Jeste li za burek? A za ćig burek? Ne znate što je to uopće? E, pa puno propuštate. Ćig burek ili Çiğ Börek turski je specijalitet punjen pikantnim mesnim nadjevom, a za razliku od klasičnog bureka priprema se u tavi. Pravi je užitak zagristi ga i vrlo je omiljen, a evo kako se priprema...

Ćig burek

Sastojci:

300 g brašna
200 g mljevene junetine
200 ml vode
1 žlica bijelog vinskog octa
170 ml vode
1 žličica soli
½ žličice papra
ulje za prženje

Priprema:

Pomiješajte pola žličice soli, ocat i 170 ml vode u velikoj zdjeli. Prosijte brašno i postupno ga dodajte u zdjelu dok ne dobijete mekano tijesto. Prebacite tijesto na radnu ploču i mijesite dok ne postane glatko i elastično, pet do deset minuta. Tijesto vratite u zdjelu, pokrijte ga i ostavite da odstoji 15 minuta dok pripremate nadjev.

U zdjelu naribajte luk i dodajte mljevenu junetinu, ostatak vode i soli te papar pa dobro izmiješajte.

Od tijesta oblikujte 12 loptica, svaka bi trebala težiti 40 grama. Pustite ih da odstoje pokrivene još 15 minuta pa svaku razvaljajte, na jednu polovicu im stavite po žlicu nadjeva, a drugom poklopite nadjev. Prstima stisnite rubove.

Poslužite uz jogurt s nasjeckanim krastavcima.

Jeste li za burek? A za ćig burek? Ne znate što je to uopće? E, pa puno propuštate. Ćig burek ili Çiğ Börek turski je specijalitet punjen pikantnim mesnim nadjevom, a za razliku od klasičnog bureka priprema se u tavi. Pravi je užitak zagristi ga i vrlo je omiljen, a evo kako se priprema...

Ćig burek

Sastojci:

300 g brašna
200 g mljevene junetine
200 ml vode
1 žlica bijelog vinskog octa
170 ml vode
1 žličica soli
½ žličice papra
ulje za prženje

Priprema:

Pomiješajte pola žličice soli, ocat i 170 ml vode u velikoj zdjeli. Prosijte brašno i postupno ga dodajte u zdjelu dok ne dobijete mekano tijesto. Prebacite tijesto na radnu ploču i mijesite dok ne postane glatko i elastično, pet do deset minuta. Tijesto vratite u zdjelu, pokrijte ga i ostavite da odstoji 15 minuta dok pripremate nadjev.

U zdjelu naribajte luk i dodajte mljevenu junetinu, ostatak vode i soli te papar pa dobro izmiješajte.

Od tijesta oblikujte 12 loptica, svaka bi trebala težiti 40 grama. Pustite ih da odstoje pokrivene još 15 minuta pa svaku razvaljajte, na jednu polovicu im stavite po žlicu nadjeva, a drugom poklopite nadjev. Prstima stisnite rubove.

Poslužite uz jogurt s nasjeckanim krastavcima.

Jeste li za burek? A za ćig burek? Ne znate što je to uopće? E, pa puno propuštate. Ćig burek ili Çiğ Börek turski je specijalitet punjen pikantnim mesnim nadjevom, a za razliku od klasičnog bureka priprema se u tavi. Pravi je užitak zagristi ga i vrlo je omiljen, a evo kako se priprema...

Ćig burek

Sastojci:

300 g brašna
200 g mljevene junetine
200 ml vode
1 žlica bijelog vinskog octa
170 ml vode
1 žličica soli
½ žličice papra
ulje za prženje

Priprema:

Pomiješajte pola žličice soli, ocat i 170 ml vode u velikoj zdjeli. Prosijte brašno i postupno ga dodajte u zdjelu dok ne dobijete mekano tijesto. Prebacite tijesto na radnu ploču i mijesite dok ne postane glatko i elastično, pet do deset minuta. Tijesto vratite u zdjelu, pokrijte ga i ostavite da odstoji 15 minuta dok pripremat...
