Projektom se planira adaptirati postojeću građevinu te je preurediti u sportsku dvoranu za borilačke sportove.

Sukladno projektu, dvorana će sadržavati prostor za trening, teretanu i prateće prostore (svlačionice i sanitarije) te će se opremiti sportskom opremom. Dio građevine će se urediti za potrebe moto-kluba, a za što će poslužiti dio prostora u prizemlju građevine. Na gornjem katu objekta uredit će se uredi za sportske klubove koji do sada nisu imali svoje klupske prostorije.

Sam objekt je visine vijenca 7.00 m, ukupne bruto građevinske površine 634.00 m² te se navedenom adaptacijom gabariti postojećeg objekta neće mijenjati.

Procijenjena vrijednost nabave je 2,4 milijuna kuna, a predviđeni rok početka izvođenja radova je veljača 2021. godine dok je planirani rok izvođenja 3 mjeseca.

Podsjetimo, ranije je uređena judo dvorana u Mokošici, jedriličari su dobili nove prostore, konačno je riješeno pitanje i nogometnog terena u Gospinom polju, hotel Stadion i Jugov dom temeljito se obnavljaju, energetski su obnovljene školske sportske dvorane, a nakon gotovo četiri desetljeća, uz adaptaciju postojećih, u Dubrovniku se planira gradnja i novih sportski objekata. izvođenje radova adaptacije prostora bivše „Stanice za tehnički prijem vozila“. Projektom se planira adaptirati postojeću građevinu te je preurediti u sportsku dvoranu za borilačke sportove.

Sukladno projektu, dvorana će sadržavati prostor za trening, teretanu i prateće prostore (svlačionice i sanitarije) te će se opremiti sportskom opremom. Dio građevine će se urediti za potrebe moto-kluba, a za što će poslužiti dio prostora u prizemlju građevine. Na gornjem katu objekta uredit će se uredi za sportske klubove koji do sada nisu imali svoje klupske prostorije.

Sam objekt je visine vijenca 7.00 m, ukupne bruto građevinske površine 634.00 m² te se navedenom adaptacijom gabariti postojećeg objekta neće mijenjati.

Procijenjena vrijednost nabave je 2,4 milijuna kuna, a predviđeni rok početka izvođenja radova je veljača 2021. godine dok je planirani rok izvođenja 3 mjeseca.

Podsjetimo, ranije je uređena judo dvorana u Mokošici, jedriličari su dobili nove prostore, konačno je riješeno pitanje i nogometnog terena u Gospinom polju, hotel Stadion i Jugov dom temeljito se obnavljaju, energetski su obnovljene školske sportske dvorane, a nakon gotovo četiri desetljeća, uz adaptaciju postojećih, u Dubrovniku se planira gradnja i novih sportski objekata. Pokrenuta javna nabava za radove na dvorani za borilačke sportove

Grad Dubrovnik pokrenuo je postupak javne nabave za izvođenje radova adaptacije prostora bivše „Stanice za tehnički prijem vozila“. Projektom se planira adaptirati postojeću građevinu te je preurediti u sportsku dvoranu za borilačke sportove.

Sukladno projektu, dvorana će sadržavati prostor za trening, teretanu i prateće prostore (svlačionice i sanitarije) te će se opremiti sportskom opremom. Dio građevine će se urediti za potrebe moto-kluba, a za što će poslužiti dio prostora u prizemlju građevine. Na gornjem katu objekta uredit će se uredi za sportske klubove koji do sada nisu imali svoje klupske prostorije.

Sam objekt je visine vijenca 7.00 m, ukupne bruto građevinske površine 634.00 m² te se navedenom adaptacijom gabariti postojećeg objekta neće mijenjati.

Procijenjena vrijednost nabave je 2,4 milijuna kuna, a predviđeni rok početka izvođenja radova je veljača 2021. godine dok je planirani rok izvođenja 3 mjeseca.

Podsjetimo, ranije je uređena judo dvorana u Mokošici, jedriličari su dobili nove prostore, konačno je riješeno pitanje i nogometnog terena u Gospinom polju, hotel Stadion i Jugov dom temeljito se obnavljaju, energetski su obnovljene školske sportske dvorane, a nakon gotovo četiri desetljeća, uz adaptaciju postojećih, u Dubrovniku se planira gradnja i novih sportski objekata.
