Lijepa šetnja Petkom nekad je bila upotpunjena uređenim dječjim igralištem, koje je već duže vremena sasvim zaraslo u draču. Fotografije su nam poslali roditelji koji bi voljeli da se ono ponovo uredi. Vidljiva je igrališna oprema, koju je zarobilo zelenilo i sada nikomu i ničemu ne služi, a zašto je to tako, pitali smo i Grad Dubrovnik koji vodi računa o dječjim igralištima po Gradu. Odgovor ćemo objaviti čim stigne.
No, kako smo najprije neslužbeno saznali, to igralište nalazi se na privatnoj parceli, pa je upravo iz tog razloga i zapušteno. Izgrađeno je bilo davno, još u bivšoj Jugoslaviji, kad 'nitko nije smio ni reći da neće igralište na svome', kaže naš izvor, jer se onomad 'poštovala država, a ne kao ovo danas – svatko radi što hoće', ističe. I sigurno je da privatniku ne ide u favor tu držati dječje igralište jer od toga nema nikakve koristi, nego još i troškove održavanja, dodao je.
Da je parcela privatna, potvrdio nam je i predsjednik Gradskog kotara Lapad Nikola Babić, rekavši da zna za to, ali da kao kotar ništa ne mogu jer je vlasništvo privatno.
– Otkrio sam to igralište tijekom korona krize i toliko se poradovao jer sam računao da ćemo riješiti to, ali je na privatnom zemljištu – naglasio je.
Uvidom u sudski registar saznali smo da je nekadašnje dječje igralište unutar vlasništva tvrtke Plavi projekt, koja je prije četiri godine za 9 milijuna kuna od Raiffeisen banke kupila ovršeno zemljište u park šumi Velika i Mala Petka, točnije 68 tisuća kvadrata zemlje u tamnozelenom pojasu. Tvrtka je postala vlasnikom zemljišta nakon što su pravo prvokupa odbili država, Županija i Grad, a njezin predstavnik izjavio je da tada za naš medij da 'planiraju graditi u Petki, ali u dogovoru s Gradom i samo u dijelu Petke koji je do prije nekoliko godina bio građevinska zona, a zaštićenu šumu ne planiramo dirati'. No, po važećim prostornim planovima tu nije dozvoljeno graditi. Na kraju ostaje pitanje jesu li se sprave sa starog dječjeg igrališta mogle iskoristiti na nekom drugom mjestu, ili smo doista jako bogat grad?

Lijepa šetnja Petkom nekad je bila upotpunjena uređenim dječjim igralištem, koje je već duže vremena sasvim zaraslo u draču. Fotografije su nam poslali roditelji koji bi voljeli da se ono ponovo uredi. Vidljiva je igrališna oprema, koju je zarobilo zelenilo i sada nikomu i ničemu ne služi, a zašto je to tako, pitali smo i Grad Dubrovnik koji vodi računa o dječjim igralištima po Gradu. Odgovor ćemo objaviti čim stigne.
No, kako smo najprije neslužbeno saznali, to igralište nalazi se na privatnoj parceli, pa je upravo iz tog razloga i zapušteno. Izgrađeno je bilo davno, još u bivšoj Jugoslaviji, kad 'nitko nije smio ni reći da neće igralište na svome', kaže naš izvor, jer se onomad 'poštovala država, a ne kao ovo danas – svatko radi što hoće', ističe. I sigurno je da privatniku ne ide u favor tu držati dječje igralište jer od toga nema nikakve koristi, nego još i troškove održavanja, dodao je.
Da je parcela privatna, potvrdio nam je i predsjednik Gradskog kotara Lapad Nikola Babić, rekavši da zna za to, ali da kao kotar ništa ne mogu jer je vlasništvo privatno.
– Otkrio sam to igralište tijekom korona krize i toliko se poradovao jer sam računao da ćemo riješiti to, ali je na privatnom zemljištu – naglasio je.
Uvidom u sudski registar saznali smo da je nekadašnje dječje igralište unutar vlasništva tvrtke Plavi projekt, koja je prije četiri godine za 9 milijuna kuna od Raiffeisen banke kupila ovršeno zemljište u park šumi Velika i Mala Petka, točnije 68 tisuća kvadrata zemlje u tamnozelenom pojasu. Tvrtka je postala vlasnikom zemljišta nakon što su pravo prvokupa odbili država, Županija i Grad, a njezin predstavnik izjavio je da tada za naš medij da 'planiraju graditi u Petki, ali u dogovoru s Gradom i samo u dijelu Petke koji je do prije nekoliko godina bio građevinska zona, a zaštićenu šumu ne planiramo dirati'. No, po važećim prostornim planovima tu nije dozvoljeno graditi. Na kraju ostaje pitanje jesu li se sprave sa starog dječjeg igrališta mogle iskoristiti na nekom drugom mjestu, ili smo doista jako bogat grad?
