Zadnjeg dana prošle godine Vlada Republike Srpske je potpisala ugovor s Kinezima o financiranju i izgradnji hidroelektrane Dabar. Projekt je vrijedan 190 milijuna američkih dolara, a hidroelektranu će graditi kineska tvrtka China Energy Gezhouba Group, dok će je kreditirat kineska državna banka Eskim, na osnovu garancija RS.

HE Dabar, koja će imati instaliranu snagu od 159,15 megavata i 251,80 gigavata po satu proizvodnje električne energije, sastavni je dio projekta Gornji horizonti rijeke Trebišnjice, koji predviđa prebacivanje voda iz Gatačkog i Nevesinjskog polja, preko Dabarskog i Fatničkog polja u akumulaciju Bilećkog jezera.
Projekt je ovo koji datira još iz šezdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća i izaziva nove strahove za stanovništvo doline Neretve, jer bi se njegovom realizacijom onemogućio dotok vode slivu Neretve, riječ je od oko dvije milijarde metara prostornih vode, što bi imalo katastrofalne posljedice za poljoprivrednu proizvodnju u neretvanskoj dolini.
Saborski zastupnik Mosta Nikola Grmoja uputio je stoga zastupničko pitanje ministru gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Tomislavu Ćoriću i ministru vanjskih poslova Gordanu Grliću Radmanu.

„Prema najnovijim saznanjima Vlada Republike Srpske u Bosni i Hercegovini dala je garancije za kineski kredit kojim će se krenuti u realizaciju projekta „HE Dabar" u sklopu projekta „Gornji horizonti" koji datira još iz 60-ih godina prošlog stoljeća. Ovaj projekt predviđa prebacivanje voda iz Gatačkog i Nevesinjskog polja, preko Dabarskog i Fatničkog polja u akumulaciju Bilećkog jezera. Do sada se izgradnjom projekta Donji horizonti (od Bilećkog jezera nizvodno, pa prema Platu i CHE Čapljina) slivu Neretve oduzima godišnje oko 4 milijarde metara prostornih vode. Ovim bi se uzelo još dodatnih 2 milijarde. Dosadašnja gradnja tog projekta već je ugrozila poljoprivredu u dolini Neretve u Republici Hrvatskoj. Svjetske organizacije poput WWF-a, upozoravaju da će izgradnja hidroelektrana na ovom području imati negativne posljedice za sliv i deltu Neretve jer se radi o izuzetno kompleksnom projektu sa značajnim negativnim posljedicama po lokalno stanovništvo, poljoprivredu i samu prirodu u nizvodnim područjima u Hrvatskoj, ali i BiH. Poljoprivredna proizvodnja u dolini rijeke Neretve u kojoj je zaposleno preko30 tisuća ljudi ovisi ponajprije o vodnom režimu koji uvjetuje Neretva.

Podzemne vode koje prihranjuju brojne potoke, jezera, a i samu rijeku Neretvu, ugrožene su predloženim projektima koji bi mogli smanjiti dotok slatke vode, naročito u ljetnim mjesecima. To će prouzročiti zaslanjenje i nepovratno uništenje poljoprivrednih površina u donjem toku Neretve", pojasnio je Grmoja u zastupničkom pitanju te zapitao nadležne ministre planiraju li reagirati i inzistirati da se napravi zajednička strateška procjena utjecaja na okoliš svih planiranih projekata, te završi i usvoji Plan upravljanja Neretve i Trebišnjice ako uzmemo u obzir da će realizacija ovog projekta direktno utjecati na navedena područja, konkretno na salinitet Neretve uzrokujući slabiji dotok slatke vode, pogotovo u dijelu oko Opuzena i Metkovića te u BiH na području Čapljine?

Zadnjeg dana prošle godine Vlada Republike Srpske je potpisala ugovor s Kinezima o financiranju i izgradnji hidroelektrane Dabar. Projekt je vrijedan 190 milijuna američkih dolara, a hidroelektranu će graditi kineska tvrtka China Energy Gezhouba Group, dok će je kreditirat kineska državna banka Eskim, na osnovu garancija RS.

HE Dabar, koja će imati instaliranu snagu od 159,15 megavata i 251,80 gigavata po satu proizvodnje električne energije, sastavni je dio projekta Gornji horizonti rijeke Trebišnjice, koji predviđa prebacivanje voda iz Gatačkog i Nevesinjskog polja, preko Dabarskog i Fatničkog polja u akumulaciju Bilećkog jezera.
Projekt je ovo koji datira još iz šezdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća i izaziva nove strahove za stanovništvo doline Neretve, jer bi se njegovom realizacijom onemogućio dotok vode slivu Neretve, riječ je od oko dvije milijarde metara prostornih vode, što bi imalo katastrofalne posljedice za poljoprivrednu proizvodnju u neretvanskoj dolini.
Saborski zastupnik Mosta Nikola Grmoja uputio je stoga zastupničko pitanje ministru gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Tomislavu Ćoriću i ministru vanjskih poslova Gordanu Grliću Radmanu.

„Prema najnovijim saznanjima Vlada Republike Srpske u Bosni i Hercegovini dala je garancije za kineski kredit kojim će se krenuti u realizaciju projekta „HE Dabar" u sklopu projekta „Gornji horizonti" koji datira još iz 60-ih godina prošlog stoljeća. Ovaj projekt predviđa prebacivanje voda iz Gatačkog i Nevesinjskog polja, preko Dabarskog i Fatničkog polja u akumulaciju Bilećkog jezera. Do sada se izgradnjom projekta Donji horizonti (od Bilećkog jezera nizvodno, pa prema Platu i CHE Čapljina) slivu Neretve oduzima godišnje oko 4 milijarde metara prostornih vode. Ovim bi se uzelo još dodatnih 2 milijarde. Dosadašnja gradnja tog projekta već je ugrozila poljoprivredu u dolini Neretve u Republici Hrvatskoj. Svjetske organizacije poput WWF-a, upozoravaju da će izgradnja hidroelektrana na ovom području imati negativne posljedice za sliv i deltu Neretve jer se radi o izuzetno kompleksnom projektu sa značajnim negativnim posljedicama po lokalno stanovništvo, poljoprivredu i samu prirodu u nizvodnim područjima u Hrvatskoj, ali i BiH. Poljoprivredna proizvodnja u dolini rijeke Neretve u kojoj je zaposleno preko30 tisuća ljudi ovisi ponajprije o vodnom režimu koji uvjetuje Neretva.

Podzemne vode koje prihranjuju brojne potoke, jezera, a i samu rijeku Neretvu, ugrožene su predloženim projektima koji bi mogli smanjiti dotok slatke vode, naročito u ljetnim mjesecima. To će prouzročiti zaslanjenje i nepovratno uništenje poljoprivrednih površina u donjem toku Neretve", pojasnio je Grmoja u zastupničkom pitanju te zapitao nadležne ministre planiraju li reagirati i inzistirati da se napravi zajednička strateška procjena utjecaja na okoliš svih planiranih projekata, te završi i usvoji Plan upravljanja Neretve i Trebišnjice ako uzmemo u obzir da će realizacija ovog projekta direktno utjecati na navedena područja, konkretno na salinitet Neretve uzrokujući slabiji dotok slatke vode, pogotovo u dijelu oko Opuzena i Metkovića te u BiH na području Čapljine?
