Grad Dubrovnik će u subotu, 17. rujna 2022. godine objaviti Javni poziv za prikupljanje zahtjeva za davanje u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Dubrovnika u svrhu rješavanja stambenog pitanja mladih i mladih obitelji na području grada Dubrovnika, a koji će biti otvoren za podnošenje zahtjeva 45 dana, odnosno do srijede 2. studenog 2022. godine.

Javni poziv bit će objavljen u tjednom listu Dubrovački vjesnik i na službenim stranicama Grada Dubrovnika te će se uz katalog stanova, odnosno lokaciju i kvadratura stanova, pripadajuće tlocrte kao i obrasce, nalaziti i uputa/pojašnjenje za podnositelje zahtjeva.

Predmet ovog Javnog poziva bit će 26 stambenih jedinica s pripadajućim garažnim i/ili parkirališnim mjestima u Mokošici koji se daju u najam na određeno vrijeme od 10 godina u svrhu rješavanja stambenog pitanja mladih i mladih obitelji pod istim uvjetima na temelju kojih je po prethodno provedenom Javnom pozivu pravo na stan ostvarilo 17 dubrovačkih obitelji.

Temeljem Odluke o povratu dokumentacije zaprimljene na temelju provedenog Javnog poziva od 5. veljače 2022. godine Grad Dubrovnik je omogućio povrat dokumentacije svim podnositeljima zahtjeva koji nisu ostvarili pravo po prethodno provedenom Javnom pozivu. Slijedom navedenog podnositelji zahtjeva moći će koristiti dokumentaciju i obrasce koji su priloženi uz zahtjev na Javni poziva od dana 5. veljače 2022. ukoliko je navedena dokumentacija primjenjiva u skladu s odredbama novog Javnog poziva, odnosno ako su obrasci pravilno popunjeni te navodi u dokumentaciji i obrascima odgovaraju stvarnom činjeničnom stanju koje se zahtjeva novim Javnim pozivom.

Grad Dubrovnik će u subotu, 17. rujna 2022. godine objaviti Javni poziv za prikupljanje zahtjeva za davanje u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Dubrovnika u svrhu rješavanja stambenog pitanja mladih i mladih obitelji na području grada Dubrovnika, a koji će biti otvoren za podnošenje zahtjeva 45 dana, odnosno do srijede 2. studenog 2022. godine.

Javni poziv bit će objavljen u tjednom listu Dubrovački vjesnik i na službenim stranicama Grada Dubrovnika te će se uz katalog stanova, odnosno lokaciju i kvadratura stanova, pripadajuće tlocrte kao i obrasce, nalaziti i uputa/pojašnjenje za podnositelje zahtjeva.

Predmet ovog Javnog poziva bit će 26 stambenih jedinica s pripadajućim garažnim i/ili parkirališnim mjestima u Mokošici koji se daju u najam na određeno vrijeme od 10 godina u svrhu rješavanja stambenog pitanja mladih i mladih obitelji pod istim uvjetima na temelju kojih je po prethodno provedenom Javnom pozivu pravo na stan ostvarilo 17 dubrovačkih obitelji.

Temeljem Odluke o povratu dokumentacije zaprimljene na temelju provedenog Javnog poziva od 5. veljače 2022. godine Grad Dubrovnik je omogućio povrat dokumentacije svim podnositeljima zahtjeva koji nisu ostvarili pravo po prethodno provedenom Javnom pozivu. Slijedom navedenog podnositelji zahtjeva moći će koristiti dokumentaciju i obrasce koji su priloženi uz zahtjev na Javni poziva od dana 5. veljače 2022. ukoliko je navedena dokumentacija primjenjiva u skladu s odredbama novog Javnog poziva, odnosno ako su obrasci pravilno popunjeni te navodi u dokumentaciji i obrascima odgovaraju stvarnom činjeničnom stanju koje se zahtjeva novim Javnim pozivom.

DUBROVAČKA STANOGRADNJA: Evo kad će biti objavljen novi javni poziv

Grad Dubrovnik će u subotu, 17. rujna 2022. godine objaviti Javni poziv za prikupljanje zahtjeva za davanje u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Dubrovnika u svrhu rješavanja stambenog pitanja mladih i mladih obitelji na području grada Dubrovnika, a koji će biti otvoren za podnošenje zahtjeva 45 dana, odnosno do srijede 2. studenog 2022. godine.

Javni poziv bit će objavljen u tjednom listu Dubrovački vjesnik i na službenim stranicama Grada Dubrovnika te će se uz katalog stanova, odnosno lokaciju i kvadratura stanova, pripadajuće tlocrte kao i obrasce, nalaziti i uputa/pojašnjenje za podnositelje zahtjeva.

Predmet ovog Javnog poziva bit će 26 stambenih jedinica s pripadajućim garažnim i/ili parkirališnim mjestima u Mokošici koji se daju u najam na određeno vrijeme od 10 godina u svrhu rješavanja stambenog pitanja mladih i mladih obitelji pod istim uvjetima na temelju kojih je po prethodno provedenom Javnom pozivu pravo na stan ostvarilo 17 dubrovačkih obitelji.

Temeljem Odluke o povratu dokumentacije zaprimljene na temelju provedenog Javnog poziva od 5. veljače 2022. godine Grad Dubrovnik je omogućio povrat dokumentacije svim podnositeljima zahtjeva koji nisu ostvarili pravo po prethodno provedenom Javnom pozivu. Slijedom navedenog podnositelji zahtjeva moći će koristiti dokumentaciju i obrasce koji su priloženi uz zahtjev na Javni poziva od dana 5. veljače 2022. ukoliko je navedena dokumentacija primjenjiva u skladu s odredbama novog Javnog poziva, odnosno ako su obrasci pravilno popunjeni te navodi u dokumentaciji i obrascima odgovaraju stvarnom činjeničnom stanju koje se zahtjeva novim Javnim pozivom.

Pozivaju sve zainteresirane sugrađane da prate objave na službenim stranicama Grada Dubrovnika.
