Kod kupnje provjerite porijeklo meda i, po mogućnosti, piše gloria.hr dajte prednost domaćim proizvodima. Osim toga, poželjno je da je na ambalaži naveden datum proizvodnje jer svježiji med ima manje promijenjena hranjiva svojstva nego onaj starijeg datuma proizvodnje. I još jedan savjet: izbjegavajte med koji na površini, iznad kristaliziranog dijela, ima tanak tekući sloj jer to je znak da je med star. Ako pak postoji sloj pjene, to znači da je fermentirao.

Postoji mnogo metoda dokazivanja je li med pravi ili lažni, koje možete napraviti kod kuće.

Kod kupnje provjerite porijeklo meda i, po mogućnosti, piše gloria.hr dajte prednost domaćim proizvodima. Kod kupnje provjerite porijeklo meda i, po mogućnosti, piše gloria.hr dajte prednost domaćim proizvodima. Osim toga, poželjno je da je na ambalaži naveden datum proizvodnje jer svježiji med ima manje promijenjena hranjiva svojstva nego onaj starijeg datuma proizvodnje. I još jedan savjet: izbjegavajte med koji na površini, iznad kristaliziranog dijela, ima tanak tekući sloj jer to je znak da je med star. Ako pak postoji sloj pjene, to znači da je fermentirao.

Postoji mnogo metoda dokazivanja je li med pravi ili lažni, koje možete napraviti kod kuće.
