Piletina je tako svestrana i ukusna namirnica da je teško pronaći nekoga kome baš nije po guštu. Takve je skeptike, ako vam je do toga stalo, a vjerojatno je ako za njih kuhate, najbolje razuvjeriti baš jako dobrim jelom od piletine, takvim kakvom nema zamjerke, što će vam najbolje poći za rukom odaberete li dobar recept i kvalitetne sastojke.

A mi baš imamo jedan jako dobar recept, dok je po pitanju piletine stvar sama po sebi jasna. Ta je omiljena namirnica pod povećalom i budno se prati kojeg je podrijetla te u kakvim je uvjetima uzgojena, pa se ona uzgojena na prirodan način, bez korištenja antibiotika, prepoznaje kao najbolji mogući izbor.

Pržena piletina s limunom i mladim lukom

Sastojci:

500 g filea pilećih prsa
50 g škrobnog brašna
3 žlice ulja
60 ml vode
2 žlice šećera
2-3 žlice sojina umaka
ribana korica ½ limuna
1 žlica sitno naribanog đumbira
2 režnja češnjaka
sok ½ limuna
2 prstohvata čili pahuljica
1 žlica škrobnog brašna
2 mlada luka
2 žlice sjemenki sezama

Priprema:

File pilećih prsa narežite na veće komade.

U zdjelici pjenjačom zapjenite jedno jaje, dodajte piletinu i izmiješajte. Potom dodajte škrobno brašno i još jednom sve dobro izmiješajte.

U drugoj zdjelici izmiješajte vodu, šećer i umak od soje. Dodajte naribanu koricu limuna, sitno naribani đumbir, protisnuti češnjak, limunov sok, čili pahuljice i škrobno brašno pa sve izmiješajte.

Zagrijte tavu, dodajte ulje pa ubacite piletinu i pržite je 4-5 minuta sa svake strane. Dodajte pripremljeni umak te prokuhajte sve zajedno nekoliko minuta dok se ne ugusti. Dodajte mladi luk narezan na ploške i promiješajte.

Poslužite uz heljdine rezance ili basmati rižu. Sve dodatno pospite mladim lukom i sezamovim sjemenkama.

Piletina je tako svestrana i ukusna namirnica da je teško pronaći nekoga kome baš nije po guštu. Takve je skeptike, ako vam je do toga stalo, a vjerojatno je ako za njih kuhate, najbolje razuvjeriti baš jako dobrim jelom od piletine, takvim kakvom nema zamjerke, što će vam najbolje poći za rukom odaberete li dobar recept i kvalitetne sastojke.

A mi baš imamo jedan jako dobar recept, dok je po pitanju piletine stvar sama po sebi jasna. Ta je omiljena namirnica pod povećalom i budno se prati kojeg je podrijetla te u kakvim je uvjetima uzgojena, pa se ona uzgojena na prirodan način, bez korištenja antibiotika, prepoznaje kao najbolji mogući izbor.

Pržena piletina s limunom i mladim lukom

Sastojci:

500 g filea pilećih prsa
50 g škrobnog brašna
3 žlice ulja
60 ml vode
2 žlice šećera
2-3 žlice sojina umaka
ribana korica ½ limuna
1 žlica sitno naribanog đumbira
2 režnja češnjaka
sok ½ limuna
2 prstohvata čili pahuljica
1 žlica škrobnog brašna
2 mlada luka
2 žlice sjemenki sezama

Priprema:

File pilećih prsa narežite na veće komade.

U zdjelici pjenjačom zapjenite jedno jaje, dodajte piletinu i izmiješajte. Potom dodajte škrobno brašno i još jednom sve dobro izmiješajte.

U drugoj zdjelici izmiješajte vodu, šećer i umak od soje. Dodajte naribanu koricu limuna, sitno naribani đumbir, protisnuti češnjak, limunov sok, čili pahuljice i škrobno brašno pa sve izmiješajte.

Zagrijte tavu, dodajte ulje pa ubacite piletinu i pržite je 4-5 minuta sa svake strane. Dodajte pripremljeni umak te prokuhajte sve zajedno nekoliko minuta dok se ne ugusti. Dodajte mladi luk narezan na ploške i promiješajte.

Poslužite uz heljdine rezance ili basmati rižu. Sve dodatno pospite mladim lukom i sezamovim sjemenkama.
