Pedesetak djelatnika komunalnih poduzeća iz Istarske županije u ponedjeljak je počelo veliku akciju čišćenja obalnog područja općine Ližnjana, onečišćenog prije osam dana gustom naftnom prerađevinom.

Na akciju su pozvali istarski župan Boris Miletić i načelnik Stožera civilne zaštite Istarske županije Dino Kozlevac. Zasad se čiste tri lokacije.

Po riječima načelnika županijskog Stožera civilne zaštite Dine Kozlevca, "cilj je mehanički ukloniti mrlje nafte sve do one najmanje", a prikupljeni otpad odložit će se na odgovarajuće mjesto.

"Nismo htjeli organizirati masovno okupljanje, već stručnjake iz komunalnih poduzeća. Cijeli proces ide prilično sporo, no vjerujem da bi - kad bismo uspjeli kroz tjedan očistiti oko tisuću metara - to bio dobar rezultat", poručio je Kozlevac i dodao da će cjelokupna akcija čišćenja zahtijevati puno više vremena. Po njegovim riječima, troškovi čišćenja sigurno su veliki, a ekološka šteta je neprocjenjiva. Kako je dodao, još se utvrđuje uzrok tog onečišćenja.

Istarski župan Boris Miletić obišao je danas općinu Ližnjan - uvalu Kuje i plažu Bura, koje su prošlog tjedna onečišćene velikom količinom mazuta, te se sastao s načelnikom Kozlevcem, kapetanicom pulske Lučke kapetanije Dolores Brenko, načelnikom Ližnjana Markom Ravnićem i ostalim službama na terenu, nakon što su se u veliku akciju mehaničkog čišćenja priobalja odazvala i komunalna društva istarskih gradova i općina.

Miletić je ocijenio da je riječ o elementarnoj katastrofi, ali su se od prvog dana, istaknuo je, službe dobro organizirale pa u čišćenju mora i obale sudjeluje županijski Stožer civilne zaštite, Općina Ližnjan, Lučka kapetanija Pula, županijske službe i Javna ustanova Natura Histrica uz stručno vodstvo Dezinfekcije d.o.o. iz Rijeke, tvrtke ovlaštene za čišćenje.

"Danas je došlo pedesetak ljudi iz naših općina i gradova, dakle djelatnici komunalnih službi kako bi pomogli ovom čišćenju. Vidimo da je to težak, naporan posao i da, nažalost, ide jako sporo, što dodatno otežavaju i niže temperature praćene vjetrom. Radi se o velikim količinama mazuta i sve skupa će sigurno potrajati", rekao je župan Miletić. Dodao je kako se očekuje dolazak stručnih službi koje istražuju uzorke jer treba utvrditi uzrok onečišćenja i odakle je ono došlo.

"Proceduru treba odraditi stručno kako bi se utvrdilo tko je krivac jer troškove čišćenja, koji nisu mali, treba snositi onaj tko je kriv za incident. Bitno je očuvati našu prirodu i naše priobalje i možda, poučeni ovim primjerom, nadležnim službama dati naputak da se postrože mjere zaštite jer svi skupa znamo koliko je nama građanima važno more, ali i našim gostima i samoj atraktivnosti destinacije", zaključio je župan.

Prošlog tjedna su iz riječke Akcije mladih kao krivca za onečišćenje koje je zahvatilo i jugistočnu obalu Istre prozvali HEP-ovu Termoelektranu Rijeka iz Urinja iz koje je iscurilo loživo ulje.

Pedesetak djelatnika komunalnih poduzeća iz Istarske županije u ponedjeljak je počelo veliku akciju čišćenja obalnog područja općine Ližnjana, onečišćenog prije osam dana gustom naftnom prerađevinom.

Na akciju su pozvali istarski župan Boris Miletić i načelnik Stožera civilne zaštite Istarske županije Dino Kozlevac. Zasad se čiste tri lokacije.

Po riječima načelnika županijskog Stožera civilne zaštite Dine Kozlevca, "cilj je mehanički ukloniti mrlje nafte sve do one najmanje", a prikupljeni otpad odložit će se na odgovarajuće mjesto.

"Nismo htjeli organizirati masovno okupljanje, već stručnjake iz komunalnih poduzeća. Cijeli proces ide prilično sporo, no vjerujem da bi - kad bismo uspjeli kroz tjedan očistiti oko tisuću metara - to bio dobar rezultat", poručio je Kozlevac i dodao da će cjelokupna akcija čišćenja zahtijevati puno više vremena. Po njegovim riječima, troškovi čišćenja sigurno su veliki, a ekološka šteta je neprocjenjiva. Kako je dodao, još se utvrđuje uzrok tog onečišćenja.

Istarski župan Boris Miletić obišao je danas općinu Ližnjan - uvalu Kuje i plažu Bura, koje su prošlog tjedna onečišćene velikom količinom mazuta, te se sastao s načelnikom Kozlevcem, kapetanicom pulske Lučke kapetanije Dolores Brenko, načelnikom Ližnjana Markom Ravnićem i ostalim službama na terenu, nakon što su se u veliku akciju mehaničkog čišćenja priobalja odazvala i komunalna društva istarskih gradova i općina.

Miletić je ocijenio da je riječ o elementarnoj katastrofi, ali su se od prvog dana, istaknuo je, službe dobro organizirale pa u čišćenju mora i obale sudjeluje županijski Stožer civilne zaštite, Općina Ližnjan, Lučka kapetanija Pula, županijske službe i Javna ustanova Natura Histrica uz stručno vodstvo Dezinfekcije d.o.o. iz Rijeke, tvrtke ovlaštene za čišćenje.

"Danas je došlo pedesetak ljudi iz naših općina i gradova, dakle djelatnici komunalnih službi kako bi pomogli ovom čišćenju. Vidimo da je to težak, naporan posao i da, nažalost, ide jako sporo, što dodatno otežavaju i niže temperature praćene vjetrom. Radi se o velikim količinama mazuta i sve skupa će sigurno potrajati", rekao je župan Miletić. Dodao je kako se očekuje dolazak stručnih službi koje istražuju uzorke jer treba utvrditi uzrok onečišćenja i odakle je ono došlo.

"Proceduru treba odraditi stručno kako bi se utvrdilo tko je krivac jer troškove čišćenja, koji nisu mali, treba snositi onaj tko je kriv za incident. Bitno je očuvati našu prirodu i naše priobalje i možda, poučeni ovim primjerom, nadležnim službama dati naputak da se postrože mjere zaštite jer svi skupa znamo koliko je nama građanima važno more, ali i našim gostima i samoj atraktivnosti destinacije", zaključio je župan.

Prošlog tjedna su iz riječke Akcije mladih kao krivca za onečišćenje koje je zahvatilo i jugistočnu obalu Istre prozvali HEP-ovu Termoelektranu Rijeka iz Urinja iz koje je iscurilo loživo ulje.
