Poštovani, dok sam bio usidren ovoga ljeta na južnoj strani Paklinskih otoka, zapuhao je malo jači vjetar, pa je gibanje broda na kraju rezultiralo oštećenim sidrenim vinčem koji se pokvario, kako mi je rečeno, zbog trzaja sidrenoga lanca. Popravak je bio prilično skup, pa bih želio praktičan savjet što učiniti da ubuduće spriječim oštećivanje vinča, a da rješenje bude jednostavno?

Problem vašem vinču nisu bili ni pozicija sidrenja niti to što je zapuhao malo jači vjetar, niti, kako vi kažete, gibanje broda, kao ni tadašnji trzaji sidrenog lanca, već jedna vaša gruba navika. Ništa to nije čudno, jer istu naviku prakticira dosta veliki broj nautičara, a za posljedice znaju samo oni koji se češće sidre.

Naime, kada se usidrite, lanac ostavite zategnut na kruni vinča, odnosno, vi tako sidreni vinč koristite umjesto bitve ili kaštanjole, funkciju za koju on nikako nije predviđen.

Pitanje vremena

Takav način hvatanja sidrenog lanca, a jednako je i s konopom vezanim na bubanj vinča, kratkoročno ne uzrokuje neke bitne posljedice, u što ste se uvjerili tijekom svih prijašnjih godina, međutim, samo je pitanje vremena kada će se dogoditi upravo ovo što se ovog ljeta dogodilo vama. Naravno, uvijek i u pravilu kada zapuše malo jači vjetar i kada je u lošijim okolnostima potrebno izvući sidro.

Bez obzira radi li se o horizontalnom ili vertikalnom vinču, što nije određeno prema orijentaciji krune ili bubnja, već položaju osovine koja ih okreće, problem je uvijek isti.

Kruna u kojoj je lanac uglavljen trpi najmanje, cijeli se teret prenosi na osovinu, zupčanike prijenosa i ležajeve, a svako nepravilno i nepotrebno opterećenje brže ih troši i deformira. Dakle, vaš se vinč s vremenom dosta napatio i to je pravi uzrok spomenutom kvaru.

Kod napuštanja sidrišta postoji još jedna gruba navika koja dodatno doprinosi ovom procesu trošenja elemenata prijenosa unutar vinča. Sidreni vinč nije predviđen ni za potezanje broda do sidra, već isključivo za prikupljanje nenategnutog lanca ili konopa i podizanje sidra s dna. Motor se ovdje ne pali samo da bi vinču osigurao dovoljno struje, već da se njime i doplovi iznad oborenog sidra.

Blokiranje lanca

Neka su plovila opremljena štoperom sidrenog lanca kojem se klapna s prorezom u sredini uglavi između dvije karike i tako zaustavi izvlačenje lanca, a vinč malo popusti i rastereti. Može biti u sklopu nosača sidra ili postavljena kao poseban element između vodilice lanca i vinča. Naknadna ugradnja štopera i nije toliko praktična, jer zahtijeva ozbiljno dodatno pojačanje tog dijela palube.

Pravo i vrlo jednostavno rješenje koje se može koristiti na svim vrstama plovila je zapora, uglavnom od konopa. Kraj dovoljno snažnog konopa veže se, najbolje zapornim gropom, za lanac, a konop nategne oko bitve ili kaštanjole, te lanac na vinču popusti kako bi bitva, koja i služi toj svrsi, preuzela teret.

Na kraju konopa može biti vezana ili upletena adekvatna kuka ili neki sličan element, dovoljno snažan i prilagođen karikama lanca. Izvedbe su razne, a neke možete i sami lako napraviti. Kod podizanja sidra vinč ponovno zategne lanac i zapora se jednostavno skine.

Poštovani, dok sam bio usidren ovoga ljeta na južnoj strani Paklinskih otoka, zapuhao je malo jači vjetar, pa je gibanje broda na kraju rezultiralo oštećenim sidrenim vinčem koji se pokvario, kako mi je rečeno, zbog trzaja sidrenoga lanca. Popravak je bio prilično skup, pa bih želio praktičan savjet što učiniti da ubuduće spriječim oštećivanje vinča, a da rješenje bude jednostavno?

Problem vašem vinču nisu bili ni pozicija sidrenja niti to što je zapuhao malo jači vjetar, niti, kako vi kažete, gibanje broda, kao ni tadašnji trzaji sidrenog lanca, već jedna vaša gruba navika. Ništa to nije čudno, jer istu naviku prakticira dosta veliki broj nautičara, a za posljedice znaju samo oni koji se češće sidre.

Naime, kada se usidrite, lanac ostavite zategnut na kruni vinča, odnosno, vi tako sidreni vinč koristite umjesto bitve ili kaštanjole, funkciju za koju on nikako nije predviđen.

Pitanje vremena

Takav način hvatanja sidrenog lanca, a jednako je i s konopom vezanim na bubanj vinča, kratkoročno ne uzrokuje neke bitne posljedice, u što ste se uvjerili tijekom svih prijašnjih godina, međutim, samo je pitanje vremena kada će se dogoditi upravo ovo što se ovog ljeta dogodilo vama. Naravno, uvijek i u pravilu kada zapuše malo jači vjetar i kada je u lošijim okolnostima potrebno izvući sidro.

Bez obzira radi li se o horizontalnom ili vertikalnom vinču, što nije određeno prema orijentaciji krune ili bubnja, već položaju osovine koja ih okreće, problem je uvijek isti.

Kruna u kojoj je lanac uglavljen trpi najmanje, cijeli se teret prenosi na osovinu, zupčanike prijenosa i ležajeve, a svako nepravilno i nepotrebno opterećenje brže ih troši i deformira. Dakle, vaš se vinč s vremenom dosta napatio i to je pravi uzrok spomenutom kvaru.

Kod napuštanja sidrišta postoji još jedna gruba navika koja dodatno doprinosi ovom procesu trošenja elemenata prijenosa unutar vinča. Sidreni vinč nije predviđen ni za potezanje broda do sidra, već isključivo za prikupljanje nenategnutog lanca ili konopa i podizanje sidra s dna. Motor se ovdje ne pali samo da bi vinču osigurao dovoljno struje, već da se njime i doplovi iznad oborenog sidra.

Blokiranje lanca

Neka su plovila opremljena štoperom sidrenog lanca kojem se klapna s prorezom u sredini uglavi između dvije karike i tako zaustavi izvlačenje lanca, a vinč malo popusti i rastereti. Može biti u sklopu nosača sidra ili postavljena kao poseban element između vodilice lanca i vinča. Naknadna ugradnja štopera i nije toliko praktična, jer zahtijeva ozbiljno dodatno pojačanje tog dijela palube.

Pravo i vrlo jednostavno rješenje koje se može koristiti na svim vrstama plovila je zapora, uglavnom od konopa. Kraj dovoljno snažnog konopa veže se, najbolje zapornim gropom, za lanac, a konop nategne oko bitve ili kaštanjole, te lanac na vinču popusti kako bi bitva, koja i služi toj svrsi, preuzela teret.

Na kraju konopa može biti vezana ili upletena adekvatna kuka ili neki sličan element, dovoljno snažan i prilagođen karikama lanca. Izvedbe su razne, a neke možete i sami lako napraviti. Kod podizanja sidra vinč ponovno zategne lanac i zapora se jednostavno skine.
