Vida započeli su polovicom travnja te je dosad realizirano ukupno 75 posto projekta.

Već početkom lipnja, mještane i posjetitelje na lokaciji crkve Sv. Vida u Trstenom dočekat će obnovljeni kameni zid i parkiralište. Riječ je o projektu koji je započeo polovicom travnja, nakon što je tvrtka Renesansa d.o.o. donirala cjelokupni iznos potreban za sanaciju potpornog zida parkirališta, dužine preko 40 metara, budući da se postojeći urušio pod djelovanjem obilnih kiša te uslijed opterećenja autobusa koji u razdoblju turističke sezone u velikom broju obilaze područje.

„Zadovoljni smo dinamikom radova, kao i činjenicom da će stanovnici Trstena uskoro dobiti sigurniji prilaz župi. Projekt je rezultat kvalitetnog dijaloga s mještanima, a donacija tek skromni doprinos zajednici koje smo i sami postali dijelom kroz projekte u tijeku. Vjerujemo kako je upravo briga za zajednicu ključna okosnica izgradnje kvalitetnih odnosa, što je i jedna od temeljnih vrijednosti uspješnog poslovanja, te se nadamo da je ovo tek prvi u nizu zajedničkih projekata“, naglasila je direktorica Renesanse d.o.o. Doroteja Ivanjko.

Trenutačno su realizirane 3/4 svih planiranih radova, a projekt bi trebao biti finaliziran već početkom lipnja. Dosad su izvedeni radovi rušenja postojećeg kamenog zida, završavaju se i armirano betonski radovi na izgradnji novog potpornog zida debljine 30 cm, ukupne visine nešto manje od 5 m, a slijede zemljani radovi zatrpavanja materijalom iza zida, izvedba drenažnog sloja šljunka te uređenje okoliša. U odnosu na prvobitno stanje, sanacijom će se povećati kapacitet parkirališta, ali i sigurnost kretanja na navedenom području.

Društvo Renesansa d.o.o. iz Dubrovnika još je krajem rujna 2019. s Ministarstvom državne imovine potpisalo ugovor o zakupu Vile Aurora i bivšeg odmarališta na otoku Jakljanu na rok od 30 godina. Na javnom natječaju upravo je tvrtka Renesansa dala najveću ponudu za spomenute nekretnine s ciljem da ih, u roku od tri godine, stavi u funkciju ugostiteljsko-turističke djelatnosti. Vlasnik Renesanse ruski je poduzetnik Mikhail Shelkov, najpoznatiji po proizvodnji titana i tehnologija koje se koriste u zrakoplovima Boeinga i Airbusa, koji je 2016. proglašen i počasnim građaninom Mljeta za doprinos kvaliteti života lokalne otočne zajednice.

tisuća kuna vrijedni radovi na sanaciji ispred crkve Sv. Vida započeli su polovicom travnja te je dosad realizirano ukupno 75 posto projekta.

Već početkom lipnja, mještane i posjetitelje na lokaciji crkve Sv. Vida u Trstenom dočekat će obnovljeni kameni zid i parkiralište. Riječ je o projektu koji je započeo polovicom travnja, nakon što je tvrtka Renesansa d.o.o. donirala cjelokupni iznos potreban za sanaciju potpornog zida parkirališta, dužine preko 40 metara, budući da se postojeći urušio pod djelovanjem obilnih kiša te uslijed opterećenja autobusa koji u razdoblju turističke sezone u velikom broju obilaze područje.

„Zadovoljni smo dinamikom radova, kao i činjenicom da će stanovnici Trstena uskoro dobiti sigurniji prilaz župi. Projekt je rezultat kvalitetnog dijaloga s mještanima, a donacija tek skromni doprinos zajednici koje smo i sami postali dijelom kroz projekte u tijeku. Vjerujemo kako je upravo briga za zajednicu ključna okosnica izgradnje kvalitetnih odnosa, što je i jedna od temeljnih vrijednosti uspješnog poslovanja, te se nadamo da je ovo tek prvi u nizu zajedničkih projekata“, naglasila je direktorica Renesanse d.o.o. Doroteja Ivanjko.

Trenutačno su realizirane 3/4 svih planiranih radova, a projekt bi trebao biti finaliziran već početkom lipnja. Dosad su izvedeni radovi rušenja postojećeg kamenog zida, završavaju se i armirano betonski radovi na izgradnji novog potpornog zida debljine 30 cm, ukupne visine nešto manje od 5 m, a slijede zemljani radovi zatrpavanja materijalom iza zida, izvedba drenažnog sloja šljunka te uređenje okoliša. U odnosu na prvobitno stanje, sanacijom će se povećati kapacitet parkirališta, ali i sigurnost kretanja na navedenom području.

Društvo Renesansa d.o.o. iz Dubrovnika još je krajem rujna 2019. s Ministarstvom državne imovine potpisalo ugovor o zakupu Vile Aurora i bivšeg odmarališta na otoku Jakljanu na rok od 30 godina. Na javnom natječaju upravo je tvrtka Renesansa dala najveću ponudu za spomenute nekretnine s ciljem da ih, u roku od tri godine, stavi u funkciju ugostiteljsko-turističke djelatnosti. Vlasnik Renesanse ruski je poduzetnik Mikhail Shelkov, najpoznatiji po proizvodnji titana i tehnologija koje se koriste u zrakoplovima Boeinga i Airbusa, koji je 2016. proglašen i počasnim građaninom Mljeta za doprinos kvaliteti života lokalne otočne zajednice.

OBNOVA PARKIRALIŠTA U TRSTENOM - Donacijom tvrtke Renesansa povećat će se sigurnost prilaza župi

Gotovo 400 tisuća kuna vrijedni radovi na sanaciji ispred crkve Sv. Vida započeli su polovicom travnja te je dosad realizirano ukupno 75 posto projekta.

Već početkom lipnja, mještane i posjetitelje na lokaciji crkve Sv. Vida u Trstenom dočekat će obnovljeni kameni zid i parkiralište. Riječ je o projektu koji je započeo polovicom travnja, nakon što je tvrtka Renesansa d.o.o. donirala cjelokupni iznos potreban za sanaciju potpornog zida parkirališta, dužine preko 40 metara, budući da se postojeći urušio pod djelovanjem obilnih kiša te uslijed opterećenja autobusa koji u razdoblju turističke sezone u velikom broju obilaze područje.

„Zadovoljni smo dinamikom radova, kao i činjenicom da će stanovnici Trstena uskoro dobiti sigurniji prilaz župi. Projekt je rezultat kvalitetnog dijaloga s mještanima, a donacija tek skromni doprinos zajednici koje smo i sami postali dijelom kroz projekte u tijeku. Vjerujemo kako je upravo briga za zajednicu ključna okosnica izgradnje kvalitetnih odnosa, što je i jedna od temeljnih vrijednosti uspješnog poslovanja, te se nadamo da je ovo tek prvi u nizu zajedničkih projekata“, naglasila je direktorica Renesanse d.o.o. Doroteja Ivanjko.

Trenutačno su realizirane 3/4 svih planiranih radova, a projekt bi trebao biti finaliziran već početkom lipnja. Dosad su izvedeni radovi rušenja postojećeg kamenog zida, završavaju se i armirano betonski radovi na izgradnji novog potpornog zida debljine 30 cm, ukupne visine nešto manje od 5 m, a slijede zemljani radovi zatrpavanja materijalom iza zida, izvedba drenažnog sloja šljunka te uređenje okoliša. U odnosu na prvobitno stanje, sanacijom će se povećati kapacitet parkirališta, ali i sigurnost kretanja na navedenom području.

Društvo Renesansa d.o.o. iz Dubrovnika još je krajem rujna 2019. s Ministarstvom državne imovine potpisalo ugovor o zakupu Vile Aurora i bivšeg odmarališta na otoku Jakljanu na rok od 30 godina. Na javnom natječaju upravo je tvrtka Renesansa dala najveću ponudu za spomenute nekretnine s ciljem da ih, u roku od tri godine, stavi u funkciju ugostiteljsko-turističke djelatnosti. Vlasnik Renesanse ruski je poduzetnik Mikhail Shelkov, najpoznatiji po proizvodnji titana i tehnologija koje se koriste u zrakoplovima Boeinga i Airbusa, koji je 2016. proglašen i počasnim građaninom Mljeta za doprinos kvaliteti života lokalne otočne zajednice.
