Osim Carle Bruni, supruge bivšeg francuskog predsjednika Nicolasa Sarkozyja u francuskoj verziji naslovljenoj "Noel est la" sudjelovat će i pjevačice Zaz te glumica i pjevačica Vanessa Paradis.

No popis izvođača još nije zaključen, navodi producent, a singl se očekuje na tržištu 1. prosinca uz videospot.

Bog Geldof je 1984. ujedinio zvijezde britanske pop i rock glazbe u "Band Aid" kao bi prikupio pjesmom novac za borbu protiv gladi koja je tada pogodila Etiopiju.

Irski pjevač snimio je humanitarnu pjesmu još nekoliko puta, a zadnji put u borbi protiv virusa ebole koji pogađa zapadnu Afriku. Engleska verzija na tržištu je od 17. studenoga. Već je na prvom mjestu top ljestvica u 50 zemalja i zaradila je više od milijun funta u prvih nekoliko sekundi otkako je bila postavljena na internet, navodi Mercury.

Originalna "Do They Know It's Christmas?", u čijem je snimanju sudjelovala tadašnja britanska glazbena krema, objavljena je 28. studenoga 1984. godine. U prvih tjedan dana singl je prodan u milijun, a do Božića u 3,7 milijuna primjeraka. Samo je od prodaje singla, koji je bio uvod u Live Aid godinu poslije, zarađeno osam milijuna funta (oko 77 milijuna kuna) za pomoć gladnima u Africi. U to doba bio je to najprodavaniji britanski singl u povijesti, a do danas je ostao na drugom mjestu, poslije Candle in the Wind Eltona Johna, objavljenog poslije pogibije princeze Diane 1997.

No popis izvođača još nije zaključen, navodi producent, a singl se očekuje na tržištu 1. prosinca uz videospot.

Bog Geldof je 1984. ujedinio zvijezde britanske pop i rock glazbe u "Band Aid" kao bi prikupio pjesmom novac za borbu protiv gladi koja je tada pogodila Etiopiju.

Irski pjevač snimio je humanitarnu pjesmu još nekoliko puta, a zadnji put u borbi protiv virusa ebole koji pogađa zapadnu Afriku. Engleska verzija na tržištu je od 17. studenoga. Već je na prvom mjestu top ljestvica u 50 zemalja i zaradila je više od milijun funta u prvih nekoliko sekundi otkako je bila postavljena na internet, navodi Mercury.

Originalna "Do They Know It's Christmas?", u čijem je snimanju sudjelovala tadašnja britanska glazbena krema, objavljena je 28. studenoga 1984. godine. U prvih tjedan dana singl je prodan u milijun, a do Božića u 3,7 milijuna primjeraka. Samo je od prodaje singla, koji je bio uvod u Live Aid godinu poslije, zarađeno osam milijuna funta (oko 77 milijuna kuna) za pomoć gladnima u Africi. U to doba bio je to najprodavaniji britanski singl u povijesti, a do danas je ostao na drugom mjestu, poslije Candle in the Wind Eltona Johna, objavljenog poslije pogibije princeze Diane 1997.
