Tko želi na vrijeme stići s točke A na točku B radije neka izračuna koliko će mu za tu udaljenost trebati pješice nego da se pouzdaje u Hrvatske željeznice, piše Jutarnji list.

Danas je to na svojoj koži isprobao jedan građanin koji je ustao u šest ujutro kako bi s djevojkom stigao na bjelovarski željeznički kolodvor gdje su se planirali ukrcati na vlak za Zagreb u 7:29, no kad je došao na blagajnu kupiti kartu, šok.

"Ne, taj vlak ne vozi vikendom", kazala mu je blagajnica.

"Ali, u vašoj aplikaciji i na vašim mrežnim stranicama piše da normalno vozi?", iznenađeno je zaustio, ali ova je ostala hladna kao špricer.

"Je, tako piše jer tu aplikaciju održava neka treća firma koja ne ažurira podatke, ali vlak ne vozi i neće stići. Imate sljedeći u 10:50", poručila mu je i nastavila nešto tražiti među papirima.

Jutarnjem je ispričao kako nije mogao vjerovati svojim ušima.

"Dakle, da oni nisu u stanju ažurirati čak niti vozni red, pa to je tragično. Bilo nas je negdje 40-ak na stanici, svi su mislili da vlak normalno vozi jer je tako označeno u voznom redu, ali ništa od toga. Najgore od svega je bilo da se žena nije imala čak niti potrebu ispričati", ljutit je naš sugovornik koji je na kraju odlučio ostati u Bjelovaru, a telefonski otkazao tri sastanka koja je danas trebao obaviti.

Mi smo u međuvremenu provjerili piše li doista na stranicama HŽ Putnikog prijevoza da vlak normalno prometuje subotom i nedjeljom i uvjerili se da je naš sugovornik govorio istinu - tražilica ga normalno izbacuje te je za njega moguće kupiti čak i kartu, a oni koji su to slučajno napravili, razočarat će se kad stignu na željezničku postaju dočekati prijevoz koji neće stići.

Naš nam sugovornik kaže kako se već odavno prestao čuditi činjenici da imamo loše pruge i stare vlakove, ali kako je teško pronaći objašnjenje zašto ta državna tvrtka nije u stanju barem ažurirati vozni red vlakova.

Inače, zbog ovog je problema HŽ Putnički prijevoz u nekoliko navrata dobio po prstima od željezničke inspekcije HAKOM-a. Posljednje je direktoru te tvrtke Željku Ukiću izrečena kazna od 25 tisuća kuna prole godine u veljači zbog činjenice da se na kolodvorima ne objavljuju vozni redovi, potom jer tvrtka nema uspostavkjen sustav pružanja informacija putnicima, a tražili su od putnika i da za kupovinu karata obavezno pripreme sitan novac, što je Inspekcija ocijenila neprikladnim.

Tko želi na vrijeme stići s točke A na točku B radije neka izračuna koliko će mu za tu udaljenost trebati pješice nego da se pouzdaje u Hrvatske željeznice, piše Jutarnji list.

Danas je to na svojoj koži isprobao jedan građanin koji je ustao u šest ujutro kako bi s djevojkom stigao na bjelovarski željeznički kolodvor gdje su se planirali ukrcati na vlak za Zagreb u 7:29, no kad je došao na blagajnu kupiti kartu, šok.

"Ne, taj vlak ne vozi vikendom", kazala mu je blagajnica.

"Ali, u vašoj aplikaciji i na vašim mrežnim stranicama piše da normalno vozi?", iznenađeno je zaustio, ali ova je ostala hladna kao špricer.

"Je, tako piše jer tu aplikaciju održava neka treća firma koja ne ažurira podatke, ali vlak ne vozi i neće stići. Imate sljedeći u 10:50", poručila mu je i nastavila nešto tražiti među papirima.

Jutarnjem je ispričao kako nije mogao vjerovati svojim ušima.

"Dakle, da oni nisu u stanju ažurirati čak niti vozni red, pa to je tragično. Bilo nas je negdje 40-ak na stanici, svi su mislili da vlak normalno vozi jer je tako označeno u voznom redu, ali ništa od toga. Najgore od svega je bilo da se žena nije imala čak niti potrebu ispričati", ljutit je naš sugovornik koji je na kraju odlučio ostati u Bjelovaru, a telefonski otkazao tri sastanka koja je danas trebao obaviti.

Mi smo u međuvremenu provjerili piše li doista na stranicama HŽ Putnikog prijevoza da vlak normalno prometuje subotom i nedjeljom i uvjerili se da je naš sugovornik govorio istinu - tražilica ga normalno izbacuje te je za njega moguće kupiti čak i kartu, a oni koji su to slučajno napravili, razočarat će se kad stignu na željezničku postaju dočekati prijevoz koji neće stići.

Naš nam sugovornik kaže kako se već odavno prestao čuditi činjenici da imamo loše pruge i stare vlakove, ali kako je teško pronaći objašnjenje zašto ta državna tvrtka nije u stanju barem ažurirati vozni red vlakova.

Inače, zbog ovog je problema HŽ Putnički prijevoz u nekoliko navrata dobio po prstima od željezničke inspekcije HAKOM-a. Posljednje je direktoru te tvrtke Željku Ukiću izrečena kazna od 25 tisuća kuna prole godine u veljači zbog činjenice da se na kolodvorima ne objavljuju vozni redovi, potom jer tvrtka nema uspostavkjen sustav pružanja informacija putnicima, a tražili su od putnika i da za kupovinu karata obavezno pripreme sitan novac, što je Inspekcija ocijenila neprikladnim.

Tko želi na vrijeme stići s točke A na točku B radije neka izračuna koliko će mu za tu udaljenost trebati pješice nego da se pouzdaje u Hrvatske željeznice, piše Jutarnji list.

Danas je to na svojoj koži isprobao jedan građanin koji je ustao u šest ujutro kako bi s djevojkom stigao na bjelovarski željeznički kolodvor gdje su se planirali ukrcati na vlak za Zagreb u 7:29, no kad je došao na blagajnu kupiti kartu, šok.

"Ne, taj vlak ne vozi vikendom", kazala mu je blagajnica.

"Ali, u vašoj aplikaciji i na vašim mrežnim stranicama piše da normalno vozi?", iznenađeno je zaustio, ali ova je ostala hladna kao špricer.

"Je, tako piše jer tu aplikaciju održava neka treća firma koja ne ažurira podatke, ali vlak ne vozi i neće stići. Imate sljedeći u 10:50", poručila mu je i nastavila nešto tražiti među papirima.

Jutarnjem je ispričao kako nije mogao vjerovati svojim ušima.

"Dakle, da oni nisu u stanju ažurirati čak niti vozni red, pa to je tragično. Bilo nas je negdje 40-ak na stanici, svi su mislili da vlak normalno vozi jer je tako označeno u voznom redu, ali ništa od toga. Najgore od svega je bilo da se žena nije imala čak niti potrebu ispričati", ljutit je naš sugovornik koji je na kraju odlučio ostati u Bjelovaru, a telefonski otkazao tri sastanka koja je danas trebao obaviti.

Mi smo u međuvremenu provjerili piše li doista na stranicama HŽ Putnikog prijevoza da vlak normalno prometuje subotom i nedjeljom i uvjerili se da je naš sugovornik govorio istinu - tražilica ga normalno izbacuje te je za njega moguće kupiti čak i kartu, a oni koji su to slučajno napravili, razočarat će se kad stignu na željezničku postaju dočekati prijevoz koji neće stići.

Naš nam sugovornik kaže kako se već odavno prestao čuditi činjenici da imamo loše pruge i stare vlakove, ali kako je teško pronaći objašnjenje zašto ta državna tvrtka nije u stanju barem ažurirati vozni red vlakova.

Inače, zbog ovog je problema HŽ Putnički prijevoz u nekoliko navrata dobio po prstima od željezničke inspekcije HAKOM-a.
