- Osobno smatram da pacijentice ne trebaju osjećati sram i da svog doktora mogu pitati sve što ih zanima o njihovom zdravlju, kaže ginekologinja dr. Tihana Mazalin, piše Živim.

Analni i oralni seks spadaju među teme o kojima većina ljudi želi znati više, ali se ustručavaju pitati svoje ginekologe pa smo pitanja postavili mi.

Trudnice se ne srame postavljati pitanja

- Ono što primjećujem jest da su pacijentice sve opuštenije na pregledima te da nema puno tema o kojima im je neugodno pričati ili pitanja koja im je neugodno postaviti. Vjerojatno zato što postoji puno informacija online i danas se ipak više priča o intimnom zdravlju nego prije, iako još uvijek nije dovoljno. Primijetila sam da se trudnice većinom ne ustručavaju pitati te da često na pregled dolaze pripremljene, s puno pitanja - rekla je dr. Tihana Mazalin.

Svojevrsne tabu teme su nezaštićeni odnos, spolni odnos s više partnera, oralni i analni seks.

- Neki primjeri pitanja su: Što nakon nezaštićenog odnosa, kako se koristi pilula za dan poslije? Kako da se testiram na spolno prenosive bolesti, treba li se partner testirati? Mogu li se zaraziti spolnim bolestima kod oralnog i analnog odnosa? - otkrila nam je ginekologinja. Dodaje kako sram vjerojatno dolazi zbog toga što intimno zdravlje nije tema o kojoj se priča svakodnevno te žene često imaju određene probleme o kojima nikome ne govore. Najčešće se radi o području spolnih bolesti.

Kako se testirati za spolne bolesti?

Spolno prenosive bolesti su zarazne bolesti koje se prenose izravnim spolnim kontaktom sa zaražene na zdravu osobu. Uzročnici spolno prenosivih bolesti su mikroorganizmi, bakterije, virusi, gljivice, paraziti. Svatko se može zaraziti prilikom vaginalnog, oralnog ili analnog spolnog odnosa sa zaraženom osobom.

Spolno prenosive bolesti su česte među adolescentima i mladim odraslim osobama. Mladi organizam je posebno osjetljiv na spolno prenosive bolesti.

- O spolnim bolestima se najčešće raspituju pacijentice koje su imale nezaštićeni spolni odnos. Testiranje na spolne bolesti može se napraviti brisevima u slučaju žena, a muškarci se mogu testirati također brisevima ili detekcijom bakterija iz urina.

Smatram da je potrebna edukacija o spolnim bolestima, od puberteta nadalje kako bi žene i muškarci imali dovoljno informacija, što može utjecati na njihove odluke, ponašanje te na kraju dana i neželjene posljedice poput spolnih bolesti. Čak i jedan nezaštićeni odnos može značiti da je osoba potencijalni prijenosnik/nositelj bakterija ili HPV-a - objasnila dr. Mazalin.

Spolne bolesti se događaju i ženama i muškarcima, ali se veći broj komplikacija povezuje sa ženskim reproduktivnim sustavom, stoga nam je liječnica otkrila koja pitanja najčešće postavljaju pacijentice.

- Pitanja su različita: koje sve spolne bolesti postoje, na koje bolesti se moram testirati, koja je vjerojatnost zaraze spolnim bolestima, boli li testiranje na spolno prenosive bolesti, koliko često se trebam testirati - kaže dr. Tihana Mazalin iz Poliklinike Mazalin.

Spolno prenosive bolesti nisu bezazlene. Ako se ne liječe, uzrokuju teška oštećenja plodnosti i zdravlja, a neke su čak i smrtonosne. Često nema nikakvih simptoma, osobito u početku zaraze, ili su oni vrlo blagi i prolaze neopaženo, pa se bolest prekasno otkriva i liječi kad su već nastala trajna oštećenja općeg i reproduktivnog zdravlja.

Strah od posjeta ginekologu

Osim što se mnoge žene ustručavaju postaviti pitanja o intimnom zdravlju svojim ginekolozima, mnoge od njih i odgađaju odlazak ginekologu, pogotovo prvi put.

- Strah postoji najčešće prije prvog pregleda ginekologu, a taj strah je najčešće od bolnosti pregleda. Međutim iz mog dugogodišnjeg iskustva, strah se u većini slučajeva prebrodi razgovorom te pregledom koji je gotovo bezbolan. Prvi ginekološki pregled vrlo je važan za svaku ženu te je razumljivo da može biti straha ili nelagode. Neka pacijentice imaju na umu da uz redovite preglede i pravog doktora, to vrlo brzo postaje jedna pozitivna navika za zdravlje - istaknula je ginekologinja, a prenosi Živim.

- Osobno smatram da pacijentice ne trebaju osjećati sram i da svog doktora mogu pitati sve što ih zanima o njihovom zdravlju, kaže ginekologinja dr. Tihana Mazalin, piše Živim.

Analni i oralni seks spadaju među teme o kojima većina ljudi želi znati više, ali se ustručavaju pitati svoje ginekologe pa smo pitanja postavili mi.

Trudnice se ne srame postavljati pitanja

- Ono što primjećujem jest da su pacijentice sve opuštenije na pregledima te da nema puno tema o kojima im je neugodno pričati ili pitanja koja im je neugodno postaviti. Vjerojatno zato što postoji puno informacija online i danas se ipak više priča o intimnom zdravlju nego prije, iako još uvijek nije dovoljno. Primijetila sam da se trudnice većinom ne ustručavaju pitati te da često na pregled dolaze pripremljene, s puno pitanja - rekla je dr. Tihana Mazalin.

Svojevrsne tabu teme su nezaštićeni odnos, spolni odnos s više partnera, oralni i analni seks.

- Neki primjeri pitanja su: Što nakon nezaštićenog odnosa, kako se koristi pilula za dan poslije? Kako da se testiram na spolno prenosive bolesti, treba li se partner testirati? Mogu li se zaraziti spolnim bolestima kod oralnog i analnog odnosa? - otkrila nam je ginekologinja. Dodaje kako sram vjerojatno dolazi zbog toga što intimno zdravlje nije tema o kojoj se priča svakodnevno te žene često imaju određene probleme o kojima nikome ne govore. Najčešće se radi o području spolnih bolesti.

Kako se testirati za spolne bolesti?

Spolno prenosive bolesti su zarazne bolesti koje se prenose izravnim spolnim kontaktom sa zaražene na zdravu osobu. Uzročnici spolno prenosivih bolesti su mikroorganizmi, bakterije, virusi, gljivice, paraziti. Svatko se može zaraziti prilikom vaginalnog, oralnog ili analnog spolnog odnosa sa zaraženom osobom.

Spolno prenosive bolesti su česte među adolescentima i mladim odraslim osobama. Mladi organizam je posebno osjetljiv na spolno prenosive bolesti.

- O spolnim bolestima se najčešće raspituju pacijentice koje su imale nezaštićeni spolni odnos. Testiranje na spolne bolesti može se napraviti brisevima u slučaju žena, a muškarci se mogu testirati također brisevima ili detekcijom bakterija iz urina.

Smatram da je potrebna edukacija o spolnim bolestima, od puberteta nadalje kako bi žene i muškarci imali dovoljno informacija, što može utjecati na njihove odluke, ponašanje te na kraju dana i neželjene posljedice poput spolnih bolesti. Čak i jedan nezaštićeni odnos može značiti da je osoba potencijalni prijenosnik/nositelj bakterija ili HPV-a - objasnila dr. Mazalin.

Spolne bolesti se događaju i ženama i muškarcima, ali se veći broj komplikacija povezuje sa ženskim reproduktivnim sustavom, stoga nam je liječnica otkrila koja pitanja najčešće postavljaju pacijentice.

- Pitanja su različita: koje sve spolne bolesti postoje, na koje bolesti se moram testirati, koja je vjerojatnost zaraze spolnim bolestima, boli li testiranje na spolno prenosive bolesti, koliko često se trebam testirati - kaže dr. Tihana Mazalin iz Poliklinike Mazalin.

Spolno prenosive bolesti nisu bezazlene. Ako se ne liječe, uzrokuju teška oštećenja plodnosti i zdravlja, a neke su čak i smrtonosne. Često nema nikakvih simptoma, osobito u početku zaraze, ili su oni vrlo blagi i prolaze neopaženo, pa se bolest prekasno otkriva i liječi kad su već nastala trajna oštećenja općeg i reproduktivnog zdravlja.

Strah od posjeta ginekologu

Osim što se mnoge žene ustručavaju postaviti pitanja o intimnom zdravlju svojim ginekolozima, mnoge od njih i odgađaju odlazak ginekologu, pogotovo prvi put.

- Strah postoji najčešće prije prvog pregleda ginekologu, a taj strah je najčešće od bolnosti pregleda. Međutim iz mog dugogodišnjeg iskustva, strah se u većini slučajeva prebrodi razgovorom te pregledom koji je gotovo bezbolan. Prvi ginekološki pregled vrlo je važan za svaku ženu te je razumljivo da može biti straha ili nelagode. Neka pacijentice imaju na umu da uz redovite preglede i pravog doktora, to vrlo brzo postaje jedna pozitivna navika za zdravlje - istaknula je ginekologinja, a prenosi Živim.
