Konačno, komentar je Župljana na vijest da će se nedaleko od šetnice u Srebrenom na ruševnom zdanju neka­dašnjeg odmarališta Srbija graditi hotel Subrenum. Zadovoljstvo izražava i projektant, dubrovački arhitekt Vlaho Alamat koji ne krije zadovoljstvo što je ishodovana građevinska dozvola prema kojoj će se u Srebrenom graditi hotel s četiri zvjezdice. Ovaj dubrovački arhitekt radio je i projekt za hotel Sheraton koji je izgrađen na mjestu nekadašnjeg hotela Orlando.

Neće bit imegalomanski

Novi župski hotel prostirat će se na sedam korisničkih etaža, ali u prostoru neće izgledati megalomanski, a kako najavljuje Alamat vodit će se dosta računa i o zelenilu koje će se pokušati sačuvati u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri. Raspolagat će sa 100 smještajnih jedinica i ukupno 200 ležajeva.

Inače, gradnja ovog hotela najavljivana je još 2014. godine kada se govorilo o pripremi projektne dokumentacije. Konačno,nakon skoro deset godina, ishođena je građevinska dozvola, a ovim bivšim odmaralištem gospodari tvrtka PIS d.o.o. iz Zagreba čiji je vlasnik Jure Ćurković.

Uskoro bi trebala početi i gradnja hotela u Platu. Hoteli Plat su od ožujka službeno u 100-postotnom vlasništvu tvrtke Karisma Resorts International, iako je već godinama u vlasništvu tvrtke KHA četiri koja u Hrvatskoj upravlja s hotelskim kućama Koločep i Živogošće te tvrtkom Adriasense Zagreb, a na čijem je čelu srpski poduzetnik Nemanja Kostić.

U Karismi su za investiju u Plat koja je nekoć funkcionirala prema ESOP modelu također najavili ulaganja od preko 100 milijuna eura i to još prije šest godina. U vlasničkoj strukturi KHA četiri do prije dvije godine je bila i Fortenova, koja je, prilikom prodaje nestrateškog portfelja, prodala i svojih 25 posto udjela Karismi. Plat bi trebao postati luksuzni resort s 550 smještajnih jedinica u kategoriji pet zvjezdica, pod TUI-jevim najprestižnijim brandom Sensatori.

Čekaju se prvi bageri u Kuparima

Početkom svibnja sklopljen je Aneks II. Ugovora o realizaciji projekta Kupari, kojim je investitoru, hrvatskoj tvrtki Kupari Luxury Hotels u vlasništvu Hotels Properies Limited (HPL) iz Singapura, omogućeno izmještanje vodotoka bujičnog kanala Taranta, što je bio uvjet za dobivanje dozvole za gradnju izmjena Urbanističkog plana uređenja što je investitor tražio prije godinu dana.

Kako kažu u Ministarstvu prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine, investitor po ishođenju građevinske dozvole ima rok od 48 mjeseci za realizaciju projekta. Hotelski operater s kojim investitor ima potpisan ugovor je Four Seasons. Ministarstvo je nadležno za sklapanje ugovora o raspolaganju zemljištem te naplatu po sklopljenim ugovorima, kao i za praćenje realizacije projekta.

Konačno, komentar je Župljana na vijest da će se nedaleko od šetnice u Srebrenom na ruševnom zdanju neka­dašnjeg odmarališta Srbija graditi hotel Subrenum. Zadovoljstvo izražava i projektant, dubrovački arhitekt Vlaho Alamat koji ne krije zadovoljstvo što je ishodovana građevinska dozvola prema kojoj će se u Srebrenom graditi hotel s četiri zvjezdice. Ovaj dubrovački arhitekt radio je i projekt za hotel Sheraton koji je izgrađen na mjestu nekadašnjeg hotela Orlando.

Neće bit imegalomanski

Novi župski hotel prostirat će se na sedam korisničkih etaža, ali u prostoru neće izgledati megalomanski, a kako najavljuje Alamat vodit će se dosta računa i o zelenilu koje će se pokušati sačuvati u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri. Raspolagat će sa 100 smještajnih jedinica i ukupno 200 ležajeva.

Inače, gradnja ovog hotela najavljivana je još 2014. godine kada se govorilo o pripremi projektne dokumentacije. Konačno,nakon skoro deset godina, ishođena je građevinska dozvola, a ovim bivšim odmaralištem gospodari tvrtka PIS d.o.o. iz Zagreba čiji je vlasnik Jure Ćurković.

Uskoro bi trebala početi i gradnja hotela u Platu. Hoteli Plat su od ožujka službeno u 100-postotnom vlasništvu tvrtke Karisma Resorts International, iako je već godinama u vlasništvu tvrtke KHA četiri koja u Hrvatskoj upravlja s hotelskim kućama Koločep i Živogošće te tvrtkom Adriasense Zagreb, a na čijem je čelu srpski poduzetnik Nemanja Kostić.

U Karismi su za investiju u Plat koja je nekoć funkcionirala prema ESOP modelu također najavili ulaganja od preko 100 milijuna eura i to još prije šest godina. U vlasničkoj strukturi KHA četiri do prije dvije godine je bila i Fortenova, koja je, prilikom prodaje nestrateškog portfelja, prodala i svojih 25 posto udjela Karismi. Plat bi trebao postati luksuzni resort s 550 smještajnih jedinica u kategoriji pet zvjezdica, pod TUI-jevim najprestižnijim brandom Sensatori.

Čekaju se prvi bageri u Kuparima

Početkom svibnja sklopljen je Aneks II. Ugovora o realizaciji projekta Kupari, kojim je investitoru, hrvatskoj tvrtki Kupari Luxury Hotels u vlasništvu Hotels Properies Limited (HPL) iz Singapura, omogućeno izmještanje vodotoka bujičnog kanala Taranta, što je bio uvjet za dobivanje dozvole za gradnju izmjena Urbanističkog plana uređenja što je investitor tražio prije godinu dana.

Kako kažu u Ministarstvu prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine, investitor po ishođenju građevinske dozvole ima rok od 48 mjeseci za realizaciju projekta. Hotelski operater s kojim investitor ima potpisan ugovor je Four Seasons. Ministarstvo je nadležno za sklapanje ugovora o raspolaganju zemljištem te naplatu po sklopljenim ugovorima, kao i za praćenje realizacije projekta.
