Osim što se mogu pohvaliti kvalitetnim i svake godine sve posjećenijim adventskim programom, šibenska Adventura koja će svoja vrata otvoriti 1. prosinca je, barem iz pozicije ugostitelja, jedan od najpovoljnijih božićnih i novogodišnjih sajmova u cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Ovogodišnje izdanje programa će se, podsjetimo, održati na ukupno tri lokacije: u Kući umjetnosti Arsen, na Poljani te u Perivoju Roberta Visianija, koji je već tradicionalno centar cijele manifestacije. U omiljenom šibenskom parkiću tako će biti smješteno 14 adventskih kućica. Vrijedi napomenuti i kako se na Javni poziv za izlaganje, prezentaciju, prodaju proizvoda i usluga, raspisan od strane Turističke zajednice grada Šibenika, javilo 23 ponuditelja. Interesa za najmom blagdanskih kvadrata u parkiću ni ove godine nije manjkalo, a kada pogledamo i koliko su iznosile cijene zakupnine – jasno je i zašto. 

Konkretno, za kućice na prolazu i donjoj etaži perivoja zakupnina je iznosila 2000 eura, a u cijenu je uključen priključak za električnu energiju te tri barska stola. Adventske kućice na srednjoj etaži parka bile su nešto povoljnije. Zakupnina je iznosila 1700 eura, dok je na gornjoj etaži parka, predviđenom za prodaju fritula, medenjaka, palačinka, maruna, kokica, tople čokolade i sličnog, zakupnina iznosila povoljnih 800 eura.

Uspoređujući cijene zakupnine za jednu adventsku kućicu sa susjednim Zadrom ili Splitom, šibenske su praktički – bagatela. U Zadru su se tako kretale cijene zakupnine između pet i nevjerojatnih  – 15.000 eura. Zagrebačka tvrtka „Naša ideja” je za najatraktivniju adventsku kućicu u Zadru platila rekordnih 15.777 eura. 

I u Splitu su cijene astronomske. Početni iznos godišnje zakupnine  za cijelu zonu Prokurativa iznosi 50.000 eura uvećan za iznos PDV-a, za Rivu je 15.000 eura plus PDV, a za Mertojak 3.000,00 eura uvećan za iznos PDV-a. 

- Za razliku od drugih gradova, mi nemamo licitacije, već model prema kojem su cijene zakupa fiksne. Time smo htjeli osigurati da ponuda na Adventuri bude raznolika i kvalitetna – kazao nam je kratko, direktor Turističke zajednice grada Šibenika, Dino Karađole.

S obzirom na tradicionalno povećanu potrošnju u vrijeme blagdana, nema sumnje da će šibenski ugostitelji u novu godinu ući punih džepova. Dobru zaradu može im poremetiti tek nepovoljni vremenski uvjeti, kao što je slučaj bio lani kada je prvih desetak dana Adventure kiša bila neumoljiva, a zarada skromna.

Osim što se mogu pohvaliti kvalitetnim i svake godine sve posjećenijim adventskim programom, šibenska Adventura koja će svoja vrata otvoriti 1. prosinca je, barem iz pozicije ugostitelja, jedan od najpovoljnijih božićnih i novogodišnjih sajmova u cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Ovogodišnje izdanje programa će se, podsjetimo, održati na ukupno tri lokacije: u Kući umjetnosti Arsen, na Poljani te u Perivoju Roberta Visianija, koji je već tradicionalno centar cijele manifestacije. U omiljenom šibenskom parkiću tako će biti smješteno 14 adventskih kućica. Vrijedi napomenuti i kako se na Javni poziv za izlaganje, prezentaciju, prodaju proizvoda i usluga, raspisan od strane Turističke zajednice grada Šibenika, javilo 23 ponuditelja. Interesa za najmom blagdanskih kvadrata u parkiću ni ove godine nije manjkalo, a kada pogledamo i koliko su iznosile cijene zakupnine – jasno je i zašto. 

Konkretno, za kućice na prolazu i donjoj etaži perivoja zakupnina je iznosila 2000 eura, a u cijenu je uključen priključak za električnu energiju te tri barska stola. Adventske kućice na srednjoj etaži parka bile su nešto povoljnije. Zakupnina je iznosila 1700 eura, dok je na gornjoj etaži parka, predviđenom za prodaju fritula, medenjaka, palačinka, maruna, kokica, tople čokolade i sličnog, zakupnina iznosila povoljnih 800 eura.

Uspoređujući cijene zakupnine za jednu adventsku kućicu sa susjednim Zadrom ili Splitom, šibenske su praktički – bagatela. U Zadru su se tako kretale cijene zakupnine između pet i nevjerojatnih  – 15.000 eura. Zagrebačka tvrtka „Naša ideja” je za najatraktivniju adventsku kućicu u Zadru platila rekordnih 15.777 eura. 

I u Splitu su cijene astronomske. Početni iznos godišnje zakupnine  za cijelu zonu Prokurativa iznosi 50.000 eura uvećan za iznos PDV-a, za Rivu je 15.000 eura plus PDV, a za Mertojak 3.000,00 eura uvećan za iznos PDV-a. 

- Za razliku od drugih gradova, mi nemamo licitacije, već model prema kojem su cijene zakupa fiksne. Time smo htjeli osigurati da ponuda na Adventuri bude raznolika i kvalitetna – kazao nam je kratko, direktor Turističke zajednice grada Šibenika, Dino Karađole.

S obzirom na tradicionalno povećanu potrošnju u vrijeme blagdana, nema sumnje da će šibenski ugostitelji u novu godinu ući punih džepova. Dobru zaradu može im poremetiti tek nepovoljni vremenski uvjeti, kao što je slučaj bio lani kada je prvih desetak dana Adventure kiša bila neumoljiva, a zarada skromna.

Šibenska Adventura ‘meka‘ je za ugostitelje: cijena zakupnine za kućicu prava je bagatela u odnosu na susjedne gradove

Osim što se mogu pohvaliti kvalitetnim i svake godine sve posjećenijim adventskim programom, šibenska Adventura koja će svoja vrata otvoriti 1. prosinca je, barem iz pozicije ugostitelja, jedan od najpovoljnijih božićnih i novogodišnjih sajmova u cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Ovogodišnje izdanje programa će se, podsjetimo, održati na ukupno tri lokacije: u Kući umjetnosti Arsen, na Poljani te u Perivoju Roberta Visianija, koji je već tradicionalno centar cijele manifestacije. U omiljenom šibenskom parkiću tako će biti smješteno 14 adventskih kućica. Vrijedi napomenuti i kako se na Javni poziv za izlaganje, prezentaciju, prodaju proizvoda i usluga, raspisan od strane Turističke zajednice grada Šibenika, javilo 23 ponuditelja. Interesa za najmom blagdanskih kvadrata u parkiću ni ove godine nije manjkalo, a kada pogledamo i koliko su iznosile cijene zakupnine – jasno je i zašto. 

Konkretno, za kućice na prolazu i donjoj etaži perivoja zakupnina je iznosila 2000 eura, a u cijenu je uključen priključak za električnu energiju te tri barska stola. Adventske kućice na srednjoj etaži parka bile su nešto povoljnije. Zakupnina je iznosila 1700 eura, dok je na gornjoj etaži parka, predviđenom za prodaju fritula, medenjaka, palačinka, maruna, kokica, tople čokolade i sličnog, zakupnina iznosila povoljnih 800 eura.

Uspoređujući cijene zakupnine za jednu adventsku kućicu sa susjednim Zadrom ili Splitom, šibenske su praktički – bagatela. U Zadru su se tako kretale cijene zakupnine između pet i nevjerojatnih  – 15.000 eura. Zagrebačka tvrtka „Naša ideja” je za najatraktivniju adventsku kućicu u Zadru platila rekordnih 15.777 eura. 

I u Splitu su cijene astronomske. Početni iznos godišnje zakupnine  za cijelu zonu Prokurativa iznosi 50.000 eura uvećan za iznos PDV-a, za Rivu je 15.000 eura plus PDV, a za Mertojak 3.000,00 eura uvećan za iznos PDV-a.
