Nema više Ponta Lopud Festivala, barem ne onakvog na koji smo dosad navikli. Jednom od sigurno najpoznatijih festivala koji je na samom jugu hrvatske okupljao domaće, ali i svjetske, holivudske profesionalce (tijekom protekle godine i jazziste), budućnost je postala upitna.

Iako na stranici pontalopud.hr i dalje stoje 18.-22.6. kao datumi ovogodišnjeg Ponta Lopud film festivala, suosnivači Festivala i poslovni partneri, dubrovačka PR-menadžerica i producentica Tilda Bogdanović i filmski producent te bivši direktor Sarajevo Film Festivala, Mirsad Purivatra, nisu htjeli službeno davati nikakve komentare. No, grad je dovoljno malen pa informacije lako nađu svoj put do novinara.

Tako se neslužbeno može doznati kako su se Bogdanović i Purivatra razišli zbog različitih vizija oko daljnjeg razvoja i koncepta Festivala kojemu se ove godine trebalo održati četvrto izdanje.

Šuška se kako je Purivatra odlučio sâm nastaviti organizirati određene programe u Slanom. S druge strane, dosadašnji kulturni i društveni događaji, koji su se posljednjih godina počeli stvarati na Lopudu, ujedinili su Lopuđane da na svom otoku i dalje podržavaju i stvaraju razne društvene događaje kako za njih same, tako i za brojne goste Lopuda. Hoće li, kao dosad, naglasak biti na filmu i(li) jazzu ili pak nečem trećem, zasad nije poznato.

Sve je krenulo 2021. kad je u lipnju te pandemijske godine održano prvo izdanje Festivala kao rezultat udruživanja snaga Tilde Bogdanović i Mirsada Purivatra. Tijekom vremena iznjedrio se i Ponta Lopud Jazz Festival koji je prvi put održan lani i koji je okupio domaće te međunarodne glazbene zvijezde.

Zahvaljujući Ponta Lopud Festivalu, mali ali nimalo zanemarivi elafitski otok, pa i jug Hrvatske, postali su mjesto okupljanja slavnih. Tako je na Festivalu gostovala poznata holivudska glumica i oskarovka Frances McDormand i njezin suprug, slavni redatelj i oskarovac Joel Coen, kao i još jedan dobitnik prestižnog zlatnog kipića Peter Spears, ali i Edward Norton koji se proslavio u filmovima kao što su ‘American History X‘, ‘Fight Club‘ i ‘Primal Fear‘...

Organizirane su javne projekcije, druženja, prezentacije... Gostima je prikazan Oskarima nagrađeni film ‘Nomadland‘ u prisustvu glavne glumice odnosno Frances McDormand... Prikazan je i Oskarom višestruko nagrađeni film ‘Birdman‘ koji su gosti Festivala i Lopuđani gledali uz pratnju autora glazbe za film i jednog od najboljih svjetskih bubnjara Antonija Sáncheza čija je supruga, pjevačica, skladateljica i aranžerka, Thana Alexa Pavelić (inače po majci Dubrovkinja), umjetnička voditeljica Ponta Lopud Jazz Festivala... Uz to su u sklopu ‘Ponta Lopuda‘ za mlade filmske profesionalce iz regije organizirani i razni masterclassovi, kao i mnogobrojna druga događanja i aktivnosti i to na svim atraktivnim lopudskim lokacijama...

Što ove godine očekuje Lopuđane i njihove goste, hoće li se ‘Hollywood‘ vratiti na Lopud, ostaje tek za vidjeti.

Nema više Ponta Lopud Festivala, barem ne onakvog na koji smo dosad navikli. Jednom od sigurno najpoznatijih festivala koji je na samom jugu hrvatske okupljao domaće, ali i svjetske, holivudske profesionalce (tijekom protekle godine i jazziste), budućnost je postala upitna.

Iako na stranici pontalopud.hr i dalje stoje 18.-22.6. kao datumi ovogodišnjeg Ponta Lopud film festivala, suosnivači Festivala i poslovni partneri, dubrovačka PR-menadžerica i producentica Tilda Bogdanović i filmski producent te bivši direktor Sarajevo Film Festivala, Mirsad Purivatra, nisu htjeli službeno davati nikakve komentare. No, grad je dovoljno malen pa informacije lako nađu svoj put do novinara.

Tako se neslužbeno može doznati kako su se Bogdanović i Purivatra razišli zbog različitih vizija oko daljnjeg razvoja i koncepta Festivala kojemu se ove godine trebalo održati četvrto izdanje.

Šuška se kako je Purivatra odlučio sâm nastaviti organizirati određene programe u Slanom. S druge strane, dosadašnji kulturni i društveni događaji, koji su se posljednjih godina počeli stvarati na Lopudu, ujedinili su Lopuđane da na svom otoku i dalje podržavaju i stvaraju razne društvene događaje kako za njih same, tako i za brojne goste Lopuda. Hoće li, kao dosad, naglasak biti na filmu i(li) jazzu ili pak nečem trećem, zasad nije poznato.

Sve je krenulo 2021. kad je u lipnju te pandemijske godine održano prvo izdanje Festivala kao rezultat udruživanja snaga Tilde Bogdanović i Mirsada Purivatra. Tijekom vremena iznjedrio se i Ponta Lopud Jazz Festival koji je prvi put održan lani i koji je okupio domaće te međunarodne glazbene zvijezde.

Zahvaljujući Ponta Lopud Festivalu, mali ali nimalo zanemarivi elafitski otok, pa i jug Hrvatske, postali su mjesto okupljanja slavnih. Tako je na Festivalu gostovala poznata holivudska glumica i oskarovka Frances McDormand i njezin suprug, slavni redatelj i oskarovac Joel Coen, kao i još jedan dobitnik prestižnog zlatnog kipića Peter Spears, ali i Edward Norton koji se proslavio u filmovima kao što su ‘American History X‘, ‘Fight Club‘ i ‘Primal Fear‘...

Organizirane su javne projekcije, druženja, prezentacije... Gostima je prikazan Oskarima nagrađeni film ‘Nomadland‘ u prisustvu glavne glumice odnosno Frances McDormand... Prikazan je i Oskarom višestruko nagrađeni film ‘Birdman‘ koji su gosti Festivala i Lopuđani gledali uz pratnju autora glazbe za film i jednog od najboljih svjetskih bubnjara Antonija Sáncheza čija je supruga, pjevačica, skladateljica i aranžerka, Thana Alexa Pavelić (inače po majci Dubrovkinja), umjetnička voditeljica Ponta Lopud Jazz Festivala... Uz to su u sklopu ‘Ponta Lopuda‘ za mlade filmske profesionalce iz regije organizirani i razni masterclassovi, kao i mnogobrojna druga događanja i aktivnosti i to na svim atraktivnim lopudskim lokacijama...

Što ove godine očekuje Lopuđane i njihove goste, hoće li se ‘Hollywood‘ vratiti na Lopud, ostaje tek za vidjeti.
