"Mi s tim nemamo ništa i nećemo imati ništa. To garantiram!", rekao je Zoran Milanović, predsjednik Republike i vrhovni zapovjednik hrvatskih Oružanih snaga. Samo 44 dana kasnije ukrajinski dron Tu-141 "zveknuo" je nepunih 7 kilometara od njegovog ureda i 5 kilometara od Banskih dvora.
Na koji se način ukrajinski dron oteo kontroli, jesu li ga preusmjerili Rusi koji su taj sustav također koristili na zapadnim granicama Sovjetskog Saveza, možda će se jednog dana i razjasniti. Riječ je o izvidničkom dronu teškom 6215 kg, koji leti dozvučnom brzinom krstarenja od 1000 km na sat (maks. brzina 1100 km/h). To znači da se u hrvatskom zračnom prostoru nalazio nepunih 6 minuta prije nego što je završio na obali zagrebačke rivijere. Naime, mađarska granica je od Jaruna udaljena svega 93 km zračne udaljenosti.

Stacionarna protuzračna obrana u Hrvatskoj ne postoji jer je naša struka procijenila da su se takvu raketni sustavi pokazali neučinkovitima protiv modernih dronova, poput turskog Bayraktara (čiji je domet samo 150 km). Zbog toga je hrvatski PZO sustav dramatično potkapacitiran i svodi se na taktičku obranu postrojbi na ratištu uz pomoć ručnih PZO raketa, takozvanih MANPAD-ova. Čak su i oni zastarjeli jer se radi o ruskim sustavima Igla i Strijela-2, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
Jedino što je dobro u tom pogledu jesu naši 3D radari za motrenje, odnosno američki AN/FPS-117 smješteni na 5 fiksnih lokacija, s dometima od oko 200 kilometara. Bit će zanimljivo saznati jesu li uopće uočili ovu letjelicu. U svakom slučaju, sve i da jesu, nepunih 6 minuta nije bilo dovoljno za reakciju hrvatskog zrakoplovstva.
Mađari su imali nešto više vremena jer je između hrvatske i ugrajinske granice prostor od 572 km, i raspoloživo vrijeme od nekih 16 minuta, što bi za raketni sustav moglo biti dovoljno, naročito ako je ukrajinski dron uočen još dok se nalazio u tamošnjem zračnom prostoru. Za razliku od Hrvatske, Mađari imaju strateški plan modernizacije svojih oružanih snaga i ne rade to ad hoc.
Međutim, u ovom trenutku su Mađari tek u procesu zamjene svog sovjetskog PZO sustava 2K12 KUB. Isporuka norveškog sustava NASAMS i američkih raketa AIM-120 C-7/C-8 AMRAAM ER koje bi trebale stići ove ili iduće godine.
Posljednjih dana izvještavali smo o brojnim letovima NATO-ovih izviđačkih zrakoplova uz granicu s Ukrajinom i Rusijom, no čini se da je kompletan sustav u četvrtak navečer naprosto zaspao. Bez obzira što Tu-141 doista ima teško uočljiv, mali radarski odraz i leti na razmjerno nižim visinama.

"Mi s tim nemamo ništa i nećemo imati ništa. To garantiram!", rekao je Zoran Milanović, predsjednik Republike i vrhovni zapovjednik hrvatskih Oružanih snaga. Samo 44 dana kasnije ukrajinski dron Tu-141 "zveknuo" je nepunih 7 kilometara od njegovog ureda i 5 kilometara od Banskih dvora.
Na koji se način ukrajinski dron oteo kontroli, jesu li ga preusmjerili Rusi koji su taj sustav također koristili na zapadnim granicama Sovjetskog Saveza, možda će se jednog dana i razjasniti. Riječ je o izvidničkom dronu teškom 6215 kg, koji leti dozvučnom brzinom krstarenja od 1000 km na sat (maks. brzina 1100 km/h). To znači da se u hrvatskom zračnom prostoru nalazio nepunih 6 minuta prije nego što je završio na obali zagrebačke rivijere. Naime, mađarska granica je od Jaruna udaljena svega 93 km zračne udaljenosti.

Stacionarna protuzračna obrana u Hrvatskoj ne postoji jer je naša struka procijenila da su se takvu raketni sustavi pokazali neučinkovitima protiv modernih dronova, poput turskog Bayraktara (čiji je domet samo 150 km). Zbog toga je hrvatski PZO sustav dramatično potkapacitiran i svodi se na taktičku obranu postrojbi na ratištu uz pomoć ručnih PZO raketa, takozvanih MANPAD-ova. Čak su i oni zastarjeli jer se radi o ruskim sustavima Igla i Strijela-2, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
Jedino što je dobro u tom pogledu jesu naši 3D radari za motrenje, odnosno američki AN/FPS-117 smješteni na 5 fiksnih lokacija, s dometima od oko 200 kilometara. Bit će zanimljivo saznati jesu li uopće uočili ovu letjelicu. U svakom slučaju, sve i da jesu, nepunih 6 minuta nije bilo dovoljno za reakciju hrvatskog zrakoplovstva.
Mađari su imali nešto više vremena jer je između hrvatske i ugrajinske granice prostor od 572 km, i raspoloživo vrijeme od nekih 16 minuta, što bi za raketni sustav moglo biti dovoljno, naročito ako je ukrajinski dron uočen još dok se nalazio u tamošnjem zračnom prostoru. Za razliku od Hrvatske, Mađari imaju strateški plan modernizacije svojih oružanih snaga i ne rade to ad hoc.
Međutim, u ovom trenutku su Mađari tek u procesu zamjene svog sovjetskog PZO sustava 2K12 KUB. Isporuka norveškog sustava NASAMS i američkih raketa AIM-120 C-7/C-8 AMRAAM ER koje bi trebale stići ove ili iduće godine.
Posljednjih dana izvještavali smo o brojnim letovima NATO-ovih izviđačkih zrakoplova uz granicu s Ukrajinom i Rusijom, no čini se da je kompletan sustav u četvrtak navečer naprosto zaspao. Bez obzira što Tu-141 doista ima teško uočljiv, mali radarski odraz i leti na razmjerno nižim visinama.
