema dostupnim podacima, još uvijek su najvrijedniji kvadrati na dubrovačkom Stradunu gdje se cijene penju i do 10.000 eura za metar stambenog prostora, na splitskoj Rivi one dosežu i do 6000 eura, dok se u centru Zagreba cijene kreću 3000 i 5000 eura.

Podsjetimo, investitor na lokaciji nekadašnje šibenske peškarije je splitska tvrtka "Stanovi Jadran" koja je realizaciju projekta započela 2017. godine.
