Davor Mikulić iz Đakova na čije je dijete bačena ležaljka na plaži u Baškoj Vodi jučer u 10.35 sati, javio se Jutarnjem listu te ispričao i svoju stranu priče koja je završila službenom bilješkom komunalnog redara, ali i isprikom načelnika i, doduše nevoljkog, radnika jednog od koncesionara.

- Na plaži je bila ležaljka na kojoj je bila moja 12-godišnja kći dok je supruga s drugim djetetom bila u moru. Dijete se igralo na toj ležaljci kad je došao koncesionar i bacio ležaljku na dijete. Taj trenutak nisam vidio jer sam malo dalje bio u hladu, no odmah sam došao na djetetov poziv, maknuo sam tu ležaljku i rekao mu da ne smije stavljati ležaljku ako nije iznajmljena. Međutim, on ju je ponovno stavio i ja sam je bacio u more te rekao da ako još jednom to napravi, "i njega ću zafitiljit u more", kazao je Mikulić.

- U međuvremenu je došao i komunalni redar kojeg je netko pozvao i na kraju smo svi završili u kancelariji kod načelnika. Načelnik mi se ispričao te na njega i postupak komunalnog redara nemam nikakvih primjedbi, a načelnik je rekao tom gospodinu ako mi se ne ispriča, da će mu oduzeti koncesiju (obrt Pedalinko, nap. a.). On je to nevoljko učinio, a komunalni redar je o svemu sastavio zapisnik. U međuvremenu se proširila i snimka, ali tu snimku nisam snimio ja, već netko od kolega tog koncesionara jer su mislili da ću fizički nasrnuti i na njih, ali to mi nikako nije bila namjera, već sam samo želio zaštititi svoje dijete i upozoriti ga da nema pravo stavljati ležaljke koje nisu iznajmljene - ispričao je za Jutarnji list Davor Mikulić i dodao kako nikako nije bio razjaren, nego je samo reagirao kao otac koji je došao zaštititi dijete na koje je bila bačena ležaljka.

Inače, plaža u Baškoj Vodi jedna je s najviše ležaljki, na kojoj je izdano čak 114 koncesijskih odobrenja pa ležaljke zakrče cijelu plažu, što je protivno propisima koji kažu da ih se mora držati na jednom mjestu te postaviti tek nakon što je potrošač zatraži i plati. Ostatak plaže pak mora biti dostupan za korištenje gostima koji ne žele unajmiti ležaljke.

Davor Mikulić iz Đakova na čije je dijete bačena ležaljka na plaži u Baškoj Vodi jučer u 10.35 sati, javio se Jutarnjem listu te ispričao i svoju stranu priče koja je završila službenom bilješkom komunalnog redara, ali i isprikom načelnika i, doduše nevoljkog, radnika jednog od koncesionara.

- Na plaži je bila ležaljka na kojoj je bila moja 12-godišnja kći dok je supruga s drugim djetetom bila u moru. Dijete se igralo na toj ležaljci kad je došao koncesionar i bacio ležaljku na dijete. Taj trenutak nisam vidio jer sam malo dalje bio u hladu, no odmah sam došao na djetetov poziv, maknuo sam tu ležaljku i rekao mu da ne smije stavljati ležaljku ako nije iznajmljena. Međutim, on ju je ponovno stavio i ja sam je bacio u more te rekao da ako još jednom to napravi, "i njega ću zafitiljit u more", kazao je Mikulić.

- U međuvremenu je došao i komunalni redar kojeg je netko pozvao i na kraju smo svi završili u kancelariji kod načelnika. Načelnik mi se ispričao te na njega i postupak komunalnog redara nemam nikakvih primjedbi, a načelnik je rekao tom gospodinu ako mi se ne ispriča, da će mu oduzeti koncesiju (obrt Pedalinko, nap. a.). On je to nevoljko učinio, a komunalni redar je o svemu sastavio zapisnik. U međuvremenu se proširila i snimka, ali tu snimku nisam snimio ja, već netko od kolega tog koncesionara jer su mislili da ću fizički nasrnuti i na njih, ali to mi nikako nije bila namjera, već sam samo želio zaštititi svoje dijete i upozoriti ga da nema pravo stavljati ležaljke koje nisu iznajmljene - ispričao je za Jutarnji list Davor Mikulić i dodao kako nikako nije bio razjaren, nego je samo reagirao kao otac koji je došao zaštititi dijete na koje je bila bačena ležaljka.

Inače, plaža u Baškoj Vodi jedna je s najviše ležaljki, na kojoj je izdano čak 114 koncesijskih odobrenja pa ležaljke zakrče cijelu plažu, što je protivno propisima koji kažu da ih se mora držati na jednom mjestu te postaviti tek nakon što je potrošač zatraži i plati. Ostatak plaže pak mora biti dostupan za korištenje gostima koji ne žele unajmiti ležaljke.

Davor Mikulić iz Đakova na čije je dijete bačena ležaljka na plaži u Baškoj Vodi jučer u 10.35 sati, javio se Jutarnjem listu te ispričao i svoju stranu priče koja je završila službenom bilješkom komunalnog redara, ali i isprikom načelnika i, doduše nevoljkog, radnika jednog od koncesionara.

- Na plaži je bila ležaljka na kojoj je bila moja 12-godišnja kći dok je supruga s drugim djetetom bila u moru. Dijete se igralo na toj ležaljci kad je došao koncesionar i bacio ležaljku na dijete. Taj trenutak nisam vidio jer sam malo dalje bio u hladu, no odmah sam došao na djetetov poziv, maknuo sam tu ležaljku i rekao mu da ne smije stavljati ležaljku ako nije iznajmljena. Međutim, on ju je ponovno stavio i ja sam je bacio u more te rekao da ako još jednom to napravi, "i njega ću zafitiljit u more", kazao je Mikulić.

- U međuvremenu je došao i komunalni redar kojeg je netko pozvao i na kraju smo svi završili u kancelariji kod načelnika.
