Urbani spremnici za otpad

- Od 25.rujna 2023. krenuli smo s uvođenjem sustava dodatnog poticanja razvrstavanja otpada putem aplikacije Rava- To je inovativno IT rješenje razvijeno u suradnji s Tehničkim veleučilištem Zagreb i tvrtkom Moberg d.o.o., a cijeli projekt je prepoznala i sama Europska unija, koja je sufinancirala projekt iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj (EFRR). Rava je zapravo program nagrađivanja za inteligentno upravljanje i sortiranje otpada kojem je cilj da kroz edukaciju i motivira vas korisnika da samostalno razvrstavate i dovezete otpad na reciklažno dvorište, da skupljate bodove i za nagradu umanjite svoj komunalni račun – ističe Arbulić i pojašnjava kako se svi zainteresirani mogu uključiti preuzimanjem Rava aplikacije za Android s Google Playa ili App storea. Registracija ide putem e-pošte, unošenjem koda na komunalnom računu.

Mobilno reciklažno dvorište Čistoće i zelenila Konavala

Uvjet je i redovito donošenje razvrstanog otpada u reciklažno dvorište Popovići, čime se mogu zaraditi bodovi.

- Plan ovog programa je omogućiti korisnicima da umanjuju svoje račune za otpad, dok je u budućnosti intencija da se prenese na sve vrste usluga koje nudi ČIZK, od parkinga do oporabnog kutka. Za početak, svaki korisnik će moći maksimalno do 30 posto umanjiti vrijednost svog mjesečnog računa za otpad ako bude kvalitetno i redovno sortirao otpad te predavao ga Reciklažno dvorište – ističe direktor ČiZK i dodaje kako je daljnjim rastom programa, plan razviti i dodatno nagrađivanje redovnih platiša te otvoriti potencijalnu suradnju s lokalnim OPG-ovima, kako bi se mogli za bodove i određeni proizvodi kupiti po subvencioniranim cijenama.

Reciklažno dvorište u Konavlima

- Kao što smo već naveli, ovo je prvi projekt ovakvog tipa u Hrvatskoj, Europi pa čak i u svijetu i naravno da neće sve ići glatko, pri čemu je važna povratna informacija korisnika kako bismo nastavili podizati kvalitetu usluge – ističe direktor Arbulić i dodaje kako je minimalni volumen za ovu pogodnost jedna vrsta ambalaže, tipa staklena tegla veća, dok je maksimalni volumen je vreća zapremine 120 litara te težina od pola kilograma do 30 kilograma.

Napominje sugovornik i kontinuiranu suradnju s općinom kod nabavke komunalne opreme, poput aktualne nove preše za karton i reciklažni otpad, uvijek pod okriljem EU fondova.

Ipak, kaže kako je otegotna okolnost visok indeks razvijenosti Općine Konavle zbog kojega onda padaju i postoci sufinanciranja, no to ih neće omesti na putu prema cilju – da svaki korisnik zbrinjavanja otpada može uslugu dobiti na kućnom pragu.

Niže cijene otkupa

Čistoća i zelenilo Konavala suočeno je s problemom višestrukog pada cijena recikliranog otpada na globalnom tržištu. Cijene otkupa sve su niže, što se odražava i na prihode, te će se po svoj prilici trebati posezati za subvencijama, predviđa direktor Pavo Arbulić.

- Od 25.rujna 2023. krenuli smo s uvođenjem sustava dodatnog poticanja razvrstavanja otpada putem aplikacije Rava- To je inovativno IT rješenje razvijeno u suradnji s Tehničkim veleučilištem Zagreb i tvrtkom Moberg d.o.o., a cijeli projekt je prepoznala i sama Europska unija, koja je sufinancirala projekt iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj (EFRR). Rava je zapravo program nagrađivanja za inteligentno upravljanje i sortiranje otpada kojem je cilj da kroz edukaciju i motivira vas korisnika da samostalno razvrstavate i dovezete otpad na reciklažno dvorište, da skupljate bodove i za nagradu umanjite svoj komunalni račun – ističe Arbulić i pojašnjava kako se svi zainteresirani mogu uključiti preuzimanjem Rava aplikacije za Android s Google Playa ili App storea. Registracija ide putem e-pošte, unošenjem koda na komunalnom računu.

Uvjet je i redovito donošenje razvrstanog otpada u reciklažno dvorište Popovići, čime se mogu zaraditi bodovi.

- Plan ovog programa je omogućiti korisnicima da umanjuju svoje račune za otpad, dok je u budućnosti intencija da se prenese na sve vrste usluga koje nudi ČIZK, od parkinga do oporabnog kutka. Za početak, svaki korisnik će moći maksimalno do 30 posto umanjiti vrijednost svog mjesečnog računa za otpad ako bude kvalitetno i redovno sortirao otpad te predavao ga Reciklažno dvorište – ističe direktor ČiZK i dodaje kako je daljnjim rastom programa, plan razviti i dodatno nagrađivanje redovnih platiša te otvoriti potencijalnu suradnju s lokalnim OPG-ovima, kako bi se mogli za bodove i određeni proizvodi kupiti po subvencioniranim cijenama.

- Kao što smo već naveli, ovo je prvi projekt ovakvog tipa u Hrvatskoj, Europi pa čak i u svijetu i naravno da neće sve ići glatko, pri čemu je važna povratna informacija korisnika kako bismo nastavili podizati kvalitetu usluge – ističe direktor Arbulić i dodaje kako je minimalni volumen za ovu pogodnost jedna vrsta ambalaže, tipa staklena tegla veća, dok je maksimalni volumen je vreća zapremine 120 litara te težina od pola kilograma do 30 kilograma.

Napominje sugovornik i kontinuiranu suradnju s općinom kod nabavke komunalne opreme, poput aktualne nove preše za karton i reciklažni otpad, uvijek pod okriljem EU fondova.

Ipak, kaže kako je otegotna okolnost visok indeks razvijenosti Općine Konavle zbog kojega onda padaju i postoci sufinanciranja, no to ih neće omesti na putu prema cilju – da svaki korisnik zbrinjavanja otpada može uslugu dobiti na kućnom pragu.

Niže cijene otkupa

Čistoća i zelenilo Konavala suočeno je s problemom višestrukog pada cijena recikliranog otpada na globalnom tržištu. Cijene otkupa sve su niže, što se odražava i na prihode, te će se po svoj prilici trebati posezati za subvencijama, predviđa direktor Pavo Arbulić.
