Prvi su dani prosinca, posljednjeg i po mnogima najljepšeg mjeseca u godini, a što znači da se opasno bližimo Badnjem danu, Božiću, Novoj godini, ali i svim delikatesama koje blagujemo u tom razdoblju.

Jedna od njih je i sušeni bakalar bez kojeg je Badnjak u Dalmaciji nezamisliv, a koji se već može pronaći u reklamnim katalozima i na policama naših trgovina.

Načina na koji ga možete pripremiti - bezbroj je, a raskoš okusa ove ribe iz Sjevernog mora, doduše, jednostavno ili volite ili ne volite, no svakako je neizostavni dio blagdanskog stola brojnih hrvatskih kućanstava.

No, obzirom na cijenu koju je sušeni bakalar dostigao u prodavaonicama, neki bi mu tijekom predstojećih blagdana ipak mogli potražiti alternativu. Omiljena namirnica još je lani poskupila za dobrih 30 posto u odnosu na godinu ranije kada joj se cijena kretala od (prihvatljivih) 26 do 34 eura, čime se 2022. uklopila u rekordna poskupljenja hrane.

Tako se cijena kilograma sušenog bakalara po hrvatskim trgovinama lani kretala od 32, preko 35, do 39 eura, odnosno, od 240 kuna, preko 260 pa do tristotinjak tadašnjih kuna. Početkom ovogodišnjeg prosinca nećete naći za manje od 40 eura po kilogramu, što mu je trenutno prosječna akcijska (!) cijena u većini butiga, a puna mu cijena može doseći i 50 eura.

Cijena po komadu, naravno, ovisi o težini, stoga ćete 40-ak deka bakalara platiti oko 17 eura, a onog nešto većeg, od, primjerice, 70 dekagrama oko 29 eura. Ako mu poželite naći alternativu, na šibenskoj smo peškariji zatekli nešto skromniju ponudu, ali kilogram liganja košta nimalo jeftina 22 eura, a za istu količinu škampa i kozica traži se po 15 eura.

Kilogram orade zapada 16 eura, a kilogram mola može se pronaći po cijeni koja se kreće između 10 i 12 eura. Stoga, ostaje pitanje hoće li se bakalar na bijelo ili na brujet i ove godine naći na blagdanskim stolovima Dalmatinaca bez obzira na cijenu ili će građani posegnuti za nešto jeftinijim (ribljim) jelovnikom?

Prvi su dani prosinca, posljednjeg i po mnogima najljepšeg mjeseca u godini, a što znači da se opasno bližimo Badnjem danu, Božiću, Novoj godini, ali i svim delikatesama koje blagujemo u tom razdoblju.

Jedna od njih je i sušeni bakalar bez kojeg je Badnjak u Dalmaciji nezamisliv, a koji se već može pronaći u reklamnim katalozima i na policama naših trgovina.

Načina na koji ga možete pripremiti - bezbroj je, a raskoš okusa ove ribe iz Sjevernog mora, doduše, jednostavno ili volite ili ne volite, no svakako je neizostavni dio blagdanskog stola brojnih hrvatskih kućanstava.

No, obzirom na cijenu koju je sušeni bakalar dostigao u prodavaonicama, neki bi mu tijekom predstojećih blagdana ipak mogli potražiti alternativu. Omiljena namirnica još je lani poskupila za dobrih 30 posto u odnosu na godinu ranije kada joj se cijena kretala od (prihvatljivih) 26 do 34 eura, čime se 2022. uklopila u rekordna poskupljenja hrane.

Tako se cijena kilograma sušenog bakalara po hrvatskim trgovinama lani kretala od 32, preko 35, do 39 eura, odnosno, od 240 kuna, preko 260 pa do tristotinjak tadašnjih kuna. Početkom ovogodišnjeg prosinca nećete naći za manje od 40 eura po kilogramu, što mu je trenutno prosječna akcijska (!) cijena u većini butiga, a puna mu cijena može doseći i 50 eura.

Cijena po komadu, naravno, ovisi o težini, stoga ćete 40-ak deka bakalara platiti oko 17 eura, a onog nešto većeg, od, primjerice, 70 dekagrama oko 29 eura. Ako mu poželite naći alternativu, na šibenskoj smo peškariji zatekli nešto skromniju ponudu, ali kilogram liganja košta nimalo jeftina 22 eura, a za istu količinu škampa i kozica traži se po 15 eura.

Kilogram orade zapada 16 eura, a kilogram mola može se pronaći po cijeni koja se kreće između 10 i 12 eura. Stoga, ostaje pitanje hoće li se bakalar na bijelo ili na brujet i ove godine naći na blagdanskim stolovima Dalmatinaca bez obzira na cijenu ili će građani posegnuti za nešto jeftinijim (ribljim) jelovnikom?

Prvi su dani prosinca, posljednjeg i po mnogima najljepšeg mjeseca u godini, a što znači da se opasno bližimo Badnjem danu, Božiću, Novoj godini, ali i svim delikatesama koje blagujemo u tom razdoblju.

Jedna od njih je i sušeni bakalar bez kojeg je Badnjak u Dalmaciji nezamisliv, a koji se već može pronaći u reklamnim katalozima i na policama naših trgovina.

Načina na koji ga možete pripremiti - bezbroj je, a raskoš okusa ove ribe iz Sjevernog mora, doduše, jednostavno ili volite ili ne volite, no svakako je neizostavni dio blagdanskog stola brojnih hrvatskih kućanstava.

No, obzirom na cijenu koju je sušeni bakalar dostigao u prodavaonicama, neki bi mu tijekom predstojećih blagdana ipak mogli potražiti alternativu. Omiljena namirnica još je lani poskupila za dobrih 30 posto u odnosu na godinu ranije kada joj se cijena kretala od (prihvatljivih) 26 do 34 eura, čime se 2022. uklopila u rekordna poskupljenja hrane.

Tako se cijena kilograma sušenog bakalara po hrvatskim trgovinama lani kretala od 32, preko 35, do 39 eura, odnosno, od 240 kuna, preko 260 pa do tristotinjak tadašnjih kuna. Početkom ovogodišnjeg prosinca nećete naći za manje od 40 eura po kilogramu, što mu je trenutno prosječna akcijska (!) cijena u većini butiga, a puna mu cijena može doseći i 50 eura.

Cijena po komadu, naravno, ovisi o težini, stoga ćete 40-ak deka bakalara platiti oko 17 eura, a onog nešto većeg, od, primjerice, 70 dekagrama oko 29 eura. Ako mu poželite naći alternativu, na šibenskoj smo peškariji zatekli nešto skromniju ponudu, ali kilogram liganja košta nimalo jeftina 22 eura, a za istu količinu škampa i kozica traži se po 15 eura.

Kilogram orade zapada 16 eura, a kilogram mola može se pronaći po cijeni koja se kreće između 10 i 12 eura. Stoga, ostaje pitanje hoće li se bakalar na bijelo ili na brujet i ove godine naći na blagdanskim stolovima Dalmatinaca bez obzira na cijenu ili će građani posegnuti za nešto jeftinijim (ribljim) jelovnikom?
