Naši omiljeni posjetitelji, susjedi Slovenci, počeli su se pripremati za godišnji odmor, a čini se kako ih ove godine najviše muči rast cijena smještaja na Jadranu.

Tako su novinari portala zurnal24.si uzeli prošlogodišnje cijene nekih smještaja na Booking.comu te odlučili provjeriti koliko bi za iste sobe i apartmane u istom terminu platili danas. Zaključak, smještaj je prosječno skuplji za dvadesetak posto, a na primjeru nekih soba i apartmana dokazali su da su cijene u odnosu na 2021. godinu i do 70 posto više, donosi Jutarnji list

Konkretno, riječ je o smještaju u Promajni za koje su turisti 2021. godine u periodu od 5. do 12. lipnja platili 242.55 eura, no ove godine cijena bi u istom periodu iznosila 414 eura, što je poprilično poskupljenje.

Za apartman u Baškoj na Krku za kojeg je lani trebalo u periodu od 22. do 26. lipnja izdvojiti 322 eura sada ta cijena iznosi pet posto više - dakle 338 eura, no poskupljenje je zato znatno veće na primjeru apartmana za pet osoba u Sv. Filipu i Jakovu. Ono što su turisti tamo lani platili 887 eura sada u istom terminu košta 213 eura više (to je poskupljenje od 24 posto), a apartman na Krku u kojem su Slovenci lani proveli tri noći sada umjesto 300 košta 360 eura.

Posljednji primjer također svjedoči o poskupljenju iako nije najobjektivniji jer nije bilo moguće gledati identične termine. No, smještaj kojeg su čitatelji lani na Krku platili 874 eura, u sličnom terminu sada košta 1062 eura što je poskupljenje od 21.5 posto, piše Jutarnji list.

"Naše istraživanje kaže da su cijene u odnosu na lani više od pet do 24 posto. Naravno, cijena ovisi o terminu rezervacije i ne isključuje mogućnost da će neki vlasnik, ako mu smještaj bude ostao prazan, na kraju ipak smanjiti cijenu", zaključuje se u tekstu.

Naši omiljeni posjetitelji, susjedi Slovenci, počeli su se pripremati za godišnji odmor, a čini se kako ih ove godine najviše muči rast cijena smještaja na Jadranu.

Tako su novinari portala zurnal24.si uzeli prošlogodišnje cijene nekih smještaja na Booking.comu te odlučili provjeriti koliko bi za iste sobe i apartmane u istom terminu platili danas. Zaključak, smještaj je prosječno skuplji za dvadesetak posto, a na primjeru nekih soba i apartmana dokazali su da su cijene u odnosu na 2021. godinu i do 70 posto više, donosi Jutarnji list

Konkretno, riječ je o smještaju u Promajni za koje su turisti 2021. godine u periodu od 5. do 12. lipnja platili 242.55 eura, no ove godine cijena bi u istom periodu iznosila 414 eura, što je poprilično poskupljenje.

Za apartman u Baškoj na Krku za kojeg je lani trebalo u periodu od 22. do 26. lipnja izdvojiti 322 eura sada ta cijena iznosi pet posto više - dakle 338 eura, no poskupljenje je zato znatno veće na primjeru apartmana za pet osoba u Sv. Filipu i Jakovu. Ono što su turisti tamo lani platili 887 eura sada u istom terminu košta 213 eura više (to je poskupljenje od 24 posto), a apartman na Krku u kojem su Slovenci lani proveli tri noći sada umjesto 300 košta 360 eura.

Posljednji primjer također svjedoči o poskupljenju iako nije najobjektivniji jer nije bilo moguće gledati identične termine. No, smještaj kojeg su čitatelji lani na Krku platili 874 eura, u sličnom terminu sada košta 1062 eura što je poskupljenje od 21.5 posto, piše Jutarnji list.

"Naše istraživanje kaže da su cijene u odnosu na lani više od pet do 24 posto. Naravno, cijena ovisi o terminu rezervacije i ne isključuje mogućnost da će neki vlasnik, ako mu smještaj bude ostao prazan, na kraju ipak smanjiti cijenu", zaključuje se u tekstu.

Slovenci napravili veliku analizu cijena smještaja u Hrvatskoj, došli su do frapantog zaključka

Naši omiljeni posjetitelji, susjedi Slovenci, počeli su se pripremati za godišnji odmor, a čini se kako ih ove godine najviše muči rast cijena smještaja na Jadranu.

Tako su novinari portala zurnal24.si uzeli prošlogodišnje cijene nekih smještaja na Booking.comu te odlučili provjeriti koliko bi za iste sobe i apartmane u istom terminu platili danas. Zaključak, smještaj je prosječno skuplji za dvadesetak posto, a na primjeru nekih soba i apartmana dokazali su da su cijene u odnosu na 2021. godinu i do 70 posto više, donosi Jutarnji list

Konkretno, riječ je o smještaju u Promajni za koje su turisti 2021. godine u periodu od 5. do 12. lipnja platili 242.55 eura, no ove godine cijena bi u istom periodu iznosila 414 eura, što je poprilično poskupljenje.

Za apartman u Baškoj na Krku za kojeg je lani trebalo u periodu od 22. do 26. lipnja izdvojiti 322 eura sada ta cijena iznosi pet posto više - dakle 338 eura, no poskupljenje je zato znatno veće na primjeru apartmana za pet osoba u Sv. Filipu i Jakovu. Ono što su turisti tamo lani platili 887 eura sada u istom terminu košta 213 eura više (to je poskupljenje od 24 posto), a apartman na Krku u kojem su Slovenci lani proveli tri noći sada umjesto 300 košta 360 eura.

Posljednji primjer također svjedoči o poskupljenju iako nije najobjektivniji jer nije bilo moguće gledati identične termine. No, smještaj kojeg su čitatelji lani na Krku platili 874 eura, u sličnom terminu sada košta 1062 eura što je poskupljenje od 21.5 posto, piše Jutarnji list.

"Naše istraživanje kaže da su cijene u odnosu na lani više od pet do 24 posto. Naravno, cijena ovisi o terminu rezervacije i ne isključuje mogućnost da će neki vlasnik, ako mu smještaj bude ostao prazan, na kraju ipak smanjiti cijenu", zaključuje se u tekstu.
