Oni koji prate kretanje cijena zlata primjećuju da je ona niža nego početkom godine. Tako se ovih dana i mnogi Dubrovčani pitaju kako će se dalje kretati i je li sad dobra prilika za kupnju?

Cijenu zlata pritišću visoke kamatne stope, te snažni dolar. Stoga obveznice trenutno ulagačima predstavljaju primamljivu investiciju, što ima izravan utjecaj na cijenu plemenitih metala. Onome tko posjeduje zlato sigurno nije svejedno vidjeti kada cijena pada. No, ulagači istovremeno vole iskoristiti povoljnije cijene.

„Prije nekoliko godina kupili smo nešto investicijskog zlata – poluga i zlatnika, pa još jednu polugu prošle godine“ – objašnjava nam bračni par iz Dubrovnika i nastavlja: „Sada gledamo kako je cijena pala, pa se pitamo hoće li nam se investicija isplatiti?“.

Fluktuacije cijena sasvim su normalna pojava na svim tržištima i u svim vremenima. Pa i na tržištu zlata. No, neke druge ulagačke opcije, poput dionica, fluktuiraju mnogo više. Ovisno o industriji, dionica u koju ste uložili mogla bi se srušiti preko noći i nikada se više ne oporaviti. Sa zlatom to ipak nije slučaj i takvog se scenarija ne treba bojati.

Zlato povijesno dugoročno zadržava svoju vrijednost. Ljudi uglavnom ulažu u zlato kao zaštitu od inflacije i pada vrijednosti papirnatih valuta. Za razliku od, primjerice nekretnina, korištenje zlata kao investicije omogućuje brzo unovčavanje u slučaju da vam zatreba gotovina. Dakle, koje je najbolje vrijeme za kupnju zlata?

Može se reći kako je svako vrijeme dobro vrijeme za ulaganje u ovaj plemeniti metal. Financijski stručnjaci smatraju kako bi, s ciljem čim učinkovitije diverzifikacije imovine, svatko trebao oko 10% imovine posjedovati u zlatu. Ulaganje u zlato, osobito ono fizičko u obliku zlatnika i zlatnih poluga – dugoročno je ulaganje. Plemenite metale treba kupovati  s kapitalom koji nam neće biti potreban ni sutra ni u skorije vrijeme. Kupnja zlatnih i srebrnih poluga i zlatnika način je i da se zaštitite od inflacijskih ali i deflacijskih  učinaka tržišta. Stoga kratkoročne oscilacije u cijeni ne trebaju zabrinjavati ulagače. Niža cijena znači i dobru ulaznu priliku za kupnju. Na srednji i dugi rok, štednja u zlatu najbolje će sačuvati uloženu vrijednost.

Oni koji prate kretanje cijena zlata primjećuju da je ona niža nego početkom godine. Tako se ovih dana i mnogi Dubrovčani pitaju kako će se dalje kretati i je li sad dobra prilika za kupnju?

Cijenu zlata pritišću visoke kamatne stope, te snažni dolar. Stoga obveznice trenutno ulagačima predstavljaju primamljivu investiciju, što ima izravan utjecaj na cijenu plemenitih metala. Onome tko posjeduje zlato sigurno nije svejedno vidjeti kada cijena pada. No, ulagači istovremeno vole iskoristiti povoljnije cijene.

„Prije nekoliko godina kupili smo nešto investicijskog zlata – poluga i zlatnika, pa još jednu polugu prošle godine“ – objašnjava nam bračni par iz Dubrovnika i nastavlja: „Sada gledamo kako je cijena pala, pa se pitamo hoće li nam se investicija isplatiti?“.

Fluktuacije cijena sasvim su normalna pojava na svim tržištima i u svim vremenima. Pa i na tržištu zlata. No, neke druge ulagačke opcije, poput dionica, fluktuiraju mnogo više. Ovisno o industriji, dionica u koju ste uložili mogla bi se srušiti preko noći i nikada se više ne oporaviti. Sa zlatom to ipak nije slučaj i takvog se scenarija ne treba bojati.

Zlato povijesno dugoročno zadržava svoju vrijednost. Ljudi uglavnom ulažu u zlato kao zaštitu od inflacije i pada vrijednosti papirnatih valuta. Za razliku od, primjerice nekretnina, korištenje zlata kao investicije omogućuje brzo unovčavanje u slučaju da vam zatreba gotovina. Dakle, koje je najbolje vrijeme za kupnju zlata?

Može se reći kako je svako vrijeme dobro vrijeme za ulaganje u ovaj plemeniti metal. Financijski stručnjaci smatraju kako bi, s ciljem čim učinkovitije diverzifikacije imovine, svatko trebao oko 10% imovine posjedovati u zlatu. Ulaganje u zlato, osobito ono fizičko u obliku zlatnika i zlatnih poluga – dugoročno je ulaganje. Plemenite metale treba kupovati  s kapitalom koji nam neće biti potreban ni sutra ni u skorije vrijeme. Kupnja zlatnih i srebrnih poluga i zlatnika način je i da se zaštitite od inflacijskih ali i deflacijskih  učinaka tržišta. Stoga kratkoročne oscilacije u cijeni ne trebaju zabrinjavati ulagače. Niža cijena znači i dobru ulaznu priliku za kupnju. Na srednji i dugi rok, štednja u zlatu najbolje će sačuvati uloženu vrijednost.

Kada je najbolja prilika za kupnju zlata? - pitanje je koje zanima mnoge Dubrovčane

Oni koji prate kretanje cijena zlata primjećuju da je ona niža nego početkom godine. Tako se ovih dana i mnogi Dubrovčani pitaju kako će se dalje kretati i je li sad dobra prilika za kupnju?

Cijenu zlata pritišću visoke kamatne stope, te snažni dolar. Stoga obveznice trenutno ulagačima predstavljaju primamljivu investiciju, što ima izravan utjecaj na cijenu plemenitih metala. Onome tko posjeduje zlato sigurno nije svejedno vidjeti kada cijena pada. No, ulagači istovremeno vole iskoristiti povoljnije cijene.

„Prije nekoliko godina kupili smo nešto investicijskog zlata – poluga i zlatnika, pa još jednu polugu prošle godine“ – objašnjava nam bračni par iz Dubrovnika i nastavlja: „Sada gledamo kako je cijena pala, pa se pitamo hoće li nam se investicija isplatiti?“.

Fluktuacije cijena sasvim su normalna pojava na svim tržištima i u svim vremenima. Pa i na tržištu zlata. No, neke druge ulagačke opcije, poput dionica, fluktuiraju mnogo više. Ovisno o industriji, dionica u koju ste uložili mogla bi se srušiti preko noći i nikada se više ne oporaviti. Sa zlatom to ipak nije slučaj i takvog se scenarija ne treba bojati.

Zlato povijesno dugoročno zadržava svoju vrijednost. Ljudi uglavnom ulažu u zlato kao zaštitu od inflacije i pada vrijednosti papirnatih valuta. Za razliku od, primjerice nekretnina, korištenje zlata kao investicije omogućuje brzo unovčavanje u slučaju da vam zatreba gotovina. Dakle, koje je najbolje vrijeme za kupnju zlata?

Može se reći kako je svako vrijeme dobro vrijeme za ulaganje u ovaj plemeniti metal. Financijski stručnjaci smatraju kako bi, s ciljem čim učinkovitije diverzifikacije imovine, svatko trebao oko 10% imovine posjedovati u zlatu. Ulaganje u zlato, osobito ono fizičko u obliku zlatnika i zlatnih poluga – dugoročno je ulaganje. Plemenite metale treba kupovati  s kapitalom koji nam neće biti potreban ni sutra ni u skorije vrijeme. Kupnja zlatnih i srebrnih poluga i zlatnika način je i da se zaštitite od inflacijskih ali i deflacijskih  učinaka tržišta. Stoga kratkoročne oscilacije u cijeni ne trebaju zabrinjavati ulagače. Niža cijena znači i dobru ulaznu priliku za kupnju. Na srednji i dugi rok, štednja u zlatu najbolje će sačuvati uloženu vrijednost.
