Građanima se preporuča da pripaze putem kojih oglasa i internetskih stranica pronalaze smještaj kako ne bi postali žrtve prijevare.

Porečka policija istražuje slučaj prijevare prilikom najma stana. Naime, 35-godišnjakinja je obavijestila policiju da je 6. prosinca putem internetskog portala pronašla povoljan oglas za najam stana.

Kontaktirala je žensku osobu koja je bila navedena kao kontakt, no ona ju je uputila na državljanina Srbije kao vlasnika stana. Nakon dogovora, 35-godišnjakinja je muškarcu platila nekoliko stotina eura, a naknadnom provjerom utvrdila je kako stan ne postoji i da je prevarena, navodi policija.

Policijska uprava istarska upozorava građane da budu oprezni te da pripaze putem kojih oglasa i internetskih stranica pronalaze stanove ili drugi smještaj. Dobro je provjeriti putem otvorenih izvora tko je vlasnik stana i je li to osoba koja ga oglašava. Ako ste u mogućnosti, osobno ili putem osobe od povjerenja, probajte provjeriti na samoj adresi iznajmljuje li se stan koji vas zanima.

Preporuka je da ne šaljete novac nikome koga ne poznajete i razmislite biste li taj isti iznos novca dali nepoznatoj osobi koju sretnete na ulici, donosi N1.

Građanima se preporuča da pripaze putem kojih oglasa i internetskih stranica pronalaze smještaj kako ne bi postali žrtve prijevare.

Porečka policija istražuje slučaj prijevare prilikom najma stana. Naime, 35-godišnjakinja je obavijestila policiju da je 6. prosinca putem internetskog portala pronašla povoljan oglas za najam stana.

Kontaktirala je žensku osobu koja je bila navedena kao kontakt, no ona ju je uputila na državljanina Srbije kao vlasnika stana. Nakon dogovora, 35-godišnjakinja je muškarcu platila nekoliko stotina eura, a naknadnom provjerom utvrdila je kako stan ne postoji i da je prevarena, navodi policija.

Policijska uprava istarska upozorava građane da budu oprezni te da pripaze putem kojih oglasa i internetskih stranica pronalaze stanove ili drugi smještaj. Dobro je provjeriti putem otvorenih izvora tko je vlasnik stana i je li to osoba koja ga oglašava. Ako ste u mogućnosti, osobno ili putem osobe od povjerenja, probajte provjeriti na samoj adresi iznajmljuje li se stan koji vas zanima.

Preporuka je da ne šaljete novac nikome koga ne poznajete i razmislite biste li taj isti iznos novca dali nepoznatoj osobi koju sretnete na ulici, donosi N1.

Građanima se preporuča da pripaze putem kojih oglasa i internetskih stranica pronalaze smještaj kako ne bi postali žrtve prijevare.

Porečka policija istražuje slučaj prijevare prilikom najma stana. Naime, 35-godišnjakinja je obavijestila policiju da je 6. prosinca putem internetskog portala pronašla povoljan oglas za najam stana.

Kontaktirala je žensku osobu koja je bila navedena kao kontakt, no ona ju je uputila na državljanina Srbije kao vlasnika stana. Nakon dogovora, 35-godišnjakinja je muškarcu platila nekoliko stotina eura, a naknadnom provjerom utvrdila je kako stan ne postoji i da je prevarena, navodi policija.

Policijska uprava istarska upozorava građane da budu oprezni te da pripaze putem kojih oglasa i internetskih stranica pronalaze stanove ili drugi smještaj. Dobro je provjeriti putem otvorenih izvora tko je vlasnik stana i je li to osoba koja ga oglašava. Ako ste u mogućnosti, osobno ili putem osobe od povjerenja, probajte provjeriti na samoj adresi iznajmljuje li se stan koji vas zanima.

Preporuka je da ne šaljete novac nikome koga ne poznajete i razmislite biste li taj isti iznos novca dali nepoznatoj osobi koju sretnete na ulici, donosi N1.
