Nikša Selmani (Srđ je Grad) uvodno je rekao kako je nakon sedam godina njihova točka dnevnog reda konačno došla na raspravu. Prema Selmaniju ovim ugovorom o koncesiji između Grada i Razvoja Golf, Grad je dao u najam cijelu tvrđavu osim donjeg dijela u kojemu se nalazi Muzej Domovinskog rata. Gradonačelnik Franković (HDZ) izrazio je zadovoljstvo da nakon sedam godina Gradsko vijeće konačno donosi odluku i kako će se na tom mjestu izgraditi memorijalni centar s ugostiteljskim sadržajima.

Selmani se u nastavku zahvalio svim udrugama i dionicima u procesu na angažmanu te rekao kako za njega ovo predstavlja izuzetno emotivan trenutak. Jadran Barač je čestitao Selmaniju na svečanom trenutku, međutim istaknuo je kako ne voli teatar HDZ-a jer smatra kako su oni za sve znali još i ranije i da ne treba sada puštati suze i pretjerano slaviti.

Franković mu je odgovorio kako koncesija nije politički poen HDZ-a već da je to politički poen svakog vijećnika ovog saziva. Osvrnuo se na nekadašnji Dubrovački dogovor i ljude koji su u njemu sudjelovali i smatra kako danas ne treba ponavljati iste scenarije već da treba biti potpuno jedinstven u ovakvim odlukama. 'Tvrđavu Imperijal vratit ćemo građanima i mi ćemo njome upravljati', rekao je Franković.

Marko Potrebica (HDZ) je replicirao Baraču rekavši kako ne može vjerovati da SDP ne podržava određene pozitivne poteze gradske uprave, a istaknuo je kako njihova većina ima veliko povjerene građana. –Ja ću večeras zaspati kao beba od sreće, a vi ćete kolega Barač i dalje protestirati. U ovome trebamo biti zajedno i zato podržite ovu točku, idemo u ovo skupa, ovdje nema lijevih i desnih-, rekao je Potrebica.  

Maro Kristić (MOST) zahvalio se gradskoj upravi i Nikši Selmaniju na rudu i što su konačno pronašli razumijevanje za ovu temu te da ovo shvaća kao pobjedu svih građana. Nakon završene rasprave ova točka dnevnog reda jednoglasno je usvojena.

Grada Dubrovnika na dnevnom redu nakon dugo godina čekanja našao se Prijedlog odluke o raskidanju ugovora o koncesiji za tvrđavu Imperial zaključenog između Grada Dubrovnika i Razvoj golfa.

Nikša Selmani (Srđ je Grad) uvodno je rekao kako je nakon sedam godina njihova točka dnevnog reda konačno došla na raspravu. Prema Selmaniju ovim ugovorom o koncesiji između Grada i Razvoja Golf, Grad je dao u najam cijelu tvrđavu osim donjeg dijela u kojemu se nalazi Muzej Domovinskog rata. Gradonačelnik Franković (HDZ) izrazio je zadovoljstvo da nakon sedam godina Gradsko vijeće konačno donosi odluku i kako će se na tom mjestu izgraditi memorijalni centar s ugostiteljskim sadržajima.

Selmani se u nastavku zahvalio svim udrugama i dionicima u procesu na angažmanu te rekao kako za njega ovo predstavlja izuzetno emotivan trenutak. Jadran Barač je čestitao Selmaniju na svečanom trenutku, međutim istaknuo je kako ne voli teatar HDZ-a jer smatra kako su oni za sve znali još i ranije i da ne treba sada puštati suze i pretjerano slaviti.

Franković mu je odgovorio kako koncesija nije politički poen HDZ-a već da je to politički poen svakog vijećnika ovog saziva. Osvrnuo se na nekadašnji Dubrovački dogovor i ljude koji su u njemu sudjelovali i smatra kako danas ne treba ponavljati iste scenarije već da treba biti potpuno jedinstven u ovakvim odlukama. 'Tvrđavu Imperijal vratit ćemo građanima i mi ćemo njome upravljati', rekao je Franković.

Marko Potrebica (HDZ) je replicirao Baraču rekavši kako ne može vjerovati da SDP ne podržava određene pozitivne poteze gradske uprave, a istaknuo je kako njihova većina ima veliko povjerene građana. –Ja ću večeras zaspati kao beba od sreće, a vi ćete kolega Barač i dalje protestirati. U ovome trebamo biti zajedno i zato podržite ovu točku, idemo u ovo skupa, ovdje nema lijevih i desnih-, rekao je Potrebica.  

Maro Kristić (MOST) zahvalio se gradskoj upravi i Nikši Selmaniju na rudu i što su konačno pronašli razumijevanje za ovu temu te da ovo shvaća kao pobjedu svih građana. Nakon završene rasprave ova točka dnevnog reda jednoglasno je usvojena.

JEDNOGLASNA ODLUKA - Tvrđava Imperijal vraćena Gradu, raskida se ugovor s Razvoj golfom

Na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Dubrovnika na dnevnom redu nakon dugo godina čekanja našao se Prijedlog odluke o raskidanju ugovora o koncesiji za tvrđavu Imperial zaključenog između Grada Dubrovnika i Razvoj golfa.

Nikša Selmani (Srđ je Grad) uvodno je rekao kako je nakon sedam godina njihova točka dnevnog reda konačno došla na raspravu. Prema Selmaniju ovim ugovorom o koncesiji između Grada i Razvoja Golf, Grad je dao u najam cijelu tvrđavu osim donjeg dijela u kojemu se nalazi Muzej Domovinskog rata. Gradonačelnik Franković (HDZ) izrazio je zadovoljstvo da nakon sedam godina Gradsko vijeće konačno donosi odluku i kako će se na tom mjestu izgraditi memorijalni centar s ugostiteljskim sadržajima.

Selmani se u nastavku zahvalio svim udrugama i dionicima u procesu na angažmanu te rekao kako za njega ovo predstavlja izuzetno emotivan trenutak. Jadran Barač je čestitao Selmaniju na svečanom trenutku, međutim istaknuo je kako ne voli teatar HDZ-a jer smatra kako su oni za sve znali još i ranije i da ne treba sada puštati suze i pretjerano slaviti.

Franković mu je odgovorio kako koncesija nije politički poen HDZ-a već da je to politički poen svakog vijećnika ovog saziva. Osvrnuo se na nekadašnji Dubrovački dogovor i ljude koji su u njemu sudjelovali i smatra kako danas ne treba ponavljati iste scenarije već da treba biti potpuno jedinstven u ovakvim odlukama. 'Tvrđavu Imperijal vratit ćemo građanima i mi ćemo njome upravljati', rekao je Franković.

Marko Potrebica (HDZ) je replicirao Baraču rekavši kako ne može vjerovati da SDP ne podržava određene pozitivne poteze gradske uprave, a istaknuo je kako njihova većina ima veliko povjerene građana. –Ja ću večeras zaspati kao beba od sreće, a vi ćete kolega Barač i dalje protestirati. U ovome trebamo biti zajedno i zato podržite ovu točku, idemo u ovo skupa, ovdje nema lijevih i desnih-, rekao je Potrebica.  

Maro Kristić (MOST) zahvalio se gradskoj upravi i Nikši Selmaniju na rudu i što su konačno pronašli razumijevanje za ovu temu te da ovo shvaća kao pobjedu svih građana. Nakon završene rasprave ova točka dnevnog reda jednoglasno je usvojena.

Nakon što je iscrpljen dnevni red, predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Marko Potrebica zaključio je sjednicu u 21:40.
