Prostor na Vanjskom koji je omeđen dvjema vrlo frekventnim gradskim prometnicama i na kojem se trenutačno nalaze štekati dvaju kafića te parkiralište za motocikle uređeno nakon što je s te lokacije uklonjena benzinska crpka, mogao bi se početi uređivati ove jesen, nakon turističke sezone. Tako bi se, naime, moglo očekivati prema onomu što kažu u šibenskoj gradskoj upravi, a trenutačno se, potvrdili su, izrađuje potrebna projektna dokumentacija.

Ovaj "komadić" grada, nedaleko Poljane, središnjeg šibenskog trga, prije tri godine bio je predmetom urbanističko-arhitektonskog natječaja na koji je pristiglo 15 radova iz cijele Hrvatske, a kao najbolji izabran je rad makarske arhitektice Marije Medoš, zaposlene na zagrebačkom Arhitektonskom fakultetu, u suradnji s produkt dizajnerom Alanom Tvicom. Nakon toga, umjesto realizacije projekta, uslijedila je poduža stanka, djelomično i zbog bolesti autorice, no iz gradske uprave u više su navrata isticali kako se unatoč zastoju, od projekta ne odustaje.

Iz Upravnog odjela za provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnju koji vodi Madlena Roša Dulibić, sada kažu kako im je krajem prošle godine dostavljen idejni projekt, a slijedi izrada glavnog, a potom i izvedbenog, što će Grad Šibenik ukupno koštati nešto više od 33 tisuće eura. Kada dokumentacija bude gotova, moći će se tražiti izvođač radova.

-U prosincu 2023. godine Upravnom odjelu za provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnju Grada Šibenika predan je idejni projekt za posebne uvjete i uvjete priključenja. Dostava glavnog projekta s troškovnikom predviđena je 30 dana od dobivanja posebnih uvjeta, a dostava izvedbenog projekta 60 dana od predaje glavnog projekta – navodi Roša Dulibić, a preračunavajući rokove koji se spominju završna projektna dokumentacija mogla bi biti gotova do ožujka ili travnja.

-Za izvedbu uređenja lokacije Vanjski u proračunu Grada Šibenika predviđen je iznos od 800 tisuća eura. Za izvođenje radova potrebno je provesti postupak javne nabave. Po završetku istoga započet će se sa izvođenjem radova – poručuju iz šibenskog Upravnog odjela za provedbu dokumenta prostornog uređenja i gradnju ne navodeći preciznije mogući rok početka radova kao ni to koliko će trajati. Umjesto toga ističu kako bi se radovi "trebali izvesti u optimalnom vremenu" budući da je riječ o pješački i prometno vrlo frekventnoj lokaciji. No, ako se uzme u obzir da će glavni i izvedbeni projekt biti gotovi do ožujka, odnosno travnja, tek će tada moći krenuti potraga za izviđačem radova. Sam natječaj mogao bi potrajati nekoliko mjeseci uključujući žalbene rokove, pa ako sve bude u redu i svi dogovori poštovani, jasno je da građevinski strojevi na Vanjski ne mogu doći prije jeseni, odnosno kraja turističke sezone i zabrane izvođenja građevinskih radova u gradskoj jezgri.

Prvonagrađeno urbanističko-arhitektonsko rješenje arhitektice Medoš u međuvremenu je doživjelo i neke promjene na traženje Grada Šibenika. Njegov koncept s betonskim površinama dimenzija 5x5 metara i diletacijama izvedenim u obliku stupa svojedobno je pridobio žiri koji je ocijenio da se dobro uklapa u rješenje zadanog prostora te je neprimjetno svladao visinske razlike. U prilog mu je išlo i korištenje suvremenih materijala te postavljenje klupa i zelenila. Korekcije koje je pak tražio Grad Šibenik bile su, među ostalim, vezane za insolaciju prostora kao i bolju prometnu protočnost.

Prostor na Vanjskom koji je omeđen dvjema vrlo frekventnim gradskim prometnicama i na kojem se trenutačno nalaze štekati dvaju kafića te parkiralište za motocikle uređeno nakon što je s te lokacije uklonjena benzinska crpka, mogao bi se početi uređivati ove jesen, nakon turističke sezone. Tako bi se, naime, moglo očekivati prema onomu što kažu u šibenskoj gradskoj upravi, a trenutačno se, potvrdili su, izrađuje potrebna projektna dokumentacija.

Ovaj "komadić" grada, nedaleko Poljane, središnjeg šibenskog trga, prije tri godine bio je predmetom urbanističko-arhitektonskog natječaja na koji je pristiglo 15 radova iz cijele Hrvatske, a kao najbolji izabran je rad makarske arhitektice Marije Medoš, zaposlene na zagrebačkom Arhitektonskom fakultetu, u suradnji s produkt dizajnerom Alanom Tvicom. Nakon toga, umjesto realizacije projekta, uslijedila je poduža stanka, djelomično i zbog bolesti autorice, no iz gradske uprave u više su navrata isticali kako se unatoč zastoju, od projekta ne odustaje.

Iz Upravnog odjela za provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnju koji vodi Madlena Roša Dulibić, sada kažu kako im je krajem prošle godine dostavljen idejni projekt, a slijedi izrada glavnog, a potom i izvedbenog, što će Grad Šibenik ukupno koštati nešto više od 33 tisuće eura. Kada dokumentacija bude gotova, moći će se tražiti izvođač radova.

-U prosincu 2023. godine Upravnom odjelu za provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnju Grada Šibenika predan je idejni projekt za posebne uvjete i uvjete priključenja. Dostava glavnog projekta s troškovnikom predviđena je 30 dana od dobivanja posebnih uvjeta, a dostava izvedbenog projekta 60 dana od predaje glavnog projekta – navodi Roša Dulibić, a preračunavajući rokove koji se spominju završna projektna dokumentacija mogla bi biti gotova do ožujka ili travnja.

-Za izvedbu uređenja lokacije Vanjski u proračunu Grada Šibenika predviđen je iznos od 800 tisuća eura. Za izvođenje radova potrebno je provesti postupak javne nabave. Po završetku istoga započet će se sa izvođenjem radova – poručuju iz šibenskog Upravnog odjela za provedbu dokumenta prostornog uređenja i gradnju ne navodeći preciznije mogući rok početka radova kao ni to koliko će trajati. Umjesto toga ističu kako bi se radovi "trebali izvesti u optimalnom vremenu" budući da je riječ o pješački i prometno vrlo frekventnoj lokaciji. No, ako se uzme u obzir da će glavni i izvedbeni projekt biti gotovi do ožujka, odnosno travnja, tek će tada moći krenuti potraga za izviđačem radova. Sam natječaj mogao bi potrajati nekoliko mjeseci uključujući žalbene rokove, pa ako sve bude u redu i svi dogovori poštovani, jasno je da građevinski strojevi na Vanjski ne mogu doći prije jeseni, odnosno kraja turističke sezone i zabrane izvođenja građevinskih radova u gradskoj jezgri.

Prvonagrađeno urbanističko-arhitektonsko rješenje arhitektice Medoš u međuvremenu je doživjelo i neke promjene na traženje Grada Šibenika. Njegov koncept s betonskim površinama dimenzija 5x5 metara i diletacijama izvedenim u obliku stupa svojedobno je pridobio žiri koji je ocijenio da se dobro uklapa u rješenje zadanog prostora te je neprimjetno svladao visinske razlike. U prilog mu je išlo i korištenje suvremenih materijala te postavljenje klupa i zelenila. Korekcije koje je pak tražio Grad Šibenik bile su, među ostalim, vezane za insolaciju prostora kao i bolju prometnu protočnost.
