U tekstu naslovljenom "Evo koje tvrke najviše duguju gradskom proračunu te što građani najviše izbjegavaju plaćati", objaljenom na portalu dubrovacki.slobodnadalmacija.hr 27. kolovoza, među ostalim piše kako su dva dužnika značajno smanjila iznos svojih dugovanja, među njima VALAMAR RIVIJERA d.d., čije je dugovanje na dan 18. kolovoza 2021. godine iznosilo 177.575,26 kuna. Riječ o službenom podatku kojeg je Grad Dubrovnik dostavio u odgovoru na novinarski upit.

Iz tvrtke Valamar Riviera d.d., jučer, 30. kolovoza, stigao je i objavljen je zahtjev za ispravak, kako navode, netočne i nepotpune informacije.

"Valamar Riviera d.d. sve svoje financijske obveze, pa tako i obveze prema Gradu Dubrovniku izvršava u rokovima dospijeća plaćanja i nema bilo kakvih dospjelih neplaćenih dugovanja niti je imalo takvih dugovanja. Štoviše, u proteklom razdoblju Valamar Riviera je čak bila u preplati prema Gradu. Slijedom navedenog, pozivamo Vas temeljem odredbi članka 41. i 42. Zakona o medijima da ovaj ispravak objavite u cijelosti, bez promjena i dopuna, na istom ili istovrsnom mjestu programskog prostora i na isti ili istovrijedan način na koji je bila objavljena informacija na koju se ispravak odnosi".

Kako ne bi bilo nedoumica, od Grada Dubrovnika još jednom je zatražena provjera objavljenog podatka, pa ga prenosimo i njega radi točnog informiranja javnosti: "Na dan 18. kolovoza (srijeda), na kartici obveznika komunalne i vodne naknade Valamar Riviera d.d. bio je vidljiv nepodmireni iznos od 177.575,26 kuna te je nadležna služba u trenutku pripreme podataka za odgovor na novinarski upit dala ispravan podatak. Promjene prema uplati društva Valamar Riviera d.d. na kartici obveznika bile su vidljive u četvrtak, 19. kolovoza u poslijepodnevnim satima te isto društvo trenutačno nema nepodmirenih dugovanja".

U tekstu naslovljenom "Evo koje tvrke najviše duguju gradskom proračunu te što građani najviše izbjegavaju plaćati", objaljenom na portalu dubrovacki.slobodnadalmacija.hr 27. kolovoza, među ostalim piše kako su dva dužnika značajno smanjila iznos svojih dugovanja, među njima VALAMAR RIVIJERA d.d., čije je dugovanje na dan 18. kolovoza 2021. godine iznosilo 177.575,26 kuna. Riječ o službenom podatku kojeg je Grad Dubrovnik dostavio u odgovoru na novinarski upit.

Iz tvrtke Valamar Riviera d.d., jučer, 30. kolovoza, stigao je i objavljen je zahtjev za ispravak, kako navode, netočne i nepotpune informacije.

"Valamar Riviera d.d. sve svoje financijske obveze, pa tako i obveze prema Gradu Dubrovniku izvršava u rokovima dospijeća plaćanja i nema bilo kakvih dospjelih neplaćenih dugovanja niti je imalo takvih dugovanja. Štoviše, u proteklom razdoblju Valamar Riviera je čak bila u preplati prema Gradu. Slijedom navedenog, pozivamo Vas temeljem odredbi članka 41. i 42. Zakona o medijima da ovaj ispravak objavite u cijelosti, bez promjena i dopuna, na istom ili istovrsnom mjestu programskog prostora i na isti ili istovrijedan način na koji je bila objavljena informacija na koju se ispravak odnosi".

Kako ne bi bilo nedoumica, od Grada Dubrovnika još jednom je zatražena provjera objavljenog podatka, pa ga prenosimo i njega radi točnog informiranja javnosti: "Na dan 18. kolovoza (srijeda), na kartici obveznika komunalne i vodne naknade Valamar Riviera d.d. bio je vidljiv nepodmireni iznos od 177.575,26 kuna te je nadležna služba u trenutku pripreme podataka za odgovor na novinarski upit dala ispravan podatak. Promjene prema uplati društva Valamar Riviera d.d. na kartici obveznika bile su vidljive u četvrtak, 19. kolovoza u poslijepodnevnim satima te isto društvo trenutačno nema nepodmirenih dugovanja".

Grad Dubrovnik odgovorio na reagiranje iz Valamara!

U tekstu naslovljenom "Evo koje tvrke najviše duguju gradskom proračunu te što građani najviše izbjegavaju plaćati", objaljenom na portalu dubrovacki.slobodnadalmacija.hr 27. kolovoza, među ostalim piše kako su dva dužnika značajno smanjila iznos svojih dugovanja, među njima VALAMAR RIVIJERA d.d., čije je dugovanje na dan 18. kolovoza 2021. godine iznosilo 177.575,26 kuna. Riječ o službenom podatku kojeg je Grad Dubrovnik dostavio u odgovoru na novinarski upit.

Iz tvrtke Valamar Riviera d.d., jučer, 30. kolovoza, stigao je i objavljen je zahtjev za ispravak, kako navode, netočne i nepotpune informacije.

"Valamar Riviera d.d. sve svoje financijske obveze, pa tako i obveze prema Gradu Dubrovniku izvršava u rokovima dospijeća plaćanja i nema bilo kakvih dospjelih neplaćenih dugovanja niti je imalo takvih dugovanja. Štoviše, u proteklom razdoblju Valamar Riviera je čak bila u preplati prema Gradu. Slijedom navedenog, pozivamo Vas temeljem odredbi članka 41. i 42. Zakona o medijima da ovaj ispravak objavite u cijelosti, bez promjena i dopuna, na istom ili istovrsnom mjestu programskog prostora i na isti ili istovrijedan način na koji je bila objavljena informacija na koju se ispravak odnosi".

Kako ne bi bilo nedoumica, od Grada Dubrovnika još jednom je zatražena provjera objavljenog podatka, pa ga prenosimo i njega radi točnog informiranja javnosti: "Na dan 18. kolovoza (srijeda), na kartici obveznika komunalne i vodne naknade Valamar Riviera d.d. bio je vidljiv nepodmireni iznos od 177.575,26 kuna te je nadležna služba u trenutku pripreme podataka za odgovor na novinarski upit dala ispravan podatak. Promjene prema uplati društva Valamar Riviera d.d. na kartici obveznika bile su vidljive u četvrtak, 19. kolovoza u poslijepodnevnim satima te isto društvo trenutačno nema nepodmirenih dugovanja".
