Radovi na obnovi krovišta i ugradnji izolacije, koje je Grad Dubrovnik izveo na objektu Luže, privedeni su kraju, čime je riješen problem prodora kiše i vlage, kao i pojava plavljenja unutar zgrade Kina „Sloboda“ i Teatra „Bursa“ te im je ujedno povećana energetska učinkovitost.

Energetska obnova zgrade podrazumijevala je radove na zamjeni pokrova kosog krova, sanaciju dijela ravnog krova i pročelja zgrade, sve po uzoru na izvorno stanje, a u cilju postizanja boljih koeficijenata prolaska topline kroz elemente ovojnice i uštedi potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje.

Izvedeni su, između ostalog, i radovi sanacije belvedera i dimnjaka, popravak i zamjena vanjskih prozora i grilja, obrada zidova i stropova na mjestima oštećenja od prodora vlage, ugradnja horizontalne višedijelne ostakljene krovne stijene.

Grad Dubrovnik je projekt obnove uspješno prijavio na natječaj za neposredno sufinanciranje energetske obnove zgrada javne namjene sa svojstvom kulturnog dobra te je sufinanciran od strane Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost u iznosu od 784.807,85 kuna, odnosno 104.161,90 eura. Ukupna vrijednost radova, koje je izvodila tvrtka Građevinar Quelin d.d., iznosila je 2.363.575 kuna s PDV-om, odnosno 313.347 eura.

Radovi na obnovi krovišta i ugradnji izolacije, koje je Grad Dubrovnik izveo na objektu Luže, privedeni su kraju, čime je riješen problem prodora kiše i vlage, kao i pojava plavljenja unutar zgrade Kina „Sloboda“ i Teatra „Bursa“ te im je ujedno povećana energetska učinkovitost.

Energetska obnova zgrade podrazumijevala je radove na zamjeni pokrova kosog krova, sanaciju dijela ravnog krova i pročelja zgrade, sve po uzoru na izvorno stanje, a u cilju postizanja boljih koeficijenata prolaska topline kroz elemente ovojnice i uštedi potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje.

Izvedeni su, između ostalog, i radovi sanacije belvedera i dimnjaka, popravak i zamjena vanjskih prozora i grilja, obrada zidova i stropova na mjestima oštećenja od prodora vlage, ugradnja horizontalne višedijelne ostakljene krovne stijene.

Grad Dubrovnik je projekt obnove uspješno prijavio na natječaj za neposredno sufinanciranje energetske obnove zgrada javne namjene sa svojstvom kulturnog dobra te je sufinanciran od strane Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost u iznosu od 784.807,85 kuna, odnosno 104.161,90 eura. Ukupna vrijednost radova, koje je izvodila tvrtka Građevinar Quelin d.d., iznosila je 2.363.575 kuna s PDV-om, odnosno 313.347 eura.

Završena obnova krovišta Luže

Radovi na obnovi krovišta i ugradnji izolacije, koje je Grad Dubrovnik izveo na objektu Luže, privedeni su kraju, čime je riješen problem prodora kiše i vlage, kao i pojava plavljenja unutar zgrade Kina „Sloboda“ i Teatra „Bursa“ te im je ujedno povećana energetska učinkovitost.

Energetska obnova zgrade podrazumijevala je radove na zamjeni pokrova kosog krova, sanaciju dijela ravnog krova i pročelja zgrade, sve po uzoru na izvorno stanje, a u cilju postizanja boljih koeficijenata prolaska topline kroz elemente ovojnice i uštedi potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje.

Izvedeni su, između ostalog, i radovi sanacije belvedera i dimnjaka, popravak i zamjena vanjskih prozora i grilja, obrada zidova i stropova na mjestima oštećenja od prodora vlage, ugradnja horizontalne višedijelne ostakljene krovne stijene.

Grad Dubrovnik je projekt obnove uspješno prijavio na natječaj za neposredno sufinanciranje energetske obnove zgrada javne namjene sa svojstvom kulturnog dobra te je sufinanciran od strane Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost u iznosu od 784.807,85 kuna, odnosno 104.161,90 eura. Ukupna vrijednost radova, koje je izvodila tvrtka Građevinar Quelin d.d., iznosila je 2.363.575 kuna s PDV-om, odnosno 313.347 eura.
