S ratom u Ukrajini koji bjesni, cijeli svijet brine o potencijalnoj novoj nuklearnoj katastrofi. Jedan od problema je i to što bi se dogodilo kada bi došlo do oštećenja nuklearne elektrane u Černobilu, što je prokomentirao Vjenceslav Novak, bivši direktor u EBRD-u koji je bio zadužen za gradnju sarkofaga nad elektranom – javlja bauštela.hr, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako piše N1, Novak je rekao kako sarkofag nad Černobilom ne može izdržati artiljerijske napade. Rekao je kako nema straha od situacije koja se dogodile 1986. godine, ali da ako dođe do znatnog oštećenja, da će doći i do povećanja radioaktivnosti.

– To je zaštitni sarkofag koji je projektiran da izdrži tornado, najteže vjetrove, snijeg i led, ali ne i da bude zaštićen od artiljerijskih napada. Taj rizik nismo ni mogli, ni htjeli predvidjeti. Postoji uvijek i mogućnost da se zagadi voda na černobilskom području. Moram naglasiti da se ne radi samo o novom sarkofagu. U Černobilu je jedno od najvećih skladišta potrošenog nuklearnog goriva. EBRD je financirao i gradnju novog skladišta i ono je spremno da preuzme preko 20.000 gorivih elemenata koje se sada još uvijek nalaze u starom skladištu. Ono što mene jako plaši je da tamo ponovno nema električne energije, rekao je Novak.

Ljudski faktor

Prokomentirao je kako mu je neshvatljivo da jedna zemlja koja ima toliko razvijenu nuklearnu industriju tako krši elementarna pravila nuklearnog okruženja. Upozorio je i na to da se ne može funkcionirati ovako, ali i da je ljudski faktor uzrok većine nesreća koje se događaju. Ne vidi ni motiv gađanja nuklearnih elektrana.

– Moram priznati da sam bio u krivu. Svima sam govorio da Putin neće napasti Ukrajinu jer to nema nikakve logike, loše je i za samu Rusiju. Što sada rade s nuklearkama, također mi je potpuno nejasno. Teško je dokučiti kakvo je tu razmišljanje zaključio je Novak.

Novak se prilikom završetka projekta gradnje novog sarkofaga susreo i s predsjednikom Ukrajine Zelenskim.

Pothvat gradnje sarkofaga

– U srpnju 2018. godine kada je projekt novog sarkofaga bio završen, predsjednik Zelenski je održao jedan dirljivi govor. U razgovoru sam mu zaželio puno sreće, a on je odgovorio i treba mi puno sreće. Ali sigurno nismo mislili da će mu trebati ovoliko sreće, naglasio je Novak.

Postavlja se i pitanje toga što će biti s ruskim vojnicima koji se kreću po Černobilu. Novak je rekao kako je gotovo siguran da oni nisu upozoreni da će biti ozračeni. Prokomentirao je i činjenicu da je sam izgradnja novog sarkofaga bila ogroman pothvat.

– To je jedan od najtežih projekata koje je čovječanstvo ikad napravilo. Američki institut za Project Management stavio je ovaj moj projekt na listu 50 najvećih projekata svih vremena, koja uključuje i odlazak na mjesec. Sama gradnja novog sarkofaga je fenomenalni uspjeh industrije, istaknuo je Novak.

S ratom u Ukrajini koji bjesni, cijeli svijet brine o potencijalnoj novoj nuklearnoj katastrofi. Jedan od problema je i to što bi se dogodilo kada bi došlo do oštećenja nuklearne elektrane u Černobilu, što je prokomentirao Vjenceslav Novak, bivši direktor u EBRD-u koji je bio zadužen za gradnju sarkofaga nad elektranom – javlja bauštela.hr, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako piše N1, Novak je rekao kako sarkofag nad Černobilom ne može izdržati artiljerijske napade. Rekao je kako nema straha od situacije koja se dogodile 1986. godine, ali da ako dođe do znatnog oštećenja, da će doći i do povećanja radioaktivnosti.

– To je zaštitni sarkofag koji je projektiran da izdrži tornado, najteže vjetrove, snijeg i led, ali ne i da bude zaštićen od artiljerijskih napada. Taj rizik nismo ni mogli, ni htjeli predvidjeti. Postoji uvijek i mogućnost da se zagadi voda na černobilskom području. Moram naglasiti da se ne radi samo o novom sarkofagu. U Černobilu je jedno od najvećih skladišta potrošenog nuklearnog goriva. EBRD je financirao i gradnju novog skladišta i ono je spremno da preuzme preko 20.000 gorivih elemenata koje se sada još uvijek nalaze u starom skladištu. Ono što mene jako plaši je da tamo ponovno nema električne energije, rekao je Novak.

Ljudski faktor

Prokomentirao je kako mu je neshvatljivo da jedna zemlja koja ima toliko razvijenu nuklearnu industriju tako krši elementarna pravila nuklearnog okruženja. Upozorio je i na to da se ne može funkcionirati ovako, ali i da je ljudski faktor uzrok većine nesreća koje se događaju. Ne vidi ni motiv gađanja nuklearnih elektrana.

– Moram priznati da sam bio u krivu. Svima sam govorio da Putin neće napasti Ukrajinu jer to nema nikakve logike, loše je i za samu Rusiju. Što sada rade s nuklearkama, također mi je potpuno nejasno. Teško je dokučiti kakvo je tu razmišljanje zaključio je Novak.

Novak se prilikom završetka projekta gradnje novog sarkofaga susreo i s predsjednikom Ukrajine Zelenskim.

Pothvat gradnje sarkofaga

– U srpnju 2018. godine kada je projekt novog sarkofaga bio završen, predsjednik Zelenski je održao jedan dirljivi govor. U razgovoru sam mu zaželio puno sreće, a on je odgovorio i treba mi puno sreće. Ali sigurno nismo mislili da će mu trebati ovoliko sreće, naglasio je Novak.

Postavlja se i pitanje toga što će biti s ruskim vojnicima koji se kreću po Černobilu. Novak je rekao kako je gotovo siguran da oni nisu upozoreni da će biti ozračeni. Prokomentirao je i činjenicu da je sam izgradnja novog sarkofaga bila ogroman pothvat.

– To je jedan od najtežih projekata koje je čovječanstvo ikad napravilo. Američki institut za Project Management stavio je ovaj moj projekt na listu 50 najvećih projekata svih vremena, koja uključuje i odlazak na mjesec. Sama gradnja novog sarkofaga je fenomenalni uspjeh industrije, istaknuo je Novak.

S ratom u Ukrajini koji bjesni, cijeli svijet brine o potencijalnoj novoj nuklearnoj katastrofi. Jedan od problema je i to što bi se dogodilo kada bi došlo do oštećenja nuklearne elektrane u Černobilu, što je prokomentirao Vjenceslav Novak, bivši direktor u EBRD-u koji je bio zadužen za gradnju sarkofaga nad elektranom – javlja bauštela.hr, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako piše N1, Novak je rekao kako sarkofag nad Černobilom ne može izdržati artiljerijske napade. Rekao je kako nema straha od situacije koja se dogodile 1986. godine, ali da ako dođe do znatnog oštećenja, da će doći i do povećanja radioaktivnosti.

– To je zaštitni sarkofag koji je projektiran da izdrži tornado, najteže vjetrove, snijeg i led, ali ne i da bude zaštićen od artiljerijskih napada. Taj rizik nismo ni mogli, ni htjeli predvidjeti. Postoji uvijek i mogućnost da se zagadi voda na černobilskom području. Moram naglasiti da se ne radi samo o novom sarkofagu. U Černobilu je jedno od najvećih skladišta potrošenog nuklearnog goriva. EBRD je financirao i gradnju novog skladišta i ono je spremno da preuzme preko 20.000 gorivih elemenata koje se sada još uvijek nalaze u starom skladištu. Ono što mene jako plaši je da tamo ponovno nema električne energije, rekao je Novak.

Ljudski faktor

Prokomentirao je kako mu je neshvatljivo da jedna zemlja koja ima toliko razvijenu nuklearnu industriju tako krši elementarna pravila nuklearnog okruženja. Upozorio je i na to da se ne može funkcionirati ovako, ali i da je ljudski faktor uzrok većine nesreća koje se događaju. Ne vidi ni motiv gađanja nuklearnih elektrana.
