Svejedno imate li starinsku ogradu ili onu najmoderniju uz njih se odlično uklapaju sadnice lovor višnje. Ta je biljka posljednjih godina sve popularnija u svim eksterijerima, pa je tako sade ne samo uz privatne kuće nego i škole, trgovine, parkirališta..., svugdje gdje treba odvojiti neki prostor, zakloniti pogled prolaznika ili uljepšati okućnicu.

Ovaj atraktivan, uspravan zimzelen žbun ili malo drvo dostiže visinu do 5 m i širinu do 3 m. Za napraviti ogradu lovor višnja se sadi na razmacima svakih 30-40 cm. Oblik ograde održavat će se redovitom rezidbom dva puta godišnje, u svibnju i u rujnu. Zbog redovnog orezivanja, na formiranoj živici, neće se pojavljivati cvjetovi.
Sada je pravo vrijeme za uzimanje reznica kako biste ih ožilili. Nožem odrežite reznicu dužine 7 do 15 cm. Pri vrhu mora biti još zelena a donji dio mora biti odrvenjen. Preporučuje se uzimati u jutarnjim satima ako je vruć dan, te staviti u pripremljen supstrat za ukorjenjivanje ili mješavinu treseta i riječnog pijeska. Za reznice je uvijek preporuka umočiti ih prije sadnje u hormon za ukorjenjivanje koji možete zamijeniti i s čajem od vrbinih grana ako imate to drvo u blizini. Nemojte zaboraviti zalijevati reznice. Za nekoliko mjeseci će reznice pustiti korijenje te ih na proljeće možete presaditi gdje želite.
Ako zbog nekog razloga ne možete u ovo doba godine ožiliti reznice, uradite to sljedeće proljeće ali tada uzmite reznice dužine 15-20 cm s vrhova grana, uklonite donje listove tako da na vrhu ostane tek jedan ili dva lista. Daljnji postupak je isti kao i kod uzimanja reznica u ovo doba godine.

Ako ste odlučili napraviti ogradu od lovor višnje od reznica preporuka je uvijek na ukorjenjivanje staviti oko 30 posto reznica više nego što ste izračunali da će vam trebati jer dio njih se neće uspjeti ukorijeniti.
U proljeće lovor višnja ima bijele i uspravne cvjetne grozdove, a na jesen ima plodove tamnocrvene boje. Važno je napomenuti kako su kora, listovi i plodovi lovor višnje otrovni te je ovo zimzeleni grm koji služi isključivo kao gusta živica ili ukrasni grm u dvorištima. Može narasti od 1 - 3 m, a cvatnja se odvija u travnju i svibnju.

Ta je biljka posljednjih godina sve popularnija u svim eksterijerima, pa je tako sade ne samo uz privatne kuće nego i škole, trgovine, parkirališta..., svugdje gdje treba odvojiti neki prostor, zakloniti pogled prolaznika ili uljepšati okućnicu.

Ovaj atraktivan, uspravan zimzelen žbun ili malo drvo dostiže visinu do 5 m i širinu do 3 m. Za napraviti ogradu lovor višnja se sadi na razmacima svakih 30-40 cm. Oblik ograde održavat će se redovitom rezidbom dva puta godišnje, u svibnju i u rujnu. Zbog redovnog orezivanja, na formiranoj živici, neće se pojavljivati cvjetovi.
Sada je pravo vrijeme za uzimanje reznica kako biste ih ožilili. Nožem odrežite reznicu dužine 7 do 15 cm. Pri vrhu mora biti još zelena a donji dio mora biti odrvenjen. Preporučuje se uzimati u jutarnjim satima ako je vruć dan, te staviti u pripremljen supstrat za ukorjenjivanje ili mješavinu treseta i riječnog pijeska. Za reznice je uvijek preporuka umočiti ih prije sadnje u hormon za ukorjenjivanje koji možete zamijeniti i s čajem od vrbinih grana ako imate to drvo u blizini. Nemojte zaboraviti zalijevati reznice. Za nekoliko mjeseci će reznice pustiti korijenje te ih na proljeće možete presaditi gdje želite.
Ako zbog nekog razloga ne možete u ovo doba godine ožiliti reznice, uradite to sljedeće proljeće ali tada uzmite reznice dužine 15-20 cm s vrhova grana, uklonite donje listove tako da na vrhu ostane tek jedan ili dva lista. Daljnji postupak je isti kao i kod uzimanja reznica u ovo doba godine.

Ako ste odlučili napraviti ogradu od lovor višnje od reznica preporuka je uvijek na ukorjenjivanje staviti oko 30 posto reznica više nego što ste izračunali da će vam trebati jer dio njih se neće uspjeti ukorijeniti.
U proljeće lovor višnja ima bijele i uspravne cvjetne grozdove, a na jesen ima plodove tamnocrvene boje. Važno je napomenuti kako su kora, listovi i plodovi lovor višnje otrovni te je ovo zimzeleni grm koji služi isključivo kao gusta živica ili ukrasni grm u dvorištima. Može narasti od 1 - 3 m, a cvatnja se odvija u travnju i svibnju.
