Stručnjaci za kibernetičku sigurnost otkrili su znakove na koje treba obratiti pozornost ako sumnjate da je vaš pametni telefon, Android ili iPhone, ugrožen i da vas preveranti špijuniraju. Neki od njih su iznenađujući, piše The Sun, a prenosi N1.
Sofisticirani cyber-kriminalci mogu vas pretvoriti u žrtvu u nekoliko sekundi, a treba im samo mala pogreška s vaše strane.
“Dok pregledavate internet, možete slučajno instalirati špijunski softver na svoj telefon, a da niste ni svjesni”, objasnio je Tim Tran iz Keeper Securityja.
“Poznato je da su Android telefoni podložniji špijunskom softveru od iPhonea. Međutim, svatko tko posjeduje pametni telefon mora se paziti špijunskog softvera – pogotovo ako je vaš telefon zastario ili je “probijen”. Neki načini na koje možete znati je li špijunski softver instaliran jesu ako se kamera i mikrofon vašeg telefona nasumično uključuju, čujete buku tijekom telefonskih poziva ili vidite nepoznate aplikacije i datoteke na telefonu.”
Špijunski softver može ciljati senzore na vašem telefonu poput kamere ili mikrofona ili može zabilježiti ključne podatke kao što su dodiri i tipke koje unosite ili lokacija vašeg uređaja.
Također je moguće da vam neki špijunski softver ukrade datoteke – potencijalno uključujući privatne fotografije i videozapise.
Prema Keeper Securityju, postoji šest znakova na koje treba paziti.
Čudni zvukovi
Prvo je čudan zvuk tijekom telefonskih poziva, koji bi mogao biti “pištanje, udaljeni glasovi i smetnje”.
“Ponekad se ti problemi mogu pripisati lošem signalu, ali mogu biti i znak špijunskog softvera”, objasnio je Tran.
“Spyware će pokušati prisluškivati vaše telefonske pozive kako bi preslušao vaše razgovore i snimio ih.”
Teškoće u radu
Drugi znak je iznenadni pad u radu vašeg telefona. To može biti usporavanje ili puno brže pražnjenje baterije.
Ovo su znakovi da špijunski softver potencijalno radi u pozadini, opterećujući resurse vašeg telefona.
Mikrofon i kamera
Treće, pripazite da vam se mikrofon ili kamera ne uključuju nasumično.
Novije verzije Androida i iOS-a za iPhone imaju indikatore na vrhu zaslona kada je bilo koji senzor aktivan.
Ako ih pronađete do sumnjivih aplikacija ili primijetite čudnu aktivnost, trebali biste nešto poduzeti.
Nepoznate aplikacije
Četvrti su nepoznate aplikacije ili datoteke na vašem telefonu.
To može biti ključni znak da je vaš uređaj ugrožen.
Skočni prozori
Peti znak su brojni skočni prozori, poruke o pogreškama, oglasi i slično.
“Ove poruke može uzrokovati reklamni softver koji je instaliran uz špijunski softver na vašem telefonu”, rekao je Tran.
“Adware će vam slati poruke pokušavajući vas prevariti da odete svoje osobne podatke.”
Pregrijavanje
I šesto, pripazite ako vam se telefon stalno pregrijava.
Špijunski softver će koristiti resurse vašeg telefona i može uzrokovati pregrijavanje zbog zahtjevnog ponašanja u pozadini.
Ako ste zabrinuti da ste bili hakirani, svakako izbrišite sve nepoznate aplikacije i datoteke, ponovno pokrenite telefon i instalirajte najnovija ažuriranja softvera.

“Dok pregledavate internet, možete slučajno instalirati špijunski softver na svoj telefon, a da niste ni svjesni”, objasnio je Tim Tran iz Keeper Securityja.
“Poznato je da su Android telefoni podložniji špijunskom softveru od iPhonea. Međutim, svatko tko posjeduje pametni telefon mora se paziti špijunskog softvera – pogotovo ako je vaš telefon zastario ili je “probijen”. Neki načini na koje možete znati je li špijunski softver instaliran jesu ako se kamera i mikrofon vašeg telefona nasumično uključuju, čujete buku tijekom telefonskih poziva ili vidite nepoznate aplikacije i datoteke na telefonu.”
Špijunski softver može ciljati senzore na vašem telefonu poput kamere ili mikrofona ili može zabilježiti ključne podatke kao što su dodiri i tipke koje unosite ili lokacija vašeg uređaja.
Također je moguće da vam neki špijunski softver ukrade datoteke – potencijalno uključujući privatne fotografije i videozapise.
Prema Keeper Securityju, postoji šest znakova na koje treba paziti.
Čudni zvukovi
Prvo je čudan zvuk tijekom telefonskih poziva, koji bi mogao biti “pištanje, udaljeni glasovi i smetnje”.
“Ponekad se ti problemi mogu pripisati lošem signalu, ali mogu biti i znak špijunskog softvera”, objasnio je Tran.
“Spyware će pokušati prisluškivati vaše telefonske pozive kako bi preslušao vaše razgovore i snimio ih.”
Teškoće u radu
Drugi znak je iznenadni pad u radu vašeg telefona. To može biti usporavanje ili puno brže pražnjenje baterije.
Ovo su znakovi da špijunski softver potencijalno radi u pozadini, opterećujući resurse vašeg telefona.
Mikrofon i kamera
Treće, pripazite da vam se mikrofon ili kamera ne uključuju nasumično.
Novije verzije Androida i iOS-a za iPhone imaju indikatore na vrhu zaslona kada je bilo koji senzor aktivan.
Ako ih pronađete do sumnjivih aplikacija ili primijetite čudnu aktivnost, trebali biste nešto poduzeti.
Nepoznate aplikacije
Četvrti su nepoznate aplikacije ili datoteke na vašem telefonu.
To može biti ključni znak da je vaš uređaj ugrožen.
Skočni prozori
Peti znak su brojni skočni prozori, poruke o pogreškama, oglasi i slično.
“Ove poruke može uzrokovati reklamni softver koji je instaliran uz špijunski softver na vašem telefonu”, rekao je Tran.
“Adware će vam slati poruke pokušavajući vas prevariti da odete svoje osobne podatke.”
Pregrijavanje
I šesto, pripazite ako vam se telefon stalno pregrijava.
Špijunski softver će koristiti resurse vašeg telefona i može uzrokovati pregrijavanje zbog zahtjevnog ponašanja u pozadini.
Ako ste zabrinuti da ste bili hakirani, svakako izbrišite sve nepoznate aplikacije i datoteke, ponovno pokrenite telefon i instalirajte najnovija ažuriranja softvera.
Također možete isključiti pristup kameri i mikrofonu za bilo koju aplikaciju po vašem izboru u postavkama, piše N1.
