Među izmjenama Odluke o komunalnom redu, pred gradskim vijećnicima na 21. sjednici Gradskog vijeća 12. lipnja naći će se i prijedlog da će turistički vodiči koji obavljaju stručno vođenje grupe veće od 20 osoba biti obvezni koristiti audio-usluge. Stavku je prokomentirala predsjednica Društvo turističkih vodiča Dubrovnik Patricia Cvinar.

- Vodiči nisu organizatori turističkog vodiča tako da apsolutno ne mogu biti odgovorni za to. Malo smo začuđeni jer smo već o tome razgovarali u više navrata s gradonačelnikom Frankovićem. Radimo na tome da se uvede rečenica da će organizator turističkog vođenja, što ne mora nužno biti turistička agencija jer ponekad fakulteti ili ustanove u kulturi traže usluge vođenja, snositi odgovornost za osiguravanje audio-uređaja u slučaju da je grupa veća od 20 osoba. Na tome radimo svi zajedno, odmah smo reagirali jer mi nismo putnička agencija i to prelazi našu ingerenciju, ističe Cvinar.

Otkrila je predsjednica DTVD-a što očekuje:
- Ne vidim zašto ne bismo dobili pozitivan odgovor jer smo dosad imali izuzetno dobre odnose i uvijek pozitivnu suradnju s gradskom upravom i s gradonačelnikom. Apsolutno očekujem pozitivan ishod. Moguće da se dogodio neki previd, a naš član, član Upravnog vijeća Društva Marin Krstulović nam je javio za taj prijedlog pa smo se skupa stavili i napravili smo izjavu u tom smislu, tražit ćemo da se to napravi. Ne znam tko bi od nas kupio i koliko bi uopće audio-uređaja trebali imati, koliko će se to isplatiti?! Jednostavno, to nije na nama vodičima, kaže sugovornica.

Ništa novo
Predsjednica Društva turističkih vodiča Dubrovnik navela je i kakva su iskustva s putničkim agencijama.
- Koliko mi je poznato, sve putničke agencije iz Dubrovnika koje imaju veće grupe već imaju audio-uređaje: Elite, Gulliver... I to je tako godinama. Osobno, kad sam radila s turističkim agencijama koje su imale veće grupe, uvijek sam imala audio-uređaje. Obavijestit ćemo naše partnere, agencije izvana, primjerice iz Bosne i Hercegovine, Crne Gore da su dužni osigurati audio-uređaje. Hoće li ih donositi sa sobom ili ih iznajmiti u gradu, to je već njihova stvar. Mi možemo informirati strane partnere koje nas angažiraju o novoj regulaciji, ali ne možemo biti odgovorni za to, ističe Cvinar.

- Mi ćemo se tome prilagoditi na način da ćemo koristiti audio-uređaje ako bude uređaja odnosno ako dovoljan broj njih bude dostupan, a ako ne budu onda očekujemo toleranciju. Mi smo već ranije razmišljali o audio-uređajima, bilo je pomalo komplicirano i poprilično skupo pa to nismo realizirali. Nije to ništa novo, ali mislim da ćemo se relativno lagano prilagoditi. Ne volimo nametanja, ali mislim da će to olakšati, prilagodit ćemo se, zaključuje Delić.

Među izmjenama Odluke o komunalnom redu, pred gradskim vijećnicima na 21. sjednici Gradskog vijeća 12. lipnja naći će se i prijedlog da će turistički vodiči koji obavljaju stručno vođenje grupe veće od 20 osoba biti obvezni koristiti audio-usluge. Stavku je prokomentirala predsjednica Društvo turističkih vodiča Dubrovnik Patricia Cvinar.

- Vodiči nisu organizatori turističkog vodiča tako da apsolutno ne mogu biti odgovorni za to. Malo smo začuđeni jer smo već o tome razgovarali u više navrata s gradonačelnikom Frankovićem. Radimo na tome da se uvede rečenica da će organizator turističkog vođenja, što ne mora nužno biti turistička agencija jer ponekad fakulteti ili ustanove u kulturi traže usluge vođenja, snositi odgovornost za osiguravanje audio-uređaja u slučaju da je grupa veća od 20 osoba. Na tome radimo svi zajedno, odmah smo reagirali jer mi nismo putnička agencija i to prelazi našu ingerenciju, ističe Cvinar.

Otkrila je predsjednica DTVD-a što očekuje:
- Ne vidim zašto ne bismo dobili pozitivan odgovor jer smo dosad imali izuzetno dobre odnose i uvijek pozitivnu suradnju s gradskom upravom i s gradonačelnikom. Apsolutno očekujem pozitivan ishod. Moguće da se dogodio neki previd, a naš član, član Upravnog vijeća Društva Marin Krstulović nam je javio za taj prijedlog pa smo se skupa stavili i napravili smo izjavu u tom smislu, tražit ćemo da se to napravi. Ne znam tko bi od nas kupio i koliko bi uopće audio-uređaja trebali imati, koliko će se to isplatiti?! Jednostavno, to nije na nama vodičima, kaže sugovornica.

Ništa novo
Predsjednica Društva turističkih vodiča Dubrovnik navela je i kakva su iskustva s putničkim agencijama.
- Koliko mi je poznato, sve putničke agencije iz Dubrovnika koje imaju veće grupe već imaju audio-uređaje: Elite, Gulliver... I to je tako godinama. Osobno, kad sam radila s turističkim agencijama koje su imale veće grupe, uvijek sam imala audio-uređaje. Obavijestit ćemo naše partnere, agencije izvana, primjerice iz Bosne i Hercegovine, Crne Gore da su dužni osigurati audio-uređaje. Hoće li ih donositi sa sobom ili ih iznajmiti u gradu, to je već njihova stvar. Mi možemo informirati strane partnere koje nas angažiraju o novoj regulaciji, ali ne možemo biti odgovorni za to, ističe Cvinar.
Direktor putničke i pomorske agencije MSC Krstarenja u Dubrovniku, Neven Delić, također se osvrnuo na prijedlog.

- Mi ćemo se tome prilagoditi na način da ćemo koristiti audio-uređaje ako bude uređaja odnosno ako dovoljan broj njih bude dostupan, a ako ne budu onda očekujemo toleranciju. Mi smo već ranije razmišljali o audio-uređajima, bilo je pomalo komplicirano i poprilično skupo pa to nismo realizirali. Nije to ništa novo, ali mislim da ćemo se relativno lagano prilagoditi. Ne volimo nametanja, ali mislim da će to olakšati, prilagodit ćemo se, zaključuje Delić.
