U organizaciji Vijeća za kulturu i znanost Dubrovačke biskupije u utorak 27. lipnja s početkom u 19 sati na otočiću sv. Marije na Mljetu održat će se predstavljanje knjige „Opatija sv. Marije na otoku Mljetu“ autorice dr. sc. Ivane Tomas. Knjigu će uz autoricu predstaviti recenzent dr. sc. Predrag Marković i urednik Ivan Viđen.

Ova znanstvena monografija cjelovito obrađuje povijest znamenite mljetske benediktinske opatije s posebnim naglaskom na stilske osobine crkve i samostana te pitanje njihova porijekla.

Dubrovačka biskupija objavila je ovu knjigu u suradnji s Filozofskim fakultetom Sveučilišta u Zagrebu na čijem Odsjeku za povijest umjetnosti autorica knjige predaje umjetnost srednjega vijeka. Izdanje je dvojezično (na hrvatskome i engleskome jeziku) kako bi se što širi krug zainteresiranih stručnjaka mogao upoznati s poviješću jednoga od najvažnijih srednjovjekovnih sakralnih spomenika na dubrovačkom području. Tisak knjige financijski je pomogao i Nacionalni park Mljet.

Ulaz je besplatan, a prijevoz publike bit će organiziran brodovima Nacionalnog parka Mljet.

Knjiga je bila predstavljena prošle godine u Dubrovniku, a namjera je organizatora vrijednost ovoga izdanja predstaviti i lokalnoj publici, upravo na mjestu gdje je ta bogata povijest i nastajala.

U organizaciji Vijeća za kulturu i znanost Dubrovačke biskupije u utorak 27. lipnja s početkom u 19 sati na otočiću sv. Marije na Mljetu održat će se predstavljanje knjige „Opatija sv. Marije na otoku Mljetu“ autorice dr. sc. Ivane Tomas. Knjigu će uz autoricu predstaviti recenzent dr. sc. Predrag Marković i urednik Ivan Viđen.

Ova znanstvena monografija cjelovito obrađuje povijest znamenite mljetske benediktinske opatije s posebnim naglaskom na stilske osobine crkve i samostana te pitanje njihova porijekla.

Dubrovačka biskupija objavila je ovu knjigu u suradnji s Filozofskim fakultetom Sveučilišta u Zagrebu na čijem Odsjeku za povijest umjetnosti autorica knjige predaje umjetnost srednjega vijeka. Izdanje je dvojezično (na hrvatskome i engleskome jeziku) kako bi se što širi krug zainteresiranih stručnjaka mogao upoznati s poviješću jednoga od najvažnijih srednjovjekovnih sakralnih spomenika na dubrovačkom području. Tisak knjige financijski je pomogao i Nacionalni park Mljet.

Ulaz je besplatan, a prijevoz publike bit će organiziran brodovima Nacionalnog parka Mljet.

Knjiga je bila predstavljena prošle godine u Dubrovniku, a namjera je organizatora vrijednost ovoga izdanja predstaviti i lokalnoj publici, upravo na mjestu gdje je ta bogata povijest i nastajala.

Predstavljanje knjige „Opatija sv. Marije na otoku Mljetu“

U organizaciji Vijeća za kulturu i znanost Dubrovačke biskupije u utorak 27. lipnja s početkom u 19 sati na otočiću sv. Marije na Mljetu održat će se predstavljanje knjige „Opatija sv. Marije na otoku Mljetu“ autorice dr. sc. Ivane Tomas. Knjigu će uz autoricu predstaviti recenzent dr. sc. Predrag Marković i urednik Ivan Viđen.

Ova znanstvena monografija cjelovito obrađuje povijest znamenite mljetske benediktinske opatije s posebnim naglaskom na stilske osobine crkve i samostana te pitanje njihova porijekla.

Dubrovačka biskupija objavila je ovu knjigu u suradnji s Filozofskim fakultetom Sveučilišta u Zagrebu na čijem Odsjeku za povijest umjetnosti autorica knjige predaje umjetnost srednjega vijeka. Izdanje je dvojezično (na hrvatskome i engleskome jeziku) kako bi se što širi krug zainteresiranih stručnjaka mogao upoznati s poviješću jednoga od najvažnijih srednjovjekovnih sakralnih spomenika na dubrovačkom području. Tisak knjige financijski je pomogao i Nacionalni park Mljet.

Ulaz je besplatan, a prijevoz publike bit će organiziran brodovima Nacionalnog parka Mljet.

Knjiga je bila predstavljena prošle godine u Dubrovniku, a namjera je organizatora vrijednost ovoga izdanja predstaviti i lokalnoj publici, upravo na mjestu gdje je ta bogata povijest i nastajala.
