Opća bolnica Dubrovnik od 8. studenog je bez hladnog operativnog programa. Razlog ukidanja je pogoršanje epidemiološke situacije uzrokovane pandemijom. Izuzetak su onkološki i hitni-odgođeni operativni zahvati, a s redovitim radom nastavile su i sve bolničke poliklinike kao i hitni bolnički prijem.

- Sukladno dopisu ministarstva, to je situacija koja će se sigurno prolongirati jer u ovom trenutku ne dolazi do poboljšanja epidemiološke slike, tako da se sigurno može očekivati kroz idućih 20-ak dana da se po tom pitanju neće ništa mijenjati – komentira situaciju ravnatelj Opće Bolnice Dubrovnik dr. Marijo Bekić i nastavlja:

- Uz pogoršanje epidemiološke slike ide vjerojatno i redukcija polikliničkog rada, međutim sad to još ne bih prejudicirao. Nesmetano radi onkološka poliklinika kada se dođe na ambulantni pregled i, jasno, hitni program. Hitnog programa imamo dosta, skoro ne stajemo. Očito je u tom segmentu moguće odraditi i neke stvari iz predostrožnosti, kako ne bi ugrozili zdravlje pacijenta.

Ravnatelj dr. Bekić naglašava kako je odgođeno ono što izravno ne ugrožava život pacijenta primjerice zahvati kod plastične kirurgije, neki ortopedski, korektivni zahvati, zahvati oftalmologije kao što je operacija mrene, zahvati otorinolaringologije...

- Međutim za sve ostale, a i toga ostalog je puno i previše, se uredno odvija program. Međutim, ekipirani smo, imamo povećani broj sestara na odjelu za zarazne bolesti, specijalizanti su u rotacijama, povučeni su s kliničkih bolničkih centara izvan Dubrovnika. Snalazimo se, kombiniramo ljude, pokrivamo se kao i do sada – kaže ravnatelj Opće bolnice.

Bekić još dodaje kako se stječe dojam da situacija, bar u pogledu zdravstva, ide postupno, prema 'redukciji apsolutno bilo kakvog i polikliničkog i operativnog programa'.

- Pomalo idemo prema situaciji iz ožujka i travnja 2020. Početkom korone imali smo apsolutni lockdown u zdravstvu ,gdje se radilo samo hitno, nije bilo ambulanti, niti ičeg drugog i sva prilika je da situacija ide prema tom scenariju – poručuje Bekić i napominje kako jutros imamo porast broja oboljelih na respiratoru, njih devet, a ne smanjuje se ni broj prijema.

Inače, kapacitet covid odjela je 81 pacijent, respiratora je sveukupno 17, koji mogu služiti za zaražene i nezaražene osobe.

- Svaki respirator ima takav potrošni materijal i sustav rada da se može primijeniti i kod covid i noncovid osoba. U ovom trenutku je to adekvatan broj za trenutni broj pacijenata, ali vidjet ćemo jer je došlo do povećanja broja pacijenata na respiratorima. Pratimo situaciju i prema tome ćemo i postupati. Najveći dio svih ostalih hospitaliziranih na covid odjelu je na kisiku. Od 50-ak njih najmanje 40 je na kisiku.

U bolnici je deset uređaja za brzi protok kisika, a u cijeloj bolnici u sobama pacijenata su instalirani izvodi za kisik.

Opća bolnica Dubrovnik od 8. studenog je bez hladnog operativnog programa. Razlog ukidanja je pogoršanje epidemiološke situacije uzrokovane pandemijom. Izuzetak su onkološki i hitni-odgođeni operativni zahvati, a s redovitim radom nastavile su i sve bolničke poliklinike kao i hitni bolnički prijem.

- Sukladno dopisu ministarstva, to je situacija koja će se sigurno prolongirati jer u ovom trenutku ne dolazi do poboljšanja epidemiološke slike, tako da se sigurno može očekivati kroz idućih 20-ak dana da se po tom pitanju neće ništa mijenjati – komentira situaciju ravnatelj Opće Bolnice Dubrovnik dr. - Uz pogoršanje epidemiološke slike ide vjerojatno i redukcija polikliničkog rada, međutim sad to još ne bih prejudicirao. Nesmetano radi onkološka poliklinika kada se dođe na ambulantni pregled i, jasno, hitni program. Hitnog programa imamo dosta, skoro ne stajemo. Očito je u tom segmentu moguće odraditi i neke stvari iz predostrožnosti, kako ne bi ugrozili zdravlje pacijenta.

Ravnatelj dr. Bekić naglašava kako je odgođeno ono što izravno ne ugrožava život pacijenta primjerice zahvati kod plastične kirurgije, neki ortopedski, korektivni zahvati, zahvati oftalmologije kao što je operacija mrene, zahvati otorinolaringologije...

- Međutim za sve ostale, a i toga ostalog je puno i previše, se uredno odvija program. Međutim, ekipirani smo, imamo povećani broj sestara na odjelu za zarazne bolesti, specijalizanti su u rotacijama, povučeni su s kliničkih bolničkih centara izvan Dubrovnika. Snalazimo se, kombiniramo ljude, pokrivamo se kao i do sada – kaže ravnatelj Opće bolnice.

Bekić još dodaje kako se stječe dojam da situacija, bar u pogledu zdravstva, ide postupno, prema 'redukciji apsolutno bilo kakvog i polikliničkog i operativnog programa'.

- Pomalo idemo prema situaciji iz ožujka i travnja 2020. Početkom korone imali smo apsolutni lockdown u zdravstvu ,gdje se radilo samo hitno, nije bilo ambulanti, niti ičeg drugog i sva prilika je da situacija ide prema tom scenariju – poručuje Bekić i napominje kako jutros imamo porast broja oboljelih na respiratoru, njih devet, a ne smanjuje se ni broj prijema.

Inače, kapacitet covid odjela je 81 pacijent, respiratora je sveukupno 17, koji mogu služiti za zaražene i nezaražene osobe.

- Svaki respirator ima takav potrošni materijal i sustav rada da se može primijeniti i kod covid i noncovid osoba. U ovom trenutku je to adekvatan broj za trenutni broj pacijenata, ali vidjet ćemo jer je došlo do povećanja broja pacijenata na respiratorima. Pratimo situaciju i prema tome ćemo i postupati. Najveći dio svih ostalih hospitaliziranih na covid odjelu je na kisiku. Od 50-ak njih najmanje 40 je na kisiku.

U bolnici je deset uređaja za brzi protok kisika, a u cijeloj bolnici u sobama pacijenata su instalirani izvodi za kisik.

Opća bolnica Dubrovnik od 8. studenog je bez hladnog operativnog programa. Razlog ukidanja je pogoršanje epidemiološke situacije uzrokovane pandemijom. Izuzetak su onkološki i hitni-odgođeni operativni zahvati, a s redovitim radom nastavile su i sve bolničke poliklinike kao i hitni bolnički prijem.

- Sukladno dopisu ministarstva, to je situacija koja će se sigurno prolongirati jer u ovom trenutku ne dolazi do poboljšanja epidemiološke slike, tako da se sigurno može očekivati kroz idućih 20-ak dana da se po tom pitanju neće ništa mijenjati – komentira situaciju ravnatelj Opće Bolnice Dubrovnik dr. Marijo Bekić i nastavlja:
