Iako je danima trajala neizvjesnost oko njihova nastupa na poluzavršnom turniru, košarkašice Šibenika su stigle do same završnice, do borbe za medalje na državnome prvenstvu za kadetkinje (uzrast do 17 godina)!

Taj uspjeh su izborile drugim mjestom na turniru u Zagrebu, jednom od dva polufinalna. Favorizirana Trešnjevka je bila bolja od igračica trenera Petra Zlatopera (76:43), ali su njima za prolazak među četiri najbolja sastava u državi bile dovoljne pobjede nad vršnjakinjama Broda (80:58) i crikveničkog Arxa (82:63).

- Turnir se razvio baš prema mojim očekivanjima. Bila je procjena da će nam prva utakmica biti ključna za prolaz na finalni turnir. To se i dogodilo. Iako smo stalno vodili, Brod nam je bio jako neugodan, dugo prijetio, opteretio prekršajima naše glavne igračice. Imaju jednu ekstra igračicu, kadetsku reprezentativku. Slomili smo ih tek u zadnjih pet minuta, kad je ona izašla iz igre s pet prekršaja. Trešnjevka ima širi roster, nametnula je jak tempo, agresivnu igru u kojoj smo dosta griješili. Arx nam je bio nešto lakši suparnik, bilo je prostora i za odmor nekih nositeljica igre – raportira trener šibenskih kadetkinja, zadovoljan onim što su napravile njegove igračice.

- Našu su igru nosile četiri cure, sestre Milković, Ćuklin i Dragović. Kako Branisavljević nije mogla igrati nakon prve utakmice, a nemamo dovoljan broj kadetkinja, značajne uloge su imale i dvije 14-godišnjakinje, Perković i Lori Zlatoper. Po viđenome, iako je Trešnjevka bila dominantna, baš mi imamo košarkaški najpotentniju petorku turnira“ – naglasio je Zlatoper.

On je u Zagrebu vodio ovaj sastav: J. Milković, L. Milković, Šuperba, Čala, Zlatoper, Ćuklin, Dragović, Branisavljević i Perković. Njih čeka nastup na završnome turniru, borba za medalje, 12. i 13. veljače, u Zagrebu ili Virju.

- U polufinalu idemo na splitski KAŽL, sastav sličnog profila i stila igre poput Trešnjevke. Ako ne uspijemo protiv njih, vjerujem da imamo realne šanse barem za broncu, iako Podravac može biti neugodan, posebice bude li se igralo kod njih, u Virju. Oni imaju dosta mlađih cura, koje su prije dvije godine bile U-13 prvakinje Hrvatske“ – veli Zlatoper.

Trener kadetkinja Šibenika vjeruje i da neće biti komplikacija oko njihova nastupa na završnici, kakve su ih mučile uoči poluzavršnice. Kako nije bilo potvrde da će se moći odgoditi seniorska utakmica FSV – Šibenik, koja se trebala igrati u Rijeci, istog dana kad i završno kolo turnira u Zagrebu, prijetila je opasnost otkazivanja nastupa kadetkinja. Razlog – njih čak sedam od rujna treniraju sa seniorskim sastavom, neke imaju i značajne uloge u igri.

Ipak, dva dana prije prvog kola kadetskog turnira, stigla je odluka o odgodi seniorske utakmice, time i nestala najveća prepreka na putu do borbe za kadetske medalje, prve takve nakon dugo godina!

Danira i Kornelija kontra Šibenika!
Danira Nakić (udata Bilić) i Kornelija Kvesić su zajedno bile članice zlatne generacije košarkašica šibenskog Elemesa, zajedno i reprezentativke bivše države, osvajačice medalja s olimpijskih igara, svjetskog i europskog prvenstva. Ipak, na ovom kadetskom turniru su imale interese koji se baš i nisu poklapali sa šibenskima! Kornelija je jedna od čelnika i članova stručnog štaba Broda, kluba iz Slavonskog Broda. Danirina kćerka Lena igra za Trešnjevku, još je mlađa kadetkinja, ima 15 godina, a mnogi je vide kao igračicu velikog potencija

Iako je danima trajala neizvjesnost oko njihova nastupa na poluzavršnom turniru, košarkašice Šibenika su stigle do same završnice, do borbe za medalje na državnome prvenstvu za kadetkinje (uzrast do 17 godina)!

Taj uspjeh su izborile drugim mjestom na turniru u Zagrebu, jednom od dva polufinalna. Favorizirana Trešnjevka je bila bolja od igračica trenera Petra Zlatopera (76:43), ali su njima za prolazak među četiri najbolja sastava u državi bile dovoljne pobjede nad vršnjakinjama Broda (80:58) i crikveničkog Arxa (82:63).

- Turnir se razvio baš prema mojim očekivanjima. Bila je procjena da će nam prva utakmica biti ključna za prolaz na finalni turnir. To se i dogodilo. Iako smo stalno vodili, Brod nam je bio jako neugodan, dugo prijetio, opteretio prekršajima naše glavne igračice. Imaju jednu ekstra igračicu, kadetsku reprezentativku. Slomili smo ih tek u zadnjih pet minuta, kad je ona izašla iz igre s pet prekršaja. Trešnjevka ima širi roster, nametnula je jak tempo, agresivnu igru u kojoj smo dosta griješili. Arx nam je bio nešto lakši suparnik, bilo je prostora i za odmor nekih nositeljica igre – raportira trener šibenskih kadetkinja, zadovoljan onim što su napravile njegove igračice.

- Našu su igru nosile četiri cure, sestre Milković, Ćuklin i Dragović. Kako Branisavljević nije mogla igrati nakon prve utakmice, a nemamo dovoljan broj kadetkinja, značajne uloge su imale i dvije 14-godišnjakinje, Perković i Lori Zlatoper. Po viđenome, iako je Trešnjevka bila dominantna, baš mi imamo košarkaški najpotentniju petorku turnira“ – naglasio je Zlatoper.

On je u Zagrebu vodio ovaj sastav: J. Milković, L. Milković, Šuperba, Čala, Zlatoper, Ćuklin, Dragović, Branisavljević i Perković. Njih čeka nastup na završnome turniru, borba za medalje, 12. i 13. veljače, u Zagrebu ili Virju.

- U polufinalu idemo na splitski KAŽL, sastav sličnog profila i stila igre poput Trešnjevke. Ako ne uspijemo protiv njih, vjerujem da imamo realne šanse barem za broncu, iako Podravac može biti neugodan, posebice bude li se igralo kod njih, u Virju. Oni imaju dosta mlađih cura, koje su prije dvije godine bile U-13 prvakinje Hrvatske“ – veli Zlatoper.

Trener kadetkinja Šibenika vjeruje i da neće biti komplikacija oko njihova nastupa na završnici, kakve su ih mučile uoči poluzavršnice. Kako nije bilo potvrde da će se moći odgoditi seniorska utakmica FSV – Šibenik, koja se trebala igrati u Rijeci, istog dana kad i završno kolo turnira u Zagrebu, prijetila je opasnost otkazivanja nastupa kadetkinja. Razlog – njih čak sedam od rujna treniraju sa seniorskim sastavom, neke imaju i značajne uloge u igri.

Ipak, dva dana prije prvog kola kadetskog turnira, stigla je odluka o odgodi seniorske utakmice, time i nestala najveća prepreka na putu do borbe za kadetske medalje, prve takve nakon dugo godina!

Danira i Kornelija kontra Šibenika!
Danira Nakić (udata Bilić) i Kornelija Kvesić su zajedno bile članice zlatne generacije košarkašica šibenskog Elemesa, zajedno i reprezentativke bivše države, osvajačice medalja s olimpijskih igara, svjetskog i europskog prvenstva. Ipak, na ovom kadetskom turniru su imale interese koji se baš i nisu poklapali sa šibenskima! Kornelija je jedna od čelnika i članova stručnog štaba Broda, kluba iz Slavonskog Broda. Danirina kćerka Lena igra za Trešnjevku, još je mlađa kadetkinja, ima 15 godina, a mnogi je vide kao igračicu velikog potencija

Šibenske cure stigle do borbe za medalje: kadetkinje prošle među četiri najbolje ekipe u državi, u polufinalu ih čekaju Splićanke

Iako je danima trajala neizvjesnost oko njihova nastupa na poluzavršnom turniru, košarkašice Šibenika su stigle do same završnice, do borbe za medalje na državnome prvenstvu za kadetkinje (uzrast do 17 godina)!

Taj uspjeh su izborile drugim mjestom na turniru u Zagrebu, jednom od dva polufinalna. Favorizirana Trešnjevka je bila bolja od igračica trenera Petra Zlatopera (76:43), ali su njima za prolazak među četiri najbolja sastava u državi bile dovoljne pobjede nad vršnjakinjama Broda (80:58) i crikveničkog Arxa (82:63).
