Radnici Cesta Šibenik ušli su u treći tjedan štrajka, ali se rješenje njihova problema još ne nazire. Vrhovni sud potvrdio je u petak da je štraj šibenskih cestara legalan, pa radnici očekuju da se njihov slučaj počne raspetljavati. 

Štrajk je, kako je poznato, počeo 12. lipnja, a povod je bio aktualni Pravilnik o radu koji radnici smatraju nepravednih i spornim. Stoga traže ukidanje Pravilnika i pokretanje pregovora oko novog KOlektivnog ugovora, kao i povećanje plaća. 

Šibenske štrajkaše prodržali su kolege cestari u mnogim gradovima štrajkom solidarnosti, a o svemu tomu 

 

Šibenski cestari štrajkom traže ukidanje postojećeg Pravilnika o radu i početak pregovora za novi Kolektivni ugovor, zahtijevaju 15 posto veće plaće. Njihova pobuna počela je 12. lipnja a udruženi sindikati SSSH najavili su da će im štrajkom solidarnosti pružiti potporu. Za televiziju N1 o svemu tomu govorio je Stjepan Lisičak, predsjednik Sindikata prometa i veza Hrvatske. 

Kazao je kako je od odluci Vrhovnog suda, koji je štrajk ocijenio legalnim, obavješten i šibensko-kninski župan Marko Jelić.

 

- Naš prvi uvjet je sada da ne želimo razgovarati s direktorom Cesta Šibenik Robertom Miljkovićem, jer više niti jedan radnik nema povjerenja u direktora. Nije do sad smogao snage progovoriti s radnicima niti jednu riječ - rekao je Lisičak i dodao kako je sa županom Jelićem dogovoren sastanak u utorak ujutro kako bi se sklopio sporazum i okončao štrajk.

-Tražimo da netko drugi umjesto direktora pregovara. Svi djelatnici su u štrajku, osim direktora. Čak i njegova tajnica. Kad je došao na ovo mjesto rekao je da je došla nova metla, to nije način. Županija je vlasnik tvrtke. Direktor je najavljivao da će ukinuti kolektivni ugovor. Nije bit štrajka povećanje plaća nego da ljudi pregovaraju o svojim pravima putem kolektivnog ugovora. Ne želimo pravilnik na štetu radnika - poručio je Lisičar i kazao da tijekom štrajka na cestama obavljaju samo prijeko potrebni radovi. 

Istako je također, kako se položaj cestara ulaskom Hrvatske u Europsku uniju nije poboljšao, već pogoršao. Neto plaća radnika kreće se od 500 do 600 eura, a Lisičak navodi i kako su sindikati očekivali da će tijekom ovih deset godina članstva Hrvatske u EU biti više razumijevanja za položaj radnika i više demokratičnosti u pregovorima oko radničkih prava, ali se to nije dogodilo, čak se i pogoršalo, zaključio je.

Radnici Cesta Šibenik ušli su u treći tjedan štrajka, ali se rješenje njihova problema još ne nazire. Vrhovni sud potvrdio je u petak da je štraj šibenskih cestara legalan, pa radnici očekuju da se njihov slučaj počne raspetljavati. 

Štrajk je, kako je poznato, počeo 12. lipnja, a povod je bio aktualni Pravilnik o radu koji radnici smatraju nepravednih i spornim. Stoga traže ukidanje Pravilnika i pokretanje pregovora oko novog KOlektivnog ugovora, kao i povećanje plaća. 

Šibenske štrajkaše prodržali su kolege cestari u mnogim gradovima štrajkom solidarnosti, a o svemu tomu 

 

Šibenski cestari štrajkom traže ukidanje postojećeg Pravilnika o radu i početak pregovora za novi Kolektivni ugovor, zahtijevaju 15 posto veće plaće. Njihova pobuna počela je 12. lipnja a udruženi sindikati SSSH najavili su da će im štrajkom solidarnosti pružiti potporu. Za televiziju N1 o svemu tomu govorio je Stjepan Lisičak, predsjednik Sindikata prometa i veza Hrvatske. 

Kazao je kako je od odluci Vrhovnog suda, koji je štrajk ocijenio legalnim, obavješten i šibensko-kninski župan Marko Jelić.

 

- Naš prvi uvjet je sada da ne želimo razgovarati s direktorom Cesta Šibenik Robertom Miljkovićem, jer više niti jedan radnik nema povjerenja u direktora. Nije do sad smogao snage progovoriti s radnicima niti jednu riječ - rekao je Lisičak i dodao kako je sa županom Jelićem dogovoren sastanak u utorak ujutro kako bi se sklopio sporazum i okončao štrajk.

-Tražimo da netko drugi umjesto direktora pregovara. Svi djelatnici su u štrajku, osim direktora. Čak i njegova tajnica. Kad je došao na ovo mjesto rekao je da je došla nova metla, to nije način. Županija je vlasnik tvrtke. Direktor je najavljivao da će ukinuti kolektivni ugovor. Nije bit štrajka povećanje plaća nego da ljudi pregovaraju o svojim pravima putem kolektivnog ugovora. Ne želimo pravilnik na štetu radnika - poručio je Lisičar i kazao da tijekom štrajka na cestama obavljaju samo prijeko potrebni radovi. 

Istako je također, kako se položaj cestara ulaskom Hrvatske u Europsku uniju nije poboljšao, već pogoršao. Neto plaća radnika kreće se od 500 do 600 eura, a Lisičak navodi i kako su sindikati očekivali da će tijekom ovih deset godina članstva Hrvatske u EU biti više razumijevanja za položaj radnika i više demokratičnosti u pregovorima oko radničkih prava, ali se to nije dogodilo, čak se i pogoršalo, zaključio je.

Radnici Cesta Šibenik ne žele pregovarati s direktorom: očekuju da ih u utorak ujutro primi župan Jelić

Radnici Cesta Šibenik ušli su u treći tjedan štrajka, ali se rješenje njihova problema još ne nazire. Vrhovni sud potvrdio je u petak da je štraj šibenskih cestara legalan, pa radnici očekuju da se njihov slučaj počne raspetljavati. 

Štrajk je, kako je poznato, počeo 12. lipnja, a povod je bio aktualni Pravilnik o radu koji radnici smatraju nepravednih i spornim. Stoga traže ukidanje Pravilnika i pokretanje pregovora oko novog KOlektivnog ugovora, kao i povećanje plaća. 

Šibenske štrajkaše prodržali su kolege cestari u mnogim gradovima štrajkom solidarnosti, a o svemu tomu 

 

Šibenski cestari štrajkom traže ukidanje postojećeg Pravilnika o radu i početak pregovora za novi Kolektivni ugovor, zahtijevaju 15 posto veće plaće. Njihova pobuna počela je 12. lipnja a udruženi sindikati SSSH najavili su da će im štrajkom solidarnosti pružiti potporu. Za televiziju N1 o svemu tomu govorio je Stjepan Lisičak, predsjednik Sindikata prometa i veza Hrvatske. 

Kazao je kako je od odluci Vrhovnog suda, koji je štrajk ocijenio legalnim, obavješten i šibensko-kninski župan Marko Jelić.

 

- Naš prvi uvjet je sada da ne želimo razgovarati s direktorom Cesta Šibenik Robertom Miljkovićem, jer više niti jedan radnik nema povjerenja u direktora. Nije do sad smogao snage progovoriti s radnicima niti jednu riječ - rekao je Lisičak i dodao kako je sa županom Jelićem dogovoren sastanak u utorak ujutro kako bi se sklopio sporazum i okončao štrajk.

-Tražimo da netko drugi umjesto direktora pregovara. Svi djelatnici su u štrajku, osim direktora. Čak i njegova tajnica. Kad je došao na ovo mjesto rekao je da je došla nova metla, to nije način. Županija je vlasnik tvrtke. Direktor je najavljivao da će ukinuti kolektivni ugovor. Nije bit štrajka povećanje plaća nego da ljudi pregovaraju o svojim pravima putem kolektivnog ugovora. Ne želimo pravilnik na štetu radnika - poručio je Lisičar i kazao da tijekom štrajka na cestama obavljaju samo prijeko potrebni radovi. 

Istako je također, kako se položaj cestara ulaskom Hrvatske u Europsku uniju nije poboljšao, već pogoršao.
