Električna vozila su, čini se dobila konkurenciju. Nizozemske vlasti kane koristiti prototip futurističkih električnih robotskih čamaca na području koje obuhvaća oko 100 kilometara amsterdamskih kanala, a nova bi, potpuno autonomna plovila trebala obavljati razne zadaće, među kojima su prijevoz putnika i smeća, prenosi Independent.

Na projektu "Roboat" čiji je cilj razviti nove načine plovidbe svjetskim plovnim putovima bez ljudske ruke za volanom, rade stručnjaci Instituta u Amsterdamu i znanstvenici Instituta za tehnologiju (MIT) iz američkog Massachusettsa.

Električni robotski čamci plove malom brzinom do šest kilometara na sat, uz pomoć elise i četiriju potisnika koje napaja električna baterija. Ovisno o vrsti i kapacitetu baterije i količini tereta, čamac će moći ploviti između 12 sati i 24 sata. 

Čamcima na daljinu upravlja računalo, obrađujući podatke s kamera i senzora koji skeniraju područje oko plovila, pri čemu vode računa o nepokretnim i pokretnim predmetima. Električni čamci su 'modularni' pa se mogu jednostavno prilagoditi različitim svrhama, odnosno prijevozu tereta ili ljudi.

Programeri kažu da im trebaju još dvije do četiri godine da bi usavršili tehnologiju autonomnog upravljanja takvim plovilima.
Stephan van Dijk, direktor za inovacije amsterdamskog instituta pojasnio je da je nova tehnologija "vrlo relevantna u vrlo složenim lučkim operacijama, gdje postoji puno brodova i ostalih plovila, kao i puno pristaništa i molova.

"Ondje se uistinu može poboljšati sigurnost uz pomoć autonomnih sustava, a i plovidba može postati efikasnija da bi sve dobro funkcioniralo svakodnevno sedam dana u tjednu", rekao je.

U sklopu nedavno održane demonstracije jedan je električni čamac dugačak 4 metra manevrirao pokraj replike trgovačkog broda 'Amsterdam' iz 18. stoljeća s tri jarbola, omogućivši tako prikaz gradske nautičke prošlosti i njegove budućnosti.

Usto će novi električni robotski čamci morati 'naučiti' manevrirati kroz gusti promet amsterdamskih kanala, prepunih privatnih brodova i brodica za turiste.

"Želimo biti potpuno sigurni da će se čamci sigurno kretati kanalima", rekao je inženjer mehatronike Rens Doornbusch.

"Jedan od sljedećih koraka je zajamčiti da se možemo uspješno nositi s bilo kakvom situacijom na koju bismo mogli naići tijekom plovidbe kanalima."

Postoji i pravni aspekt projekta te se radi na pripremi izmjena neophodnih da bi se omogućila autonomna upotreba robotskih čamaca, bez kapetana i kormilara.

Podaci koji će se prikupiti uz pomoć kamera plovila neće identificirati osobe pa je stoga zajamčena privatnost građana.

Električna vozila su, čini se dobila konkurenciju. Nizozemske vlasti kane koristiti prototip futurističkih električnih robotskih čamaca na području koje obuhvaća oko 100 kilometara amsterdamskih kanala, a nova bi, potpuno autonomna plovila trebala obavljati razne zadaće, među kojima su prijevoz putnika i smeća, prenosi Independent.

Na projektu "Roboat" čiji je cilj razviti nove načine plovidbe svjetskim plovnim putovima bez ljudske ruke za volanom, rade stručnjaci Instituta u Amsterdamu i znanstvenici Instituta za tehnologiju (MIT) iz američkog Massachusettsa.

Električni robotski čamci plove malom brzinom do šest kilometara na sat, uz pomoć elise i četiriju potisnika koje napaja električna baterija. Ovisno o vrsti i kapacitetu baterije i količini tereta, čamac će moći ploviti između 12 sati i 24 sata. 

Čamcima na daljinu upravlja računalo, obrađujući podatke s kamera i senzora koji skeniraju područje oko plovila, pri čemu vode računa o nepokretnim i pokretnim predmetima. Električni čamci su 'modularni' pa se mogu jednostavno prilagoditi različitim svrhama, odnosno prijevozu tereta ili ljudi.

Programeri kažu da im trebaju još dvije do četiri godine da bi usavršili tehnologiju autonomnog upravljanja takvim plovilima.
Stephan van Dijk, direktor za inovacije amsterdamskog instituta pojasnio je da je nova tehnologija "vrlo relevantna u vrlo složenim lučkim operacijama, gdje postoji puno brodova i ostalih plovila, kao i puno pristaništa i molova.

"Ondje se uistinu može poboljšati sigurnost uz pomoć autonomnih sustava, a i plovidba može postati efikasnija da bi sve dobro funkcioniralo svakodnevno sedam dana u tjednu", rekao je.

U sklopu nedavno održane demonstracije jedan je električni čamac dugačak 4 metra manevrirao pokraj replike trgovačkog broda 'Amsterdam' iz 18. stoljeća s tri jarbola, omogućivši tako prikaz gradske nautičke prošlosti i njegove budućnosti.

Usto će novi električni robotski čamci morati 'naučiti' manevrirati kroz gusti promet amsterdamskih kanala, prepunih privatnih brodova i brodica za turiste.

"Želimo biti potpuno sigurni da će se čamci sigurno kretati kanalima", rekao je inženjer mehatronike Rens Doornbusch.

"Jedan od sljedećih koraka je zajamčiti da se možemo uspješno nositi s bilo kakvom situacijom na koju bismo mogli naići tijekom plovidbe kanalima."

Postoji i pravni aspekt projekta te se radi na pripremi izmjena neophodnih da bi se omogućila autonomna upotreba robotskih čamaca, bez kapetana i kormilara.

Podaci koji će se prikupiti uz pomoć kamera plovila neće identificirati osobe pa je stoga zajamčena privatnost građana.

projekt ‘roboat‘Amsterdam testira električne robotske čamce za plovidbu gradskim kanalima, prevozit će ljude i smeće

Električna vozila su, čini se dobila konkurenciju. Nizozemske vlasti kane koristiti prototip futurističkih električnih robotskih čamaca na području koje obuhvaća oko 100 kilometara amsterdamskih kanala, a nova bi, potpuno autonomna plovila trebala obavljati razne zadaće, među kojima su prijevoz putnika i smeća, prenosi Independent.

Na projektu "Roboat" čiji je cilj razviti nove načine plovidbe svjetskim plovnim putovima bez ljudske ruke za volanom, rade stručnjaci Instituta u Amsterdamu i znanstvenici Instituta za tehnologiju (MIT) iz američkog Massachusettsa.

Električni robotski čamci plove malom brzinom do šest kilometara na sat, uz pomoć elise i četiriju potisnika koje napaja električna baterija. Ovisno o vrsti i kapacitetu baterije i količini tereta, čamac će moći ploviti između 12 sati i 24 sata. 

Čamcima na daljinu upravlja računalo, obrađujući podatke s kamera i senzora koji skeniraju područje oko plovila, pri čemu vode računa o nepokretnim i pokretnim predmetima. Električni čamci su 'modularni' pa se mogu jednostavno prilagoditi različitim svrhama, odnosno prijevozu tereta ili ljudi.

Programeri kažu da im trebaju još dvije do četiri godine da bi usavršili tehnologiju autonomnog upravljanja takvim plovilima.
Stephan van Dijk, direktor za inovacije amsterdamskog instituta pojasnio je da je nova tehnologija "vrlo relevantna u vrlo složenim lučkim operacijama, gdje postoji puno brodova i ostalih plovila, kao i puno pristaništa i molova.

"Ondje se uistinu može poboljšati sigurnost uz pomoć autonomnih sustava, a i plovidba može postati efikasnija da bi sve dobro funkcioniralo svakodnevno sedam dana u tjednu", rekao je.

U sklopu nedavno održane demonstracije jedan je električni čamac dugačak 4 metra manevrirao pokraj replike trgovačkog broda 'Amsterdam' iz 18. stoljeća s tri jarbola, omogućivši tako prikaz gradske nautičke prošlosti i njegove budućnosti.

Usto će novi električni robotski čamci morati 'naučiti' manevrirati kroz gusti promet amsterdamskih kanala, prepunih privatnih brodova i brodica za turiste.

"Želimo biti potpuno sigurni da će se čamci sigurno kretati kanalima", rekao je inženjer mehatronike Rens Doornbusch.

"Jedan od sljedećih koraka je zajamčiti da se možemo uspješno nositi s bilo kakvom situacijom na koju bismo mogli naići tijekom plovidbe kanalima."

Postoji i pravni aspekt projekta te se radi na pripremi izmjena neophodnih da bi se omogućila autonomna upotreba robotskih čamaca, bez kapetana i kormilara.

Podaci koji će se prikupiti uz pomoć kamera plovila neće identificirati osobe pa je stoga zajamčena privatnost građana.
