Epidemiolog i član Vladina Znanstvenog savjeta Branko Kolarić izjavio je u subotu kako je skeptičan prema popuštanju epidemioloških mjera, a mišljenja je da ne bi značajno popuštao mjere nakon 15. veljače jer smo do sada od njih imali dobar efekt u suzbijanju širenja zaraze.

"Imali smo dobar efekt od ovih mjera. Skeptičan sam prema nekom velikom popuštanju zbog brzoširećih sojeva koji se javljaju u sve većim dijelovima Europe", rekao je Kolarić gostujući u Dnevniku HRT-a.

Dodao je kako je skeptičan i prema lokalnom popuštanju mjera, naglasivši da s time treba biti vrlo oprezan.

Na pitanje treba li nakon 15. veljače popustiti mjere s obzirom na pad broje zaraženih i onih na bolničkom liječenju, Kolarić je mišljenja da ne bi značajno išao u popuštanje tih mjera.

Na pitanje o cjepivu AstraZenece i njegovoj upitnoj učinkovitosti kod cijepljenja starijih od 65 godina, Kolarić je istaknuo kako je sjajna vijest što imamo još jedno cjepivo dostupno, da bi građanima savjetovao da ne odbijaju cjepivo jer su veće dobrobiti cijepljenja.

Razlika u učinkovitosti cjepiva relativno mala

"Zabrinjavajuće je, i meni se ne sviđa što su doze koje dobivamo relativno male. Do kraja veljače moramo dobiti 150.000 doza, prije je bila planirala tjedna isporuka od 180.000 doza. Ovo cjepivo ima nešto manju učinkovitost u sprečavanju bolesti, ali u istraživanjima je pokazalo da oni koji su se cijepili, a ipak se zarazili, nisu završili u bolnici, nisu imali teži oblik", kazao je Kolarić.

Dodao je kako u istraživanju AstraZenece nije bilo dovoljno osoba starije životne dobi da bi se dokazala učinkovitost.

"Teško je za očekivati da će cjepivo kod nekoga tko ima 55 godina djelovati, a kod nekoga tko ima 56 neće. AstraZeneca provodi dodatna istraživanja o učinkovitosti na osobama starije životne dobi i vjerujem da će biti jednako učinkovito, nešto manje nego u mlađoj životnoj dobi, jer stariji inače imaju nešto lošiji imunološki odgovor, ali ne da ne bi bilo učinkovito", objasnio je Kolarić.

Savjetovao je građanima da ne odbijaju cjepivo iz razloga što je puno važnije cijepiti se sada, nego čekati tri mjeseca i možda se razboljeti. "Razlika u učinkovitosti cjepiva je relativno mala", ustvrdio je Kolarić.

Upitan da komentira kinesko i rusko cjepivo protiv koronavirusa te treba li EU razmotriti njihovu nabavu, Kolarić kaže kako bi EU to trebala napraviti, odnosno razmotriti nabavu svih cjepiva koja mogu proći registraciju.

"Nama je cilj što brže doći do što više doza cjepiva, to je primarni cilj. Bilo bi super da se procijepimo, izbjegnemo treći val novih sojeva ako je moguće, i bilo bi izvrsno da prije turističke sezone stignemo procijepiti sve djelatnike u hotelijerskoj djelatnosti, ugostiteljstvu, to bi nam za turističku sezonu puno značilo", zaključio je Kolarić.

Epidemiolog i član Vladina Znanstvenog savjeta Branko Kolarić izjavio je u subotu kako je skeptičan prema popuštanju epidemioloških mjera, a mišljenja je da ne bi značajno popuštao mjere nakon 15. veljače jer smo do sada od njih imali dobar efekt u suzbijanju širenja zaraze.

"Imali smo dobar efekt od ovih mjera. Skeptičan sam prema nekom velikom popuštanju zbog brzoširećih sojeva koji se javljaju u sve većim dijelovima Europe", rekao je Kolarić gostujući u Dnevniku HRT-a.

Dodao je kako je skeptičan i prema lokalnom popuštanju mjera, naglasivši da s time treba biti vrlo oprezan.

Na pitanje treba li nakon 15. veljače popustiti mjere s obzirom na pad broje zaraženih i onih na bolničkom liječenju, Kolarić je mišljenja da ne bi značajno išao u popuštanje tih mjera.

Na pitanje o cjepivu AstraZenece i njegovoj upitnoj učinkovitosti kod cijepljenja starijih od 65 godina, Kolarić je istaknuo kako je sjajna vijest što imamo još jedno cjepivo dostupno, da bi građanima savjetovao da ne odbijaju cjepivo jer su veće dobrobiti cijepljenja.

Razlika u učinkovitosti cjepiva relativno mala

"Zabrinjavajuće je, i meni se ne sviđa što su doze koje dobivamo relativno male. Do kraja veljače moramo dobiti 150.000 doza, prije je bila planirala tjedna isporuka od 180.000 doza. Ovo cjepivo ima nešto manju učinkovitost u sprečavanju bolesti, ali u istraživanjima je pokazalo da oni koji su se cijepili, a ipak se zarazili, nisu završili u bolnici, nisu imali teži oblik", kazao je Kolarić.

Dodao je kako u istraživanju AstraZenece nije bilo dovoljno osoba starije životne dobi da bi se dokazala učinkovitost.

"Teško je za očekivati da će cjepivo kod nekoga tko ima 55 godina djelovati, a kod nekoga tko ima 56 neće. AstraZeneca provodi dodatna istraživanja o učinkovitosti na osobama starije životne dobi i vjerujem da će biti jednako učinkovito, nešto manje nego u mlađoj životnoj dobi, jer stariji inače imaju nešto lošiji imunološki odgovor, ali ne da ne bi bilo učinkovito", objasnio je Kolarić.

Savjetovao je građanima da ne odbijaju cjepivo iz razloga što je puno važnije cijepiti se sada, nego čekati tri mjeseca i možda se razboljeti. "Razlika u učinkovitosti cjepiva je relativno mala", ustvrdio je Kolarić.

Upitan da komentira kinesko i rusko cjepivo protiv koronavirusa te treba li EU razmotriti njihovu nabavu, Kolarić kaže kako bi EU to trebala napraviti, odnosno razmotriti nabavu svih cjepiva koja mogu proći registraciju.

"Nama je cilj što brže doći do što više doza cjepiva, to je primarni cilj. Bilo bi super da se procijepimo, izbjegnemo treći val novih sojeva ako je moguće, i bilo bi izvrsno da prije turističke sezone stignemo procijepiti sve djelatnike u hotelijerskoj djelatnosti, ugostiteljstvu, to bi nam za turističku sezonu puno značilo", zaključio je Kolarić.

Epidemiolog i član Vladina Znanstvenog savjeta Branko Kolarić izjavio je u subotu kako je skeptičan prema popuštanju epidemioloških mjera, a mišljenja je da ne bi značajno popuštao mjere nakon 15. veljače jer smo do sada od njih imali dobar efekt u suzbijanju širenja zaraze.

"Imali smo dobar efekt od ovih mjera. Skeptičan sam prema nekom velikom popuštanju zbog brzoširećih sojeva koji se javljaju u sve većim dijelovima Europe", rekao je Kolarić gostujući u Dnevniku HRT-a.

Dodao je kako je skeptičan i prema lokalnom popuštanju mjera, naglasivši da s time treba biti vrlo oprezan.

Na pitanje treba li nakon 15. veljače popustiti mjere s obzirom na pad broje zaraženih i onih na bolničkom liječenju, Kolarić je mišljenja da ne bi značajno išao u popuštanje tih mjera.

Na pitanje o cjepivu AstraZenece i njegovoj upitnoj učinkovitosti kod cijepljenja starijih od 65 godina, Kolarić je istaknuo kako je sjajna vijest što imamo još jedno cjepivo dostupno, da bi građanima savjetovao da ne odbijaju cjepivo jer su veće dobrobiti cijepljenja.

Razlika u učinkovitosti cjepiva relativno mala

"Zabrinjavajuće je, i meni se ne sviđa što su doze koje dobivamo relativno male. Do kraja veljače moramo dobiti 150.000 doza, prije je bila planirala tjedna isporuka od 180.000 doza. Ovo cjepivo ima nešto manju učinkovitost u sprečavanju bolesti, ali u istraživanjima je pokazalo da oni koji su se cijepili, a ipak se zarazili, nisu završili u bolnici, nisu imali teži oblik", kazao je Kolarić.

Dodao je kako u istraživanju AstraZenece nije bilo dovoljno osoba starije životne dobi da bi se dokazala učinkovitost.

"Teško je za očekivati da će cjepivo kod nekoga tko ima 55 godina djelovati, a kod nekoga tko ima 56 neće. AstraZeneca provodi dodatna istraživanja o učinkovitosti na osobama starije životne dobi i vjerujem da će biti jednako učinkovito, nešto manje nego u mlađoj životnoj dobi, jer stariji inače imaju nešto lošiji imunološki odgovor, ali ne da ne bi bilo učinkovito", objasnio je Kolarić.

Savjetovao je građanima da ne odbijaju cjepivo iz razloga što je puno važnije cijepiti se sada, nego čekati tri mjeseca i možda se razboljeti. "Razlika u učinkovitosti cjepiva je relativno mala", ustvrdio je Kolarić.

Upitan da komentira kinesko i rusko cjepivo protiv koronavirusa te treba li EU razmotriti njihovu nabavu, Kolarić kaže kako bi EU to trebala napraviti, odnosno razmotriti nabavu svih cjepiva koja mogu proći registraciju.

"Nama je cilj što brže doći do što više doza cjepiva, to je primarni cilj. Bilo bi super da se procijepimo, izbjegnemo treći val novih sojeva ako je moguće, i bilo bi izvrsno da prije turističke sezone stignemo procijepiti sve djelatnike u hotelijerskoj djelatnosti, ugostiteljstvu, to bi nam za turističku sezonu puno značilo", zaključio je Kolarić.
