Proteklih godinu dana otočić Sveti Andrija u dubrovačkom akvatoriju nema stalnu posadu svjetioničara te je svjetionik prve kategorije zbog toga počeo propadati. U Plovputu su stoga zaključili kako je bolje i jeftinije plaćati svjetioničara koji će svjetionik držati "živim" nego platiti obnovu zgrade i uređaja za signalizaciju, piše morski.hr.
– Spletom nesretnih okolnosti, odnosno iznenadnim zdravstvenim problemima jednog od članova posade brze brodice Plovnog područja Dubrovnik, brze brodice koja je neophodna za održavanje svih objekata pomorske signalizacije na ovom dijelu Jadrana, u mjesecu rujnu 2021. g. svjetionik Sv. Andrija ostaje bez svjetioničarske posade. Već nezavidnoj situaciji dodatno je doprinijela i situacija s COVID19 pandemijom, pa je jedino rješenje u tom trenutku bilo, kako bi se sigurnost plovidbe zadržala na propisanoj razini, svjetioničara s navedenog svjetionika premjestiti na radno mjesto člana posade brze brodice – pojašnjava za morski.hr rukovoditelj Sektora sigurnosti plovidbe u Plovputu Split, Ivan Karin.
– Važno je naglasiti kako je u periodu dok je svjetionik bio bez svjetioničara, kao što je ranije spomenuto, sigurnost plovidbe bila na najvišoj razini, a tome su doprinijeli moderni tehnički sustavi i suvremena oprema, kao što je Sustav daljinskog nadzora, koji dežurnim operatorima u Splitu 24 sata dnevno prikazuje ažurne podatke o stanju opreme na objektu. Sigurnosti plovidbe doprinosi i postojanje pomoćnog svjetla, AIS AtoN uređaj i drugi popratni instalirani sustavi na svjetioniku. Također, u navedenom periodu djelatnici Plovnog područja Dubrovnik vršili su dodatne obilaske svjetionika, kao i radove redovnog održavanja, kako bi se objekt i oprema zaštitili od eventualnog propadanja ili devastacije.
Unatoč svemu navedenom, Plovput je donio odluku da se na pomorski svjetionik Sv. Andrija vrati svjetioničarska posada, prvenstveno zbog održavanja svjetionika, ali i zaštite i očuvanja kulturne baštine Republike Hrvatske, pa je od 01. kolovoza ove godine na Sv. Andriji opet prisutna svjetioničarska posada.
Navedeno je nastavak ranije započetog, obzirom da je nekoliko mjeseci ranije, iz istih razloga, zaposlen novi svjetioničar na svjetioniku Sv. Ivan na pučini, plovno područje Pula. Zapošljavanjem dvojice novih svjetioničara, u Hrvatskoj danas postoji 16 svjetionika s posadom, odnosno taj posao radi sveukupno 24 svjetioničara. Dugoročni je plan zadržavanje svjetioničarske posade na svim tzv. vanjskim svjetionicima, kao što je, primjerice, Palagruža. Osim za sigurnost plovidbe i održavanje svjetionika, svjetioničari su na ovim svjetionicima važni i za čuvanje morske granice Republike Hrvatske, što se u praksi u više navrata pokazalo vrlo važnim – pojašnjava Karin za morski.hr

Proteklih godinu dana otočić Sveti Andrija u dubrovačkom akvatoriju nema stalnu posadu svjetioničara te je svjetionik prve kategorije zbog toga počeo propadati. U Plovputu su stoga zaključili kako je bolje i jeftinije plaćati svjetioničara koji će svjetionik držati "živim" nego platiti obnovu zgrade i uređaja za signalizaciju, piše morski.hr.
– Spletom nesretnih okolnosti, odnosno iznenadnim zdravstvenim problemima jednog od članova posade brze brodice Plovnog područja Dubrovnik, brze brodice koja je neophodna za održavanje svih objekata pomorske signalizacije na ovom dijelu Jadrana, u mjesecu rujnu 2021. g. svjetionik Sv. Andrija ostaje bez svjetioničarske posade. Već nezavidnoj situaciji dodatno je doprinijela i situacija s COVID19 pandemijom, pa je jedino rješenje u tom trenutku bilo, kako bi se sigurnost plovidbe zadržala na propisanoj razini, svjetioničara s navedenog svjetionika premjestiti na radno mjesto člana posade brze brodice – pojašnjava za morski.hr rukovoditelj Sektora sigurnosti plovidbe u Plovputu Split, Ivan Karin.
– Važno je naglasiti kako je u periodu dok je svjetionik bio bez svjetioničara, kao što je ranije spomenuto, sigurnost plovidbe bila na najvišoj razini, a tome su doprinijeli moderni tehnički sustavi i suvremena oprema, kao što je Sustav daljinskog nadzora, koji dežurnim operatorima u Splitu 24 sata dnevno prikazuje ažurne podatke o stanju opreme na objektu. Sigurnosti plovidbe doprinosi i postojanje pomoćnog svjetla, AIS AtoN uređaj i drugi popratni instalirani sustavi na svjetioniku. Također, u navedenom periodu djelatnici Plovnog područja Dubrovnik vršili su dodatne obilaske svjetionika, kao i radove redovnog održavanja, kako bi se objekt i oprema zaštitili od eventualnog propadanja ili devastacije.
Unatoč svemu navedenom, Plovput je donio odluku da se na pomorski svjetionik Sv. Andrija vrati svjetioničarska posada, prvenstveno zbog održavanja svjetionika, ali i zaštite i očuvanja kulturne baštine Republike Hrvatske, pa je od 01. kolovoza ove godine na Sv. Andriji opet prisutna svjetioničarska posada.
Navedeno je nastavak ranije započetog, obzirom da je nekoliko mjeseci ranije, iz istih razloga, zaposlen novi svjetioničar na svjetioniku Sv. Ivan na pučini, plovno područje Pula. Zapošljavanjem dvojice novih svjetioničara, u Hrvatskoj danas postoji 16 svjetionika s posadom, odnosno taj posao radi sveukupno 24 svjetioničara. Dugoročni je plan zadržavanje svjetioničarske posade na svim tzv. vanjskim svjetionicima, kao što je, primjerice, Palagruža. Osim za sigurnost plovidbe i održavanje svjetionika, svjetioničari su na ovim svjetionicima važni i za čuvanje morske granice Republike Hrvatske, što se u praksi u više navrata pokazalo vrlo važnim – pojašnjava Karin za morski.hr
