Zamjenica gradonačelnika Grada Dubrovnika Jelka Tepšić, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za kulturu i baštinu Julijana Antić Brautović i pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje imovinom, opće i pravne poslove Marijeta Hladilo održale su radni sastanak na temu monitoringa i buduće obnove Orlandovog stupa s predstavnicima Ministarstva kulture i medija, Uprave za zaštitu kulturne baštine koji su ovog tjedna boravili u Dubrovniku gdje su provodili terenski obilazak važnih projekata obnove kulturnih dobara. 

Sastanku su nazočili i ravnateljica Zavoda za obnovu Dubrovnika Mihaela Skurić, pročelnik Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku Antun Baće te viši konzervator-restaurator i voditeljica aktivnosti monitoringa na stupu Vinka Marinković, predstavnica Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda, ustanove kojoj je Zavod povjerio projekt sanacije oštećenja Orlandovog stupa. 

Čitav složeni i dugotrajni postupak praćenja stanja, utvrđivanja uzroka oštećenja te određivanja metoda zaštite Orlandovog stupa provodi se uz nadzor Ministarstva kulture RH i u suradnji s Konzervatorskim odjelom u Dubrovniku te Međunarodnim centrom za očuvanje i restauraciju dobara kulturne baštine (ICCROM), savjetodavnim tijelom pri UNESCO-vom Odboru za svjetsku baštinu. 

Ključan dokument za daljnje postupanje upravo je izvješće ICCROM-a koje se, rečeno je na sastanku, očekuje do kraja veljače. Na temelju smjernica izvješća odredit će se detaljna dinamika daljnjih koraka za 2022. godinu vezanih uz nastavak bilježenja podataka, uključujući in situ ispitivanje sile naprezanja, ali i izvođenje potrebnih preventivnih konzervatorsko-restauratorskih zahvata, poglavito interventnih radova popunjavanja pukotina na stupu neagresivnim metodama.         

Zaključeno je da će Orlandov stup do jeseni ostati zaštićen trenutnom visokom ogradom. U međuvremenu, očekuje se još jedan posjet Misije ICCROM-a Dubrovniku.  

Podsjetimo, kao preduvjet budućih konzervatorsko-restauratorskih radova na sanaciji oštećenja na stupu, složeni proces monitoringa pukotina mjernim uređajima postavljenim in situ započeo je 2019. godine, u godini koja je u povodu 600. obljetnice podizanja stupa proglašena Orlandovom godinom.

Zamjenica gradonačelnika Grada Dubrovnika Jelka Tepšić, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za kulturu i baštinu Julijana Antić Brautović i pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje imovinom, opće i pravne poslove Marijeta Hladilo održale su radni sastanak na temu monitoringa i buduće obnove Orlandovog stupa s predstavnicima Ministarstva kulture i medija, Uprave za zaštitu kulturne baštine koji su ovog tjedna boravili u Dubrovniku gdje su provodili terenski obilazak važnih projekata obnove kulturnih dobara. 

Sastanku su nazočili i ravnateljica Zavoda za obnovu Dubrovnika Mihaela Skurić, pročelnik Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku Antun Baće te viši konzervator-restaurator i voditeljica aktivnosti monitoringa na stupu Vinka Marinković, predstavnica Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda, ustanove kojoj je Zavod povjerio projekt sanacije oštećenja Orlandovog stupa. 

Čitav složeni i dugotrajni postupak praćenja stanja, utvrđivanja uzroka oštećenja te određivanja metoda zaštite Orlandovog stupa provodi se uz nadzor Ministarstva kulture RH i u suradnji s Konzervatorskim odjelom u Dubrovniku te Međunarodnim centrom za očuvanje i restauraciju dobara kulturne baštine (ICCROM), savjetodavnim tijelom pri UNESCO-vom Odboru za svjetsku baštinu. 

Ključan dokument za daljnje postupanje upravo je izvješće ICCROM-a koje se, rečeno je na sastanku, očekuje do kraja veljače. Na temelju smjernica izvješća odredit će se detaljna dinamika daljnjih koraka za 2022. godinu vezanih uz nastavak bilježenja podataka, uključujući in situ ispitivanje sile naprezanja, ali i izvođenje potrebnih preventivnih konzervatorsko-restauratorskih zahvata, poglavito interventnih radova popunjavanja pukotina na stupu neagresivnim metodama.         

Zaključeno je da će Orlandov stup do jeseni ostati zaštićen trenutnom visokom ogradom. U međuvremenu, očekuje se još jedan posjet Misije ICCROM-a Dubrovniku.  

Podsjetimo, kao preduvjet budućih konzervatorsko-restauratorskih radova na sanaciji oštećenja na stupu, složeni proces monitoringa pukotina mjernim uređajima postavljenim in situ započeo je 2019. godine, u godini koja je u povodu 600. obljetnice podizanja stupa proglašena Orlandovom godinom.
