Nakon što su deset dana plutali usred Atlantika, dvojica jedriličara i njihov pas spašeni su, javlja Usa today.

Joe DiTomasso (76) i Kevin Hyde (65) 3. prosinca krenuli su jedrilicom od New Jerseyja do Florida Keysa, no brzo su izgubili signal.

Američka Obalna straža primila je obavijest 11. prosinca da Atrevida II kasni s uplovljavanjem u luku, pa je pokrenula akciju traganja i spašavanja, koja je uključila plovila, helikoptere i zrakoplove, surađujući paralelno s američkom mornaricom, kao i komercijalnim i rekreacijskim brodskim plovilima unutar područja potrage.

Na njih je naišao tanker, negdje oko 200 milja od obale Delawarea. S tankera su uočili brod s čije su palube ljudi mahali rukama i zastavom. Zatečeni su u isrcpljnom stanju, no presretno zbog sretnog završetka svoje pušestvije.

Ispričali su kako su imali velikih problema zbog jakog vjetra, a s danima koji su prolazili, nestalajo im je hrane i vode jer se nisu pripremili za duže putovanje.

Nakon što su deset dana plutali usred Atlantika, dvojica jedriličara i njihov pas spašeni su, javlja Usa today.

Joe DiTomasso (76) i Kevin Hyde (65) 3. prosinca krenuli su jedrilicom od New Jerseyja do Florida Keysa, no brzo su izgubili signal.

Američka Obalna straža primila je obavijest 11. prosinca da Atrevida II kasni s uplovljavanjem u luku, pa je pokrenula akciju traganja i spašavanja, koja je uključila plovila, helikoptere i zrakoplove, surađujući paralelno s američkom mornaricom, kao i komercijalnim i rekreacijskim brodskim plovilima unutar područja potrage.

Na njih je naišao tanker, negdje oko 200 milja od obale Delawarea. S tankera su uočili brod s čije su palube ljudi mahali rukama i zastavom. Zatečeni su u isrcpljnom stanju, no presretno zbog sretnog završetka svoje pušestvije.

Ispričali su kako su imali velikih problema zbog jakog vjetra, a s danima koji su prolazili, nestalajo im je hrane i vode jer se nisu pripremili za duže putovanje.

Božićno čudoPlutali Atlantikom punih deset dana: posada tankera spasila dvojicu jedriličara i psa

Nakon što su deset dana plutali usred Atlantika, dvojica jedriličara i njihov pas spašeni su, javlja Usa today.

Joe DiTomasso (76) i Kevin Hyde (65) 3. prosinca krenuli su jedrilicom od New Jerseyja do Florida Keysa, no brzo su izgubili signal.

Američka Obalna straža primila je obavijest 11. prosinca da Atrevida II kasni s uplovljavanjem u luku, pa je pokrenula akciju traganja i spašavanja, koja je uključila plovila, helikoptere i zrakoplove, surađujući paralelno s američkom mornaricom, kao i komercijalnim i rekreacijskim brodskim plovilima unutar područja potrage.

Na njih je naišao tanker, negdje oko 200 milja od obale Delawarea. S tankera su uočili brod s čije su palube ljudi mahali rukama i zastavom. Zatečeni su u isrcpljnom stanju, no presretno zbog sretnog završetka svoje pušestvije.

Ispričali su kako su imali velikih problema zbog jakog vjetra, a s danima koji su prolazili, nestalajo im je hrane i vode jer se nisu pripremili za duže putovanje.
