Vladimiru Putinu je, čini se, loše krenulo na svim frontovima. U njegovu rodnom gradu dogodilo se donedavno nezamislivo: vijećnici u općini Smolninskoje u Sankt Peterburgu optužili su ga za veleizdaju i tekst peticije za njegovu smjenu s ruskog kormila izglasali i poslali parlamentu, državnoj Dumi, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Na glasanju o ovom apelu nije bila prisutna polovica od dvadeset članova Općinskog vijeća, uključujući predsjednika Putinove vladajuće stranke „Jedinstvena Rusija“, no prisutni oporbenjaci imali su kvorum.

Iz svega se vjerojatno neće izroditi ništa, no manjak straha usprkos režimskom teroru svjedoči o rapidno brzom propadanju autoriteta ruskog predsjednika.

Dosad nije bilo presedana da netko bude optužen zbog apela upućenog državnom organu, štoviše i ruski zakon to izričito zabranjuje, pa vijećnici koji su poštivali propisanu proceduru prilikom kritiziranja državnoga vođe ne očekuju hapšenja koja su, inače, zagarantirana svakom kritičaru Putinova ukrajinskog rata. 

Ova politička igra nije, ipak, baš tako bezazlena: moskovski zastupnik Aleksej Gorinov u srpnju je osuđen na sedam godina zatvora zbog „širenja lažnih informacija“ o ruskoj vojsci.

Nije ovo prvi put da se oporbeni vijećnici iz Sankt Peterburga protive Putinu: na sam dan ruske agresije na Ukrajinu prijavili su antiratni miting, ali nisu dobili dozvolu da ga održe. Potom su pozvali građane na sastanak općinskog vijeća otvoren za javnost na temu rata na koji se odazvalo puno ljudi, ali je došla i policija s nekoliko marica zastrašivati okupljene.

Upućen je na kraju apel za mir u Kremlj, no nikakvoga odgovora nije bilo. Nakon što su u državnom vrhu ignorirali i naknadne humanitarne apele za Ukrajinu, oporbeni vijećnici odlučili su se za peticiju za smjenu Putina ‘jer ne radi u interesu Rusije‘.

Kako će na kraju proći lokalni političari iz Putinova rodnog grada krajnje je neizvjesno, no šefa države optužili su za uništavanje borbeno sposobnih jedinica ruske vojske, smrt i ranjavanje mladih i radno sposobnih građana Rusije, nanošenje štete ruskom gospodarstvu, pa čak i za širenje NATO-a s početkom rata u Ukrajini.

Štoviše, Putinu predbacuju i dobro naoružavanje susjedne zemlje suvremenim zapadnim naoružanjem, a što je u suprotnosti s njegovom obećanom „demilitarizacijom" Ukrajine.

Vladimiru Putinu je, čini se, loše krenulo na svim frontovima. U njegovu rodnom gradu dogodilo se donedavno nezamislivo: vijećnici u općini Smolninskoje u Sankt Peterburgu optužili su ga za veleizdaju i tekst peticije za njegovu smjenu s ruskog kormila izglasali i poslali parlamentu, državnoj Dumi, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Na glasanju o ovom apelu nije bila prisutna polovica od dvadeset članova Općinskog vijeća, uključujući predsjednika Putinove vladajuće stranke „Jedinstvena Rusija“, no prisutni oporbenjaci imali su kvorum.

Iz svega se vjerojatno neće izroditi ništa, no manjak straha usprkos režimskom teroru svjedoči o rapidno brzom propadanju autoriteta ruskog predsjednika.

Dosad nije bilo presedana da netko bude optužen zbog apela upućenog državnom organu, štoviše i ruski zakon to izričito zabranjuje, pa vijećnici koji su poštivali propisanu proceduru prilikom kritiziranja državnoga vođe ne očekuju hapšenja koja su, inače, zagarantirana svakom kritičaru Putinova ukrajinskog rata. 

Ova politička igra nije, ipak, baš tako bezazlena: moskovski zastupnik Aleksej Gorinov u srpnju je osuđen na sedam godina zatvora zbog „širenja lažnih informacija“ o ruskoj vojsci.

Nije ovo prvi put da se oporbeni vijećnici iz Sankt Peterburga protive Putinu: na sam dan ruske agresije na Ukrajinu prijavili su antiratni miting, ali nisu dobili dozvolu da ga održe. Potom su pozvali građane na sastanak općinskog vijeća otvoren za javnost na temu rata na koji se odazvalo puno ljudi, ali je došla i policija s nekoliko marica zastrašivati okupljene.

Upućen je na kraju apel za mir u Kremlj, no nikakvoga odgovora nije bilo. Nakon što su u državnom vrhu ignorirali i naknadne humanitarne apele za Ukrajinu, oporbeni vijećnici odlučili su se za peticiju za smjenu Putina ‘jer ne radi u interesu Rusije‘.

Kako će na kraju proći lokalni političari iz Putinova rodnog grada krajnje je neizvjesno, no šefa države optužili su za uništavanje borbeno sposobnih jedinica ruske vojske, smrt i ranjavanje mladih i radno sposobnih građana Rusije, nanošenje štete ruskom gospodarstvu, pa čak i za širenje NATO-a s početkom rata u Ukrajini.

Štoviše, Putinu predbacuju i dobro naoružavanje susjedne zemlje suvremenim zapadnim naoružanjem, a što je u suprotnosti s njegovom obećanom „demilitarizacijom" Ukrajine.

Vladimiru Putinu je, čini se, loše krenulo na svim frontovima. U njegovu rodnom gradu dogodilo se donedavno nezamislivo: vijećnici u općini Smolninskoje u Sankt Peterburgu optužili su ga za veleizdaju i tekst peticije za njegovu smjenu s ruskog kormila izglasali i poslali parlamentu, državnoj Dumi, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Na glasanju o ovom apelu nije bila prisutna polovica od dvadeset članova Općinskog vijeća, uključujući predsjednika Putinove vladajuće stranke „Jedinstvena Rusija“, no prisutni oporbenjaci imali su kvorum.

Iz svega se vjerojatno neće izroditi ništa, no manjak straha usprkos režimskom teroru svjedoči o rapidno brzom propadanju autoriteta ruskog predsjednika.

Dosad nije bilo presedana da netko bude optužen zbog apela upućenog državnom organu, štoviše i ruski zakon to izričito zabranjuje, pa vijećnici koji su poštivali propisanu proceduru prilikom kritiziranja državnoga vođe ne očekuju hapšenja koja su, inače, zagarantirana svakom kritičaru Putinova ukrajinskog rata. 

Ova politička igra nije, ipak, baš tako bezazlena: moskovski zastupnik Aleksej Gorinov u srpnju je osuđen na sedam godina zatvora zbog „širenja lažnih informacija“ o ruskoj vojsci.
