Kao što je i najavila, danas je, na treću obljetnicu tragedije koja je u Hidroelektrani Dubrovnik uzela tri mlada života, splitska odvjetnica Doris Košta kao zastupnica dijela oštećenih obitelji bivših zaposlenika Hrvatske elektroprivrede podniejla tužbu protiv odgovornih. Točno 10. siječnja, očekuje se da će odvjetnici oštećenih obitelji poginulih zaposlenika pogona u Platu, podnijela tužbe protiv HEP-ove tvrtke - kćeri Hrvatska Elektroprivreda Proizvodnja za potpunu i pravičnu namiru doživljenih duševnih boli.

- Danas sam u ime obitelji Pozniak i Maškarić koje zastupam, podnijela u odnosu na Hrvatsku elektroprivredu tužbe za naknade štete. Inače, javnosti je poznato kako su obitelji od HEP-a dobile "minimum minimuma". Točnije: isplatili su im ono što država kaže da se za takve događaje mora isplatiti. Ali, to je dvoje mladih ljudi pred kojima je bio život i od kojih su obitelji s pravom očekivale oslonac dok su živi. Tužbe za naknadu štete se odnose na pravičnu naknadu, iako zasigurno neće biti pravična naknada- ustvrdila je odvjetnica Košta te ppodsjetila:

-Nedavno je sud u Rijeci prihvatio tumačenje kako su postojeći kriteriji samo orijentacioni, te da ne predstavljaju maksimum, odnosno da to nije kategorija za koju je sud "vezan". Obzirom na prosječnu životnu dob, ti mladi ljudi su mogli živjeti još 50 godina! Pored katastrofe koja se dogodila, druga katastrofa jest to što u hrvatskom pravosuđu postupci dugo traju i odugovlače se. Konkretn, pandemija traje već tri godine ali se pravosuđe nije organiziralo, pa ni dubrovački sud, za to kako provoditi rasprave u slučajevima kad imate više od dva ili tri okrivljenika. Protek vremena uvijek napravi svoje, a obitelji imaju pravo u što skorije vrijeme doznati tko je počinio kazneno djelo te da počinitelj za to i odgovara- ističe odvjetnica Košta te u kontekstu primjera rješenja suda u Rijeci ističe kako očerkuje da će se ispoštivati orujentacioni kriterij:

-Sad smo u Europskoj Uniji i promijenilo se poimanje naknade štete zbog povrede prava osobnosti i pretrpljenih boli. Bol i patnja koju osjećaju roditelji te braća i sestre trajat će cijeli život i ne mogu se izmjeriti- kaže Doris Košta i poručuje:- Ali, neka se "stave" u njihovu kožu! I još nešto: točno je da sam i prije govorila da bi optužnicom trebale odgovarati i neke druge osobe! Zasad, u tom smjeru nisam ništa poduzimala, ali sam neke stvari pripremila! I naravno, kad s tim krenem, izvjestit ću vaše čitatelje!

Kao što je i najavila, danas je, na treću obljetnicu tragedije koja je u Hidroelektrani Dubrovnik uzela tri mlada života, splitska odvjetnica Doris Košta kao zastupnica dijela oštećenih obitelji bivših zaposlenika Hrvatske elektroprivrede podniejla tužbu protiv odgovornih. Točno 10. siječnja, očekuje se da će odvjetnici oštećenih obitelji poginulih zaposlenika pogona u Platu, podnijela tužbe protiv HEP-ove tvrtke - kćeri Hrvatska Elektroprivreda Proizvodnja za potpunu i pravičnu namiru doživljenih duševnih boli.

- Danas sam u ime obitelji Pozniak i Maškarić koje zastupam, podnijela u odnosu na Hrvatsku elektroprivredu tužbe za naknade štete. Inače, javnosti je poznato kako su obitelji od HEP-a dobile "minimum minimuma". Točnije: isplatili su im ono što država kaže da se za takve događaje mora isplatiti. Ali, to je dvoje mladih ljudi pred kojima je bio život i od kojih su obitelji s pravom očekivale oslonac dok su živi. -Nedavno je sud u Rijeci prihvatio tumačenje kako su postojeći kriteriji samo orijentacioni, te da ne predstavljaju maksimum, odnosno da to nije kategorija za koju je sud "vezan". Obzirom na prosječnu životnu dob, ti mladi ljudi su mogli živjeti još 50 godina! Pored katastrofe koja se dogodila, druga katastrofa jest to što u hrvatskom pravosuđu postupci dugo traju i odugovlače se. Konkretn, pandemija traje već tri godine ali se pravosuđe nije organiziralo, pa ni dubrovački sud, za to kako provoditi rasprave u slučajevima kad imate više od dva ili tri okrivljenika. Protek vremena uvijek napravi svoje, a obitelji imaju pravo u što skorije vrijeme doznati tko je počinio kazneno djelo te da počinitelj za to i odgovara- ističe odvjetnica Košta te u kontekstu primjera rješenja suda u Rijeci ističe kako očerkuje da će se ispoštivati orujentacioni kriterij:

Kao što je i najavila, danas je, na treću obljetnicu tragedije koja je u Hidroelektrani Dubrovnik uzela tri mlada života, splitska odvjetnica Doris Košta kao zastupnica dijela oštećenih obitelji bivših zaposlenika Hrvatske elektroprivrede podniejla tužbu protiv odgovornih. Točno 10. siječnja, očekuje se da će odvjetnici oštećenih obitelji poginulih zaposlenika pogona u Platu, podnijela tužbe protiv HEP-ove tvrtke - kćeri Hrvatska Elektroprivreda Proizvodnja za potpunu i pravičnu namiru doživljenih duševnih boli.

- Danas sam u ime obitelji Pozniak i Maškarić koje zastupam, podnijela u odnosu na Hrvatsku elektroprivredu tužbe za naknade štete. Inače, javnosti je poznato kako su obitelji od HEP-a dobile "minimum minimuma". Točnije: isplatili su im ono što država kaže da se za takve događaje mora isplatiti. Ali, to je dvoje mladih ljudi pred kojima je bio život i od kojih su obitelji s pravom očekivale oslonac dok su živi.
