Lijepo su nam spustili ovi koji se kao brinu za prevenciju. Govorimo o raku dojke, boleštini koja tamani žene svih dobnih skupina u Hrvatskoj nevjerojatnom brzinom i u nevjerojatnim brojkama i za koju je baš prevencija ključna. A kod nas se prevencija sastoji u tome da napraviš ultrazvuk, ako si ušla u srednje godine i mamografiju, a ako si u kritičnoj skupini i imaš u obiteljskoj povijesti bolesti rak dojke, onda od mladih dana pa cijeli život, redovito. I to ako imaš puno sreće. Uz samopreglede, oni liječnički su neprocjenjivi.  Nacionalni program ranog otkrivanja raka dojke samo je bajka na papiru jer papir trpi sve, pa i ovaj program. Javni zdravstveni sustav ne osigurava ni podršku, pomoć, ohrabrenje, i sreća da imamo udruge.

Kažu nam da se u dubrovačkoj bolnici više nećemo moći naručiti na ultrazvuk Centralnim naručivanjem već preko obiteljskih liječnika, i zbog toga je inspekcija dvaput upozoravala bolnicu. Termin se obično čeka godinu dana. Zna li ta inspekcija da mijenjanjem administrativnih gluposti neće promijeniti činjenicu da ženama ultrazvuk dojke nije dostupan? Da neće skratiti vrijeme čekanja?  Bruka i sramota za jedno ministarstvo, za jednu zemlju, za koju više nema opravdanja da nemamo ovo i ono... pa jeste li vi pri sebi? Ima li itko normalan da se srami ove situacije? Je li itko malo pregledao brojke onih koji su trebali na preglede i terapije tijekom dvije godine koliko nam je zdravstveni sustav bio nedostupan zbog  korone? Je li ikad itko nazvao te ljude, te žene, ne samo one koje boluju od raka dojke već i druge onkološke bolesnike, da vide što ih nema na pregledima, jesu li još žive? Kažu da ih je samo u Dubrovniku oko 50 tisuća koje MORAJU odraditi barem jedan ultrazvučni pregled, što znači da su u rizičnoj skupini. U cijeloj Hrvatskoj broje se na stotine tisuća. A ove druge koje nisu rizične, za njih nas baš briga. Takva će se ženska jednu večer nakon posla, mrtva umorna, kad svi pođu spavati, namireni za sutrašnju školu, vrtić, posao, naći ispod tuša i onako ovlaš prepipati grudi, kako to već sve ponekad radimo, pa napipati nešto što joj se čini neobično. Pod uvjetom da se odmah ujutro uspije naručiti, e ta neka čeka. Pa ako preživi u godinu, godinu i pol, koliko se čeka red za ultrazvuk – svaka joj čast. A ako ne, ha bože moj...

Znate ministre, prevencija je pregled prije nego se dogodi dijagnoza bolesti, da se ne bi dogodila. Ne nakon.

Lijepo su nam spustili ovi koji se kao brinu za prevenciju. Govorimo o raku dojke, boleštini koja tamani žene svih dobnih skupina u Hrvatskoj nevjerojatnom brzinom i u nevjerojatnim brojkama i za koju je baš prevencija ključna. A kod nas se prevencija sastoji u tome da napraviš ultrazvuk, ako si ušla u srednje godine i mamografiju, a ako si u kritičnoj skupini i imaš u obiteljskoj povijesti bolesti rak dojke, onda od mladih dana pa cijeli život, redovito. I to ako imaš puno sreće. Uz samopreglede, oni liječnički su neprocjenjivi.  Nacionalni program ranog otkrivanja raka dojke samo je bajka na papiru jer papir trpi sve, pa i ovaj program. Javni zdravstveni sustav ne osigurava ni podršku, pomoć, ohrabrenje, i sreća da imamo udruge.

Kažu nam da se u dubrovačkoj bolnici više nećemo moći naručiti na ultrazvuk Centralnim naručivanjem već preko obiteljskih liječnika, i zbog toga je inspekcija dvaput upozoravala bolnicu. Termin se obično čeka godinu dana. Zna li ta inspekcija da mijenjanjem administrativnih gluposti neće promijeniti činjenicu da ženama ultrazvuk dojke nije dostupan? Da neće skratiti vrijeme čekanja?  Bruka i sramota za jedno ministarstvo, za jednu zemlju, za koju više nema opravdanja da nemamo ovo i ono... pa jeste li vi pri sebi? Ima li itko normalan da se srami ove situacije? Je li itko malo pregledao brojke onih koji su trebali na preglede i terapije tijekom dvije godine koliko nam je zdravstveni sustav bio nedostupan zbog  korone? Je li ikad itko nazvao te ljude, te žene, ne samo one koje boluju od raka dojke već i druge onkološke bolesnike, da vide što ih nema na pregledima, jesu li još žive? Kažu da ih je samo u Dubrovniku oko 50 tisuća koje MORAJU odraditi barem jedan ultrazvučni pregled, što znači da su u rizičnoj skupini. U cijeloj Hrvatskoj broje se na stotine tisuća. A ove druge koje nisu rizične, za njih nas baš briga. Takva će se ženska jednu večer nakon posla, mrtva umorna, kad svi pođu spavati, namireni za sutrašnju školu, vrtić, posao, naći ispod tuša i onako ovlaš prepipati grudi, kako to već sve ponekad radimo, pa napipati nešto što joj se čini neobično. Pod uvjetom da se odmah ujutro uspije naručiti, e ta neka čeka. Pa ako preživi u godinu, godinu i pol, koliko se čeka red za ultrazvuk – svaka joj čast. A ako ne, ha bože moj...

Znate ministre, prevencija je pregled prije nego se dogodi dijagnoza bolesti, da se ne bi dogodila. Ne nakon.

Papir trpi sve, pa i bajku o nacionalnom programu ranog otkrivanja raka

Lijepo su nam spustili ovi koji se kao brinu za prevenciju. Govorimo o raku dojke, boleštini koja tamani žene svih dobnih skupina u Hrvatskoj nevjerojatnom brzinom i u nevjerojatnim brojkama i za koju je baš prevencija ključna. A kod nas se prevencija sastoji u tome da napraviš ultrazvuk, ako si ušla u srednje godine i mamografiju, a ako si u kritičnoj skupini i imaš u obiteljskoj povijesti bolesti rak dojke, onda od mladih dana pa cijeli život, redovito. I to ako imaš puno sreće. Uz samopreglede, oni liječnički su neprocjenjivi.  Nacionalni program ranog otkrivanja raka dojke samo je bajka na papiru jer papir trpi sve, pa i ovaj program. Javni zdravstveni sustav ne osigurava ni podršku, pomoć, ohrabrenje, i sreća da imamo udruge.

Kažu nam da se u dubrovačkoj bolnici više nećemo moći naručiti na ultrazvuk Centralnim naručivanjem već preko obiteljskih liječnika, i zbog toga je inspekcija dvaput upozoravala bolnicu. Termin se obično čeka godinu dana. Zna li ta inspekcija da mijenjanjem administrativnih gluposti neće promijeniti činjenicu da ženama ultrazvuk dojke nije dostupan? Da neće skratiti vrijeme čekanja?  Bruka i sramota za jedno ministarstvo, za jednu zemlju, za koju više nema opravdanja da nemamo ovo i ono... pa jeste li vi pri sebi? Ima li itko normalan da se srami ove situacije? Je li itko malo pregledao brojke onih koji su trebali na preglede i terapije tijekom dvije godine koliko nam je zdravstveni sustav bio nedostupan zbog  korone? Je li ikad itko nazvao te ljude, te žene, ne samo one koje boluju od raka dojke već i druge onkološke bolesnike, da vide što ih nema na pregledima, jesu li još žive? Kažu da ih je samo u Dubrovniku oko 50 tisuća koje MORAJU odraditi barem jedan ultrazvučni pregled, što znači da su u rizičnoj skupini. U cijeloj Hrvatskoj broje se na stotine tisuća. A ove druge koje nisu rizične, za njih nas baš briga. Takva će se ženska jednu večer nakon posla, mrtva umorna, kad svi pođu spavati, namireni za sutrašnju školu, vrtić, posao, naći ispod tuša i onako ovlaš prepipati grudi, kako to već sve ponekad radimo, pa napipati nešto što joj se čini neobično. Pod uvjetom da se odmah ujutro uspije naručiti, e ta neka čeka. Pa ako preživi u godinu, godinu i pol, koliko se čeka red za ultrazvuk – svaka joj čast. A ako ne, ha bože moj...

Znate ministre, prevencija je pregled prije nego se dogodi dijagnoza bolesti, da se ne bi dogodila. Ne nakon.
