Grad Šibenik u srijedu je raspisao natječaj za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta u Poduzetničkoj zoni Podi. Radi se o oko 63 hektara površine.

Početna cijena je pet eura po metru četvornom, što znači da bi kupac trebao platiti oko 3,2 milijuna eura za spomenuto zemljište.

Kupac je već poznat. Riječ je o firmi Vallis Solaris koja najavljuje veliku investiciju u šibenskoj gospodarskoj zoni.

Vallis Solaris obuhvaća cjelokupan program investicija koje će u cjelini sačinjavati vertikalno integrirani lanac vrijednosti fotonaponske industrije. Radi se o jedinstvenom konceptu na području Europske unije i šire koji podrazumijeva paralelnu izgradnju nekoliko različitih industrija na jednoj lokaciji, povezanih u jedinstvenu cjelinu. Konačan proizvod predstavljat će fotonaponski modul posljednje generacije.

„Program ulaganja obuhvaća i lanac vrijednosti zelenog vodika koji rezultira sintetičkim gorivima kao konačnim proizvodom. Za potrebe napajanja vlastitih postrojenja velikim količinama električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora, planira se ulaganje u energetska polja koja bi lokacijom, osim područja grada Šibenika, zahvatila i širi prostor. Industrijski projekt imat će minimalan utjecaj na okoliš, budući da se cjelokupan koncept bazira na cirkularnoj ekonomiji i minimalnom ugljičnom otisku. Otpadne vode reciklirat će se za potrebe elektrolize zelenog vodika te će se  u potpunosti  iskorištavati u procesu sinteze vodika i proizvodnji zelenog metanola. Kruti otpad iz vlastitih postrojenja reciklirat će se i vraćati u proizvodni proces ili će ga koristiti druge industrije u postojećem obliku“, pojašnjavaju iz Vallis Solarisa.

Za realizaciju ovako velikog i kompleksnog investicijskog programa, čije značenje daleko nadmašuje i nacionalnu razinu, odabrana je šibenska Poduzetnička zona Podi zbog jedinstvene kombinacije preduvjeta koje je nužno zadovoljiti na jednom mjestu, a odnosi se, među ostalim, na raspoloživost površina. Za razvoj industrijskog postrojenja u prvoj fazi bit će dostatno 50-60 ha zemljišta, dok je za realizaciju svih predviđenih ulaganja nužno osigurati do 300 ha zemljišta. Poduzetnička zona Podi opremljena je logistički i adekvatnom komunalnom infrastrukturom, nudi mogućnost proizvodnje i dobave  velikih količina zelene električne energije, a u prostoru gravitacije 50-70 km trenutno nudi  raspoloživost radne snage.

Prva faza ulaganja trebala bi biti realizirana do kraja 2026. godine te bi trebala doseći visinu ulaganja od jedne milijarde eura, samo u industrijska postrojenja. Ulaganja u energetska polja planirana su u znatno većim iznosima, a njihova dinamika ovisit će također o raspoloživosti lokacija za razvoj, brzini realizacije u smislu provođenja propisanih postupaka i procedura, pravnom okviru čije se donošenje još uvijek očekuje i drugim čimbenicima. Učinak na zapošljavanje u prvoj fazi predviđen je na razini 200-300 zaposlenika, dok ukupne potrebe za radnom snagom na kraju realizacije svih predviđenih ulaganja dosežu brojku od 5.000 zaposlenih.

Grad Šibenik u srijedu je raspisao natječaj za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta u Poduzetničkoj zoni Podi. Radi se o oko 63 hektara površine.

Početna cijena je pet eura po metru četvornom, što znači da bi kupac trebao platiti oko 3,2 milijuna eura za spomenuto zemljište.

Kupac je već poznat. Riječ je o firmi Vallis Solaris koja najavljuje veliku investiciju u šibenskoj gospodarskoj zoni.

Vallis Solaris obuhvaća cjelokupan program investicija koje će u cjelini sačinjavati vertikalno integrirani lanac vrijednosti fotonaponske industrije. Radi se o jedinstvenom konceptu na području Europske unije i šire koji podrazumijeva paralelnu izgradnju nekoliko različitih industrija na jednoj lokaciji, povezanih u jedinstvenu cjelinu. Konačan proizvod predstavljat će fotonaponski modul posljednje generacije.

„Program ulaganja obuhvaća i lanac vrijednosti zelenog vodika koji rezultira sintetičkim gorivima kao konačnim proizvodom. Za potrebe napajanja vlastitih postrojenja velikim količinama električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora, planira se ulaganje u energetska polja koja bi lokacijom, osim područja grada Šibenika, zahvatila i širi prostor. Industrijski projekt imat će minimalan utjecaj na okoliš, budući da se cjelokupan koncept bazira na cirkularnoj ekonomiji i minimalnom ugljičnom otisku. Otpadne vode reciklirat će se za potrebe elektrolize zelenog vodika te će se  u potpunosti  iskorištavati u procesu sinteze vodika i proizvodnji zelenog metanola. Za realizaciju ovako velikog i kompleksnog investicijskog programa, čije značenje daleko nadmašuje i nacionalnu razinu, odabrana je šibenska Poduzetnička zona Podi zbog jedinstvene kombinacije preduvjeta koje je nužno zadovoljiti na jednom mjestu, a odnosi se, među ostalim, na raspoloživost površina. Za razvoj industrijskog postrojenja u prvoj fazi bit će dostatno 50-60 ha zemljišta, dok je za realizaciju svih predviđenih ulaganja nužno osigurati do 300 ha zemljišta. Poduzetnička zona Podi opremljena je logistički i adekvatnom komunalnom infrastrukturom, nudi mogućnost proizvodnje i dobave  velikih količina zelene električne energije, a u prostoru gravitacije 50-70 km trenutno nudi  raspoloživost radne snage.

Prva faza ulaganja trebala bi biti realizirana do kraja 2026. godine te bi trebala doseći visinu ulaganja od jedne milijarde eura, samo u industrijska postrojenja. Ulaganja u energetska polja planirana su u znatno većim iznosima, a njihova dinamika ovisit će također o raspoloživosti lokacija za razvoj, brzini realizacije u smislu provođenja propisanih postupaka i procedura, pravnom okviru čije se donošenje još uvijek očekuje i drugim čimbenicima. Učinak na zapošljavanje u prvoj fazi predviđen je na razini 200-300 zaposlenika, dok ukupne potrebe za radnom snagom na kraju realizacije svih predviđenih ulaganja dosežu brojku od 5.000 zaposlenih.

Mega investicija stiže u Šibenik? Raspisan natječaj za prodaju zemljišta, kupac treba platiti više od tri milijuna eura

Grad Šibenik u srijedu je raspisao natječaj za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta u Poduzetničkoj zoni Podi. Radi se o oko 63 hektara površine.

Početna cijena je pet eura po metru četvornom, što znači da bi kupac trebao platiti oko 3,2 milijuna eura za spomenuto zemljište.

Kupac je već poznat. Riječ je o firmi Vallis Solaris koja najavljuje veliku investiciju u šibenskoj gospodarskoj zoni.

Vallis Solaris obuhvaća cjelokupan program investicija koje će u cjelini sačinjavati vertikalno integrirani lanac vrijednosti fotonaponske industrije. Radi se o jedinstvenom konceptu na području Europske unije i šire koji podrazumijeva paralelnu izgradnju nekoliko različitih industrija na jednoj lokaciji, povezanih u jedinstvenu cjelinu. Konačan proizvod predstavljat će fotonaponski modul posljednje generacije.

„Program ulaganja obuhvaća i lanac vrijednosti zelenog vodika koji rezultira sintetičkim gorivima kao konačnim proizvodom. Za potrebe napajanja vlastitih postrojenja velikim količinama električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora, planira se ulaganje u energetska polja koja bi lokacijom, osim područja grada Šibenika, zahvatila i širi prostor. Industrijski projekt imat će minimalan utjecaj na okoliš, budući da se cjelokupan koncept bazira na cirkularnoj ekonomiji i minimalnom ugljičnom otisku. Otpadne vode reciklirat će se za potrebe elektrolize zelenog vodika te će se  u potpunosti  iskorištavati u procesu sinteze vodika i proizvodnji zelenog metanola.
